• Alida Delphine (6/5): Kamer top, personeel matig. - Kamer was super fijn met drie bedden helemaal perfect. Bedden sliepen ook echt heel fijn. Super grote badkamer, wat fijn was maar voor ons veel te overdreven. Mooi uitzicht! Dichtbij metro die fijn aansluit en je direct naar hartje London brengt, indien gewenst. Rustige buurt, op loopafstand eetgelegenheid en supermarkten. Wij hadden geen ontbijt van te voren gereserveerd. Tijdens het inchecken erbij geboekt, meerdere staff zich mee bemoeid en zou allemaal in orde komen. Helaas werden zeer onwelkom ontvangen door dame achter de balie. Kon onze naam niet vinden, bleken niet te zijn toegevoegd. Normaliter is dat nooit een probleem geweest bij andere hotels maar nu werden we niet binnen gelaten. Zij moest gaan overleggen met, supervisor?, voordat we naar binnen mochten. We zaten net toen ze met de rekening kwam, of we maar even direct wilden betalen. Vol ongeloof want dit heb ik echt nog nooit meegemaakt. Meestal zijn hotels blij dat je ontbijt afneemt en wordt het gewoon op je rekening geplaatst te voldoen bij vertrek. Ik heb even gedacht dat het etnisch profileren was maar hetzelfde gebeurde bij onze buren. Ook daar was verontwaardiging over deze behandeling.

• Stéphane Paul (10/5): A good stay, to be repeated. - Although located in the Waterloo district, the hotel is only three metro stops away from the historic center, which is not a dealbreaker. My room matched my expectations, and I particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast, offering both British and Spanish options. Nothing in particular. The hotel is new and perfectly lives up to its four-star rating!

They offer a nice breakfast and the staff were lovely and welcoming- the free - Great breakfast, and it was nice to be welcomed by the offer of a glass of cava or juice on arrival after a long day travelling. The location is good for transport links and the hotel is nicely decorated. My window didn’t shut properly and it was a little noisy at night, however I didn’t ask the hotel to rectify this, no doubt they would have, but it was late at night when I realised and I didn’t want the disruption.

• Roypaul2011 (10/5): REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. - We arrived and were greeted by a lovely young receptionist who clearly explained everything to us and once done what she had to do, offered us a welcome drink with comfortable seating in pleasant surroundings before going to our room. We were delighted with the room, light bright and airy. We were lucky to have a corner room so dual aspect floor to ceiling windows. Lovely bathroom, good shower and fluffy towels. A large comfortable bed and bedding made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and all fresh, good quality produce. Things were constantly replenished with all areas kept clean and tidy. We ate in the restaurant on our first night. Starter main and dessert were all excellent especially the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Every member of staff at breakfast was absolutely lovely and very obliging. The hotel is in a good location with only a short distance from the tube. While sitting at breakfast on the first morning we noticed a bus stop directly opposite the hotel. We had two evenings watching shows and found it easier to hop on a bus after the theatre both evenings. The bus was pretty regular so not too long to wait. It was good for us, not generally being out late at night and both in our 70’s, to just get off the bus, straight into the hotel and up to bed! We found bus no: 176 really convenient. We loved everything about the hotel and definitely intend returning. Sincere thanks to all staff.

• Marina (10/5): Hotel ideal para visitar Londres - Nos encantó alojarnos en este hotel durante nuestra estancia en Londres, es todo muy nuevo y confortable. La habitación muy luminosa, el personal muy atento y además está muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila y muy accesible a los puntos más céntricos de Londres por bus y metro. Nada ;)
• Nicolas (5/5): weekend à londres - La chambre est petite mais confortable. Les transports sont faciles car il passe beaucoup de ligne de bus. Il y a pas mal de choix au petit déjeuner. La télévision s'allumait toute seule au milieu de la nuit vers 4 heures du matin avec la musique et nous réveillais. Le personnel de l’hôtel fut incapable de corriger ce problème et cela s'est produit toutes les nuits. La température de la douche n'est pas stable, un coup c'est froid, quelques secondes après c'est brulant. C’est la douche écossaise ? Le frigo n'était pas froid, pas de réglage possible. L’insonorisation n'est pas terrible: On entend très bien les gens dans le couloir claquer les portes et il y a un centre d'ambulance à proximité, cela fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Quel est le problème des hôtels avec les cintres ? C'est possible d'en avoir plus ?

• Marie (10/5): A great experience with an even better view! - We were given a room on the 10th floor with incredible city views! The room was really well appointed and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a good range of toiletries and essentials (tootbrush, shavingkit etc). The location is excellent - a short walk for Borough or Waterloo. The pillows were a bit hard but the bed was really comfortable so not too bad. The price of a bottle of beer in the bar was more than twice the price of beer in the mini-bar.

Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno offerto anche il drink di benvenuto ( scelta tra succo di frutta o spumante ) , lo Sky bar meraviglioso, camera pulita con tutti i comfort e vista sulla città. Unica nota un po’ dolente ma nulla di eccessivo, l hotel si trova un po’ disconciato dal centro (la sera un po’ isolato) ottimo per chi cerca tranquillità, meno comodo per chi vuole uscire la sera/notte se non vuoi pagare un uber e vuoi spostarti con i mezzi . Di fronte l’ hotel c è una fermata del bus ma altre fermate e metro sono un po’ distanti ( dai 7 ai 13 minuti a piedi )

• Patrick (9/5): Schönes Hotel für einen Citytrip - Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in London (Metrostationen sowie Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und die Themse ist auch fußläufig in ca.15 - 20min erreichbar). Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick über die Stadt, war sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratze vom Bett war sehr hart und das Bett für mein Empfinden daher eher unbequem.

Staff were friendly and professional on arrival, with a welcome drink offered. The room was clean, stylish and spacious, with good views across the city. Good quality toiletries were available in the bathroom, in pump bottles to reduce single-use plastic. Tea and coffee was available in the room, including a coffee machine with pods, as well as a well-stocked minibar (which we didn't use). The Sky Bar offered incredible views of London's skyline. The fan didn't seem to be working in the bathroom, and we couldn't access the WiFi as the code wasn't accepted. However, these weren't major issues.

From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and throughout my stay the team was always ready to help. They were not only professional, but also genuinely interested and attentive, which made a real difference. In addition, the breakfast was an absolute highlight every morning. There was a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from crispy bread and fresh fruit to hot dishes. Everything was well stocked and neatly presented. It was the perfect way to start the day. What makes this hotel even more special is its fantastic central location. It’s the ideal base for exploring everything London has to offer, with major attractions, shops, and public transport all within easy reach. In short, this is a hotel where hospitality, comfort, and location come together perfectly. I would definitely stay here again!

Stock eine super Aussicht auf London Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

As a solo traveller on a business trip this was appreciated. I will definitely be booking here on my next business trip. Location is good and room was comfortable.

• Christian (10/5): Es war das perfekte Hotel für unseren London Aufenthalt. - Unsere Junior Suite war absolut perfekt, sehr modern und komfortabel - und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Die Hotelangestellten waren überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist super durch die Nähe zur Waterloo Station, man ist aber auch recht schnell zu Fuß zum London Eye gelaufen. Besonders schön ist die Skybar des Hotels. nichts

• Fee2359 (10/5): Great hotel, would recommend. - We have stayed in H10 hotels in Barcelona & Lanzarote, First time in H10 London & it didn’t disappoint. Stayed 3 night b&b. Lovely hotel, very clean. Shower was powerful & towels were large,soft & fluffy. . The staff are very efficient & friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
