- Sanjeshni (10/5): - Five stars for the location and ambience! The hotel features a gorgeous, contemporary design and is kept spotlessly clean. The views from roof top bar is awesome. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though it features the exact same spread every morning, which got a bit monotonous after a few days. On the plus side, their room service is great—incredibly efficient, and the food was consistently delicious. I would love to stay here again.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Die Dachterrasse großartig. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig mit tollem Blick auf den Bund. . Es war uns zu warm im Zimmer und konnte auch nicht weiter runtergekühlt werden. Vielleicht ist es aber anderen nicht zu warm, sicher ist das Geschmackssache.

Ultimately, location is the primary reason to choose this hotel, and it delivers completely on that front The staff, particularly at check-in, were not especially warm or welcoming. The hotel itself is also showing its age, with visible wear and tear in a number of areas. At this price point, you are largely paying for the location rather than the overall experience.

Bed is comfortable. Tastefully designed but not very functional. Lifts are too dark. The room is not bright enough; hard to do work in the room. Sink is not well designed, though unique. Bath towel much too heavy and long. Service was not that great considering the price (did not take the initiative to send the luggage to the room until being told; persons answering calls did not sound very enthusiastic). Tooth brush, etc not provided but was told during check in that they would give if we need/ask.

Еще хочу отметить ресторан на 29 этаже - было очень вкусно и обслуживание - на самом высоком уровне. Персонал оставляет желать лучшего…. Сначала долго искали бронь, потом сказали, что мы можем поесть в отеле, мы поднялись наверх, но уже все было закрыто, спустились, попросили помочь найти супермаркет, но нам сказали нет такого рядом и мы, конечно, нашли его сами. Я всегда заранее прошу номер повыше, и обычно, во всех странах идут навстречу, тут при неполном заселение отеля, полный игнор. Стандартный номер с видом на реку, имейте ввиду, не на сторону достопримечательностей, а частично на соседнее здание, частично на реку. Далее завтрак … Понятно, что голодными Вы не останетесь, но это не пять звезд…. Очень маленький выбор, но главное, не вкусно. Ну, и последнее…. У меня украли из номера трусы… простите за подробности, и магнит зачем-то прихватили, который я купила в Шанхае… конечно, не смертельно…. Но вернуться в этот отель точно не хочется

Хорошо, что платили картой, туда просто вернулись деньги. А если б через Алипэй - они бы вернулись тогда, когда мы бы уже улетели из Китая, а вывести деньги с Алипэй назад на карту нельзя... Не рассчитывали на такую "заморозку" средств. И нигде об этом не видела информации до заселения. Далековато пешком до метро шагать. Цены в баре на 29 этаже очень высокие (хотя в приниципе это ожидаемо).

- Pavel (9/5): Great view, good value. - Nice location with best view. Nice polite personal, did early check in for us. Nice local decorations. Only two seats in the lobby, no tables or couches, no lobby bar.
- Jared (8/5): We would recommend this hotel to friends. Southern end of the Bund, nice promenade walk in - very convenient location and easy to order transportation. The decor in the rooms and art in the lobby were good. The layout in the rooms was spacious room key not took multiple trys for elevator.
