Dr. Ahmed (8/5): - The room was noisy because of street traffic. The hot and cold water alternate randomly during showers. Electric goes off and you have to call front desk to find circuit breakers. Toilet flush leaking. Lights flickery. For the price the hotel rooms are just ok. Poor finishings. It’s clean and the staff are super friendly. At the bar there was a hotel staff lady in purple jacket super mean to the bus boy and we heard all the dramas.

Suzan (2/5): - The hotel looks nice as you walk in and for the most part it is quite nice can see some aging and bad repairs here and there. That’s really not my issue though. Checking in waiting at queue two men walked past me and reception staff just served them. I let it go not worth the hassle just an observation. But then one day at dinner not any of the many waiters could ask if I wanted a drink? Then there is the tour arrangers in the reception. I was to go to the pyramids and museum. The man who takes me the one that the hotel arranged for me takes me to a shop and claims it’s a museum it a paper shop where they sell the $10 airport price pictures. He was pressuring me to buy a picture I had no interest in whatsoever ever. I don’t even like them not my thing. I offered him money just so I could go without feeling guilty, which he took. He kept on with the high pressure sales tactics. I know I should have walked away and left but I was so caught up in that moment of guilt. Anyway I don’t think a hotel should be participating in these practices. Particularly one with an international brand. I used the hotel tour operator as I thought I would be better off but they charged me £100 and of course you need to tip everyone and then on top I still needed to pay all the entrance fees on top. They claim there was a washing machine in room. I did not even see one in the whole hotel never mind room and I had been banking on it so took less clothes than I needed for whole stay.

But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again . The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately. So all in all a nicevpkace to stay and bery convenient location

Harinath (8/5): - We chose this location because we had an early morning flight to catch. The airport is just a 5–10 minute drive away, and an Uber will typically cost around 150–200 EGP. We recommend avoiding taxis to or from the airport. The hotel is situated in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The staff were kind enough to accommodate our early check-in, which we appreciated. The only downside was the loud music at night coming from nearby houses, especially in rooms facing the street.
Shamarah (8/5): - Check-in was nice. The staff were warm, helpful and made the security process smooth. The entrance smells lovely and feels calm and welcoming on arrival. My room was spacious and very comfortable - possibly an upgrade, as I had a large twin setup with a sofa, great pillows and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was clean with strong hot water pressure. My room faced a busy road and traffic noise continued late in the night (Cairo never sleeps)! More disruptive though, was being placed in an adjoining room. Sound insulation was poor; I could hear conversations and crying from the next room very clearly, which affected my sleep. I’d strongly recommend requesting a non-adjoining, non-road-facing room if you’re sensitive to noise. Breakfast had a wide range of options, including Egyptian dishes, an omelette station, fruit, cereals, coffee, tea, and juices. I mostly stuck to scrambled eggs, which were good. The gym looked well-equipped, though I didn’t get to use it. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced with a few tasty items. The staff overall were polite and responsive, and reception even phoned during one quiet day to check in, which was a thoughtful touch. The surrounding area felt safe, with a few walkable businesses nearby incl. a café, pharmacy, takeaway places. The hotel has its own restaurants/bar. Checkout was smooth, the airport shuttle cost $8USD per person. It was on time at 4AM and got me to the airport in 10mins.

However, we were informed that this was not possible as our room was not ready, which was understandable at first. We waited until after 3:00 PM to check into our room, but when we finally did, we discovered that the room was still not properly prepared. We had booked a room for three guests, yet we were given a room for two. I immediately contacted the front desk, and while the staff did bring in the extra bed, bedding, toiletries, and other necessary items, this caused significant inconvenience. After a long journey, we were hoping to relax, but instead, we had to endure the staff coming in and out of the room to set everything up. I am deeply concerned that this situation was allowed to happen, and it is frustrating that the room was not prepared correctly prior to our check-in.

Philip (8/5): Lots of street noise - ear plugs would be an idea - We only spent one night there so didn't check out all the facilities. It has a very up-market feel to it. The room was comfortable enough but the big disadvantage was the noise suppression from the main road outside was inadequate to block the sound from the car drivers constantly hitting their horns. Fortunately the noise diminished by about 1am.

Jana (6/5): - My stay was pleasant, my only issue is with the scam of a bazaar they have. The rooms didn’t have USB plugs in them and I needed to buy the Egyptian wall plug. A man in the reception told me to buy it from the bazaar. I go into the bazaar, where the man working there sells me a used one for nearly 1000 Egyptian pounds. He tells me buying a new one would be around 700-900 pounds. Later, I go on amazon and find out- low and behold- it’s more like 100 pounds. He takes advantage of tourists with a crazy mark up that ruins the reputation of the hotel and the country. Otherwise, lovely hotel.

AIVY LOU (10/5): Accommodating staff and good facility - Very accommodating staff. We arrived early and were given our rooms early and upgraded too. We requested late check out and there was no fuss about it. Restaurants and bar available inside the vicinity which served really good food. Thank you so much

Elias Cornel (8/5): My stay in Cairo - My stay in Cairo was fantastic. I enjoyed every bit of it. Radisson Hotel was an awesome home for me and my colleagues. I loved the strategic location, the hospitality of the staff and the accesability to the fun places. I will definitely be back.

Una (4/5): - At 00.45 hr at night it took 40 mins to check in....also I had to argue that I was next in line when a man was behind me! Bathroom smelled,,maybe because board under sink was damaged and not aligned (gap). Room was really hot on arrival. Air con had not been switched on. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids...only 3 single beds in room. Breakfast was good. Security was good.

Kit Shan (4/5): Need complaint to change room - I booked the luxury twin bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. And I should have VI0 access. When I checked in 2am, they said they cannot assign the type of room I booked. Only 1 King bed which how can serve 4 people. After we complaint, finally give us suite room with sofa bed & queen bed.
