The air conditioning was not great and difficult to control. We didn’t receive a bathmat or hand towel until we requested one. The layout of the bathroom was strange , there was no door between the toilet and shower so the toilet got wet.

Amenities is too basic and I didn’t like the idea of no drinking water readily available in the room. And there’s no ledge lock from inside the room which is a bit of a worry at night.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even better. I truly loved this hotel, and it will always hold a beautiful memory for me because I came here for an exam and I passed successfully 😍🤲🏻 There was one major issue: there was no bidet spray next to the toilet. This is very important, especially for Muslim guests.

We had to move room because the aircon wasn’t working in the first room, this was not a problem. But in the first room the shower was not enclosed and water flooded the bathroom. The second room had an enclosed shower, but no shelf beside the basin to put toiletry bag. The bathroom basins look nice but aren’t practical.

It was good to have plenty of room for clothes, a fridge and tea maker. Staff were very helpful and it was lovely to have a water filter and some treats in the foyer. The light switches were insanely confusing! That’s all though.

- Jennifer (5/5): Good value, clean and adequate - expect lukewarm showers - Solid, utilitarian hotel in the Tiong Bahru neighborhood, which has more of a neighborhood feel and yet close and convenient access to public transport. Exceptionally polite and courteous hotel front desk staff. Hot water (hot shower) is no guaranty here. I changed rooms a couple of times, but regardless, more often than not, the best I could hope for was a lukewarm shower. Maybe that’s a thing in Singapore, but it’s a first for me and came as a surprise for such a modern city. I have never experienced that in other cities across the world, or even in more rural or developing countries for that matter. As others have noted, no laundry or restaurant on site, so just be prepared

Il n’y a pas de séparation entre la douche et les toilettes, donc lorsque tu prendre une douche tu mouille également les toilettes et le sol. L’eau passait également à travers les portes vitrées. La porte de la salle de bain est un peu transparente et on était obligé de laisser les rideaux fermées car sinon on pouvait nous voir prendre la douche. De manière générale, les finitions ne sont pas vraiment bien faites. On voulait aller au rooftop celui-ci était pas ouvert et vraiment pas entretenu ce qui était très dommage.

Отличное местоположение – минут 7 до станции метро, где пересекаются несколько линий и легко добраться куда угодно + около отеля автобусная остановка с маршрутами по всему городу. Рядом есть несколько магазинов-комбини и пара очень приличных кафе.

They don't do breakfast, though Booking.com overview says they do. No bar/coffee area, just a pantry area. A taxi ride from down town

Firm bed, shower was hand held, lacked amenities no moisturiser, hair conditioner, hand towels, face towels basic 4 star amenities. Lift was a service lift as you needed to walk up 8 steps to regular lift with suitcase it's difficult. For a one night stay, it was OK, but I would choose something else next time I would rate this a closer a 3 star hotel.

There are a number of wonderful small neighborhood restaurants within easy walking distance. Chinatown not too far away. You have to search a little to find entrance when carrying bags.

The beds are extremely hard. The basement entry said 11.00pm closure, but it was closed at 10.45pm on 3/3/26. We also found the tv channels limited for when we wanted to relax in the room.

The location is great, situated in the charming Tiong Bahru area, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and local food spots within walking distance. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel has a nice boutique feel and is located in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect after a busy day exploring Singapore. The staff were friendly and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist when needed. Overall, a great place to stay with a good location and comfortable rooms. We would happily stay here again!

The room was spacious, clean and filled with natural light. The staff were amazing, making me feel very supported (I have mobility issues) and welcomed. Ubicación muy buena con varias cafeterías cerca para desayunar, 7eleven a 4min caminando... No estuvimos mucho tiempo en el hotel pero nuestra opinión sobre la relación calidad-precio es muy buena Llegamos por la noche y para entrar en el hotel la puerta estaba abierta, no había nadie en recepción, y bueno, nos dio sensación de poco seguro en ese momento, aunque supusimos que hay cámaras controlando eso.

- Monika Rorenberg (9/5): Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje obsługa – niezwykle pomocna i uprzejma. Otrzymaliśmy świetne rekomendacje dotyczące knajpek w okolicy, co bardzo ułatwiło nam odkrywanie lokalnych smaków. Pokój był w pełni wyposażony – wszystko, czego potrzeba na komfortowy pobyt: suszarka do włosów, codziennie świeże ręczniki, czysto i schludnie. Duży plus za świetny pomysł z wodą pitną, którą można bez ograniczeń uzupełniać na dole – bardzo praktyczne i ekologiczne rozwiązanie. Do dyspozycji gości jest również mikrofala oraz mini kuchnia, co daje dodatkową wygodę. Hotel znajduje się około 10 minut spacerem od stacji metra, więc lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna do zwiedzania miasta. Jedyny mały minus to siłownia – super, że w ogóle jest, natomiast jest naprawdę symboliczna i raczej do bardzo podstawowego treningu.
