The rooms are very very small but that is expected. Overall it was clean but bathroom did have a slight smell. A nice stay and everything was decent for the price.

- Ronald (8/5): A comfortable stay in the heart of Tokyo - Our room looked a little tired, but it was comfortable and the bathroom facilities (and water pressure) were excellent. There are plenty of places to eat close by (e.g. The Mermaid and It Coffee) and the nearest Metro station is a short walk away. We appreciated the coffee and pastries available in the mornings - not a full breakfast but enough to get you started. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. We were very grateful that the TV allowed for streaming from our own apps, but clear instructions (in English) would have helped us understand the process sooner! While a laundry service is available, it's relatively expensive compared to a laundromat (the nearest one is tucked in a side street about 10 minutes' walk away).

The shower pressure was the best I’ve ever experienced. We did not use the breakfast service however they look great. Aircon duct was very dusty and mouldy around the area.
- SEUNGWOO (7/5): - 가격대비 가성비가 좋고, 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 방도 다른 비지니스 호텔에 비해서는 약간 넓은거 같습니다. 낮은가격에 조식까지 포함이라고 되어있어 기대했는데, 그냥 조리음식은 없고 간단한 커피랑 빵, 시리얼 몇가지 뿐인 그냥 간식 수준의 조식에, 테이블 없이 들고 방으로 가서 먹어야 하는 방식입니다. 먹을게 없어서 그냥 커피만 마시고 조식은 밖에서 먹었습니다. 차라리 조식 제공이라고 안하는게 나을거 같습니다.

- Lauren (3/5): Don't even bother!! - Staff were kind and accommodating. Old ancient hotel that is extremely dusty and in need of a renovation. Rooms are so tiny. Single room advertised for two people was absolutely not big enough. Only reason we did not switch hotels was because there was no availability elsewhere. Cabinets literally falling off and window not closed when we got to the room!

Simpatia dos funcionários..pequeno almoço muito básico mas deu para beber um cafezinho com leite e comer uns bolinhos. Efetivamente o quarto que reservei era um quarto para 2 pessoas, mas com uma cama de 120 CMS. Não deveriam ter este tipo de opção para 2 pessoas. É super desconfortável para dormir. Muito apertado. O 1° quarto era de fumador mas cheirava muito a tabaco, impossível de lá dormir, mas deram-nos outro também de fumador porque era a nossa reserva mas não cheirava. Atenção, os quartos fumadores cheiram muito.

- François (5/5): Cet hôtel fait le job, le personnel est très gentil mais pour de la courte durée. - Très bien situé dans une rue vivante, l'hôtel cependant reste juste une solution temporaire. Les équipements sanitaires sont très bien, les chambres, étroites, sont assez propres même si le mobilier semble un peu vétuste et présente des traces d'usure. Le petit-déjeuner est à prendre en chambre après s'être servi au niveau lobby. Le personnel accueillant est très aimable. Attention chambre fumeur ! Forte odeur de tabac froid. Nous avions été avertis. De plus, la propreté des parties communes laisse à désirer (beaucoup de poussière). Peut-être un état stationnaire avant une furure modernisation ?

Walls and floor in rooms are pretty dirty and there is a lot of traces of dirt. Breakfast has a very limited selection - juice, granola, a couple of buns and coffee/tea. And there's no place to eat, you have to put it on a tray and go to your room to eat there.

- Samantha (5/5): Okay. - Staff was nice and welcoming. When we first went into our hotel room there was mold on the shower curtains,In the shower, And on/surrounding the air vents in the room. We told the front desk about this and showed him pictures for proof and was so understanding about our concerns,He then upgraded our room to one of the suites free of charge.

- MONAMI (10/5): 思い出に残る日になりました！ - 彼の誕生日祝いで利用させて頂きました。リクエスト欄に記入したお部屋の飾り付けも直前で予約した為、出来たらいいな程の気持ちでいたのですが、心良く対応して頂き彼も大満足でとても素敵な1日を過ごせました。ホテル周辺も飲食店やオシャレなバー、マッサージ店等揃っていた点が良かったです。個人的にはお部屋に足マッサージ機があったり、ホテル前に麻辣湯のお店があったのがお気に入りでした。また都内で宿泊する際は是非利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

- Adi Levy12 (10/5): המלון האהוב עלינו ביפן במיקום המושלם - הכל! המלון האהוב עלינו בטיול! גם אחרי ההגעה וגם חזרנו אליו לפני העזיבה מרוב שאהבנו. קודם כל המיקום - שכונת אקאסאקה התוססת והמדליקה מלאה בברים מסעדות טובות מאוד ואיזקאיות. ליד המלון יש תחנת מטרו של אקאסקה מיצקה - תחנה מצויינת שכל הקווים החשובים עוברים בה ויחד עם זאת היא קטנה ופונקציונלית ביותר. ביחס לסיוט להתמצא בתחנות שינג'וקו ושיבויה וביחס לעומסים באיזורים האלו - אני חושב שאקאקסה היא השכונה הטובה ביותר לישון בה בטוקיו ואני יותר מממליץ. תמיד מרגישים בטוח להסתובב בכל שעה והמלון מוקף בחנויות קונביני - סבן אילבן מאחורה, פמילי מארט באותו הרוב. הכל כ30 שניות הליכה. ולמלון עצמו - לקחנו את החדר הגדול והוא באמת היה מרווח ונוח. שירותים ומקלחת ענקיים וממש נוחים. לא חסר כלום והכל יש בשפע ובפונקציונליות מושלמת. היינו בקומה גבוהה בחדר פינתי וניתן להשקיף על גורדי שחקים מדליקים. לאכול ארוחת בוקר בחדר ולהשקיף על המגדלים של טוקיו - חוויה בפני עצמה. הכל היה לנו טוב במלון הזה ונהננו מכל רגע בשהייה. בנוסף ניתן לקחת בקבוקי מים חופשי! וגם קפה ברזילאי ממכונה ותה במגוון חליטות. איזה כיף! חשוב לציין שלקחנו את חדר הפריימיר הגדול מומלץ מאוד!!! יש שיגידו שארוחת הבוקר צנועה - היא כוללת מבחר מאפים טריים וטעימים, דגני בוקר וגרנולה, חלב ומיצים. לנו זה הספיק יחד עם כל מני השלמות מהfamily mart הקרוב. אין לנו טענות לגבי זה.

Room had a bleachy smell to it, like a dank bathroom. Wall had some paper ripping up, and there were significant scuffs on much of the furniture.

- Daniel (2/5): Bad hotel - Location The rooms really small, the hotel was dirty, there was a lot of humidity. We ask for the cancellation and the hotel charge us one of the four total nights

- Tara (9/5): Location, friendly staff - Location is just perfect and the staff is super nice- a big thank you to Yuriko who helped me arrange for ,y ride back to the airport. There are a lot of reasonable places to eat and very active night life mostly locals not just tourists. I loved it. Another advantage is that you can walk to the limousine airport bus stop that takes you to Narita airport. If I return I think I will still stay at this hotel. Arigato Granbell I don’t eat a big breakfast and don’t hang around the lobby….if these two factors are important to you …this is not a good hotel for you.

- Nagaoka (8/5): 利便性も良く立地が良い - 新しいホテルで清潔でした 特に無いです
