- Julio Cesar (2/5): Uncomfortable stay due to lack of basic amenities and communication issues. - The location was reasonably convenient and the room was clean. The check-in process was also relatively smooth. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I had to sleep with the window open just to breathe, which caused noise and early light disturbance. Communication was also difficult, as the staff did not speak English and translation tools were not effective.

- Tcaci (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and featured a real king-size bed. It was also a nice opportunity to get acquainted with traditional Chinese breakfast cuisine. You should be aware that the staff generally do not speak English or other languages besides Chinese. However, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and overall, for the price, this hotel offers very good value. Another plus is its convenient location close to a metro station.

After I asked, the young people at the reception kindly changed it to another, more comfortable room — and I really appreciate that. The facilities could benefit from modernization and a retrofit.

Stock und hatten leider Flussblick. - Der Fernseher zeigte nur chinesische Sender und etwa zwei auf Englisch – es war kein Smart-TV! - An der Rezeption wurde kaum Englisch gesprochen. - Die U-Bahn-Station war 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

- Shreyansh (9/5): Good hotel - The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good as well. They tried to accommodate every request of ours which was very nice of them. The wifi here was not connecting for us which really was an issue for us as we had to manage with our mobile data which caused some issues being on a work trip. Staff informed us that it was probably because of high occupancy that time but the situation did not change at all.

Petit déjeuner très limiter, Réception mal entretenue, chambre avec l'odeur de cigarette ce qui nous obliger de changer au moins 2 fois la chambre, très mal localisé...

Most staff can’t speak English and used translator for communication which is most irritating for tourists and wasting time even asking simple question.

- Sachin (5/5): No major complaint, but expected something better from Holiday Inn! - The staff was eager, but hardly spoke any English. The business centre was useful, I could have a meeting with my associate without any problem. The room was very basic (please note that I compare this with other Holiday Inn hotels only, not with any other hotel). The breakfast had only Chinese cuisine - there should have been more international items. There should be staff speaking English (again considering that Holiday Inn is a well known international chain of hotels.)
