• Pierre (9/5): Great location in Ushuaia - The location of this hotel is the absolute best in Ushuaia. It's just across from the pier, right where all the boat tour operators and the tourism office (where you can get your travel diary stamped for free!) are located. It’s also only a block away from the main street, putting all the restaurants, cafes, shops, excursion agencies, and the governor's office right at your doorstep. There is a taxi stand just across the avenue, not that you'll really need one since everything is within walking distance. The room would benefit significantly from a few additional amenities, particularly an electric kettle and a hairdryer. Having an electric kettle is especially crucial during the winter months for hot drinks. Adding these simple comforts would greatly improve the guest experience.

Los chicos del restaurant fueron todos muy atentos. Teniamos pedidos especiales como cambios de silla cada vez q ibamos y siempre tuvieron predisposicion para acomodarnos. Todo suma para que uno se sienta cuidado. Gracias. Tienen una escalera q no tiene antideslizante, la que baja hacia donde tienen un TV grande. Parecia lustrada. Me cai en esa escalera y termine al final de los escalones. No fue grave, tuve moretones en el lado derecho, tobillo, espalda y mano izq por agarrarme de la baranda y sostenerme pero si me pasó a mi le puede pasar a alguien mayor y terminar mal. Corriganlo. La srta de administración fue muy amable y siempre q me veia me preguntaba como estaba.

Respecto a la ubicación es muy buena pues esta en el centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de los puntos importantes para movilizarse. Respecto a la habitación, tuve que cambiarme dos veces., ya para el tercer cambio pedí que me subiesen a una superior y pagando porque la situación no iba a mejorar (tuve que hablar con el gerente para reiterarle mis molestias y se ofreció a hacerme un descuento en el cambio de habitación) No hay una relación producto - costo (Deben de mejorar bastante) y la atención al cliente. Es simple y fría. No hubo una real preocupación por los las incomodidades causadas. Sin querer ofrecieron una promoción sin indicar el horario y por supuesto no se hicieron responsables. Al otro dia me dijeron que si la iban a respetar pero ya no me interesaba. Cuando nos fuimos tres días después del Hotel aun no habían corregido la promoción.

Sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Check In / Check Out, da Rezeption grundsätzlich nur durch eine Person besetzt war. Service beim Frühstück war ebenfalls schlecht. Wir wollten zum Frühstück Latte Macchiato bestellen. Die Servicekraft entschuldi gte das dass nicht möglich sei, da zuviel Betrieb ist. Das Frühstück war für meine Erwartungen eher schlecht.

The bathroom was quite small with not much storage and was a bit tired. The breakfast could be improved; it is quite basic.

No rooms have sea views due to design. Shower door would make massive clicking noise. Lots of dead space in a big room. Breakfast ok, cleaning schedule was quite odd. We would leave on early morning trips and put up please clean room. Room cleaning always started at 3/4 pm regardless. (When we Got back) Wine shop downstairs is very expensive for a glass of wine and doesn’t have a price list. ( 20 usd😱)

• Steve (8/5): Good for a one night stop - It was very convenient for the port and for seeing the centre of Ushuaia. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was a little tired, particularly the bathroom. It felt like it needed a makeover and a safe would have been useful. The Spa was difficult to use with no lockers or separate changing rooms and the Jacuzzi didn't feel very clean.

Really minor but the hotel does run a little hot (only natural at the end of the world) but it did mean we kept our windows open at night.

This happened every night we stayed .

• *BurnToExplore* (7/5): Comfortable stay with great location - I had a great stay at Hotel Albatros Ushuaia. The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a short stay, and the central location made it easy to get around town. The food was also excellent, with good options at both breakfast and dinner. The overall experience was slightly impacted by an issue with the room arrangement. I had booked this overnight stay independently ahead of a tour starting the next day from the same hotel, so I expected to retain the room until the 10am check-out time. However, access was given to another guest well before that, which was frustrating - especially as I had arrived late the previous night from a flight - and it did take away from an otherwise very positive stay.

• Euler (5/5): Experiência ruim. - Equipe muito antipática, pedi no interfone do quarto duas taças para tomar vinho, eles me disseram que não poderiam levar no quarto e que se eu quisesse teria de pegar o elevador , ir ao térreo e pegar, chegando lá me disseram para ir ao restaurante solicitar as taças, fui atendido por um garçom que me trouxe dois copos de tomar agua, eu disse que precisava de duas taças, e ele disse que só poderia me dar os copos, nunca vi isso num hotel de categoria superior, aliás em hotéis simples em cidade pequenas da Argentina, quando eu quis tomar vinho em meu quarto, fui atendido com taças boas sem problemas. Localização e Estacionamento.
