• Lauren Ann (10/5): Loved Bangkok, want to come back and visit again - The staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly. Our room had a great view of Benjakitti Park. The breakfast buffet was great with loads of variety. The Restaurant menu, in dining and room service was delicious. The pool was very relaxing and had a beautiful tropical feel. Happy hour's buy the pool a highlight of our stay. Short walk to the main road for markets, restaurants, Terminal 21 shopping center and transportation. Special mention about the staff, I wish I could remember all their names, but two ladies on our last day were so lovely, 'Apple' who offered to take a photo on a few occasions (lovely memories) and "Meaw" thank you for taking the time to have a chat. There was nothing not to like, loved EVERYTHING!!

• Scott (9/5): A great stay in Bangkok - Breakfast was very good. It is a little far from the main street, Sukhumvit.
• Gemma (7/5): Mixed experience - Lovely staff and the golf cart to and from the end of the street was very helpful for the train station. Very quiet too. The phone app to request things like housekeeping was brilliant. Cleanliness of our room wasn't great, maybe we were unlucky with a twin room. Clumps of hair attached to the shower head, hair everywhere tbh, stains and damage to the wallpaper, damage to the AC panel, the room could use a refurb and same for the tiles coming off in the pool. This is all superficial stuff but made a difference to the experience.

A night market at the top of the road and Korean Town, so plenty of food options. Shopping Center Terminal 21 is walking distance and a complimentary lift to and from the Hotel is offered night and day. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Great pool area and Koi Carp to enjoy in outside ponds. Would stay again in a heartbeat ☺️

• ningaloo25 (10/5): Beautiful oasis - This resort was a perfect end to our holiday. Beautiful shady garden and pool area, with a pleasant small bar. Breakfast was a highlight every morning on the terrace outside. It was a relaxing, stress free start to the day. Quality items with attentive staff, in particular the charming lady on the egg station and the extremely helpful F&B manager. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Excellent shower. Room service we had on one occasion was tasty and brought to us by the friendly man who also served at the pool bar. We will definitely return and have already recommended to friends.

La fermata della BTS a pochi passi, ti permette di raggiungere qualunque posto in breve tempo. Ottima la connessione da e per l'aeroporto.Lo raccomando senza alcun dubbio.

• Charles (10/5): Great Stay with Family - As we have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. The room is always clean and ready on time. The staff from the front Desk to the Housekeeping are always on point and super friendly. The Tuk Tuk to and from Sukhumvit Road is awesome our son loved riding in the back. The breakfast is fantastic. we really enjoyed the egg station and the Chef being there just to make sure things are going smoothly. Pool area is the Best, cool water after a long day shopping or just to relax. You should switch to Salt water. Its much easier to maintain and is better all around. We are already planning the next visit. The Woodward Family not enough time to hang out.

Muito próximo ao BTS, com direito a carona com "carrinho de golfe" pelos funcionários do hotel até a avenida principal, onde passa o transporte público. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. A área externa e piscina são muito agradáveis, ótimo para um descanso e refresco depois de um dia quente em Bangkok. Café da manhã recheado de opções, tudo muito fresco e delicioso. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee. Das Bett war äußerst bequem. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft bei allen Anliegen. Frühstück gabs in Büffet Form: abwechslungsreich und lecker Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt!

The large garden and huge pool make it a lovely place in the big city. Also I'm an animal friend, so nice to see that hotel guests can bring their pet :) So in general I am always happy to stay in this hotel, just a small detail was that this time my room seemed a bit old: the room carpet was stained and damaged.

Amenities like convenience stores, massage parlors, and great restaurants are just steps away. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Truly a fantastic stay.

• nancyp631 (10/5): Fabulous hotel, loved our stay here - We booked this hotel as the last stop in a three week trip around Thailand and it was a fabulous way to finish our holiday - so pleased we chose it! The staff could not have been more helpful from start to finish, and were so friendly. We had a suite and it's one of the best designed rooms we've stayed in - everything done to maximise the space and comfort. The suite was split into three semi separated areas, which flowed nicely into each other but also gave some privacy and a real feel of space. The view from our room over the park was incredible, and the bed was big and super comfy - we slept very, very well here. Blackout curtains, good air conditioning, quiet room, and lovely bathroom. The setting of the hotel itself is fabulous - the gardens and greenery surrounding the pool give a luscious sense of calm and space, and a lovely view from the hotel restaurant. The breakfast is great - the usual mix of fruits, cereal and breads, and eggs cooked to order by the friendly chefs. The hotel is located down a side street, and the hotel has a BRILLIANT free, 24/7, on-demand shuttle service to take you up to the main road or come and collect you from the main road and take you back to the hotel. This is honestly a genius move and we used this all the time. There's a great night market at the end of the street, and the restaurant Cabbages & Condoms is up there too and totally worth a visit. Good central location for reaching out to other area of Bangkok, and quite a lot (restaurants, bars, 7/11s, Thai massage) reachable on foot. Would 100% stay here again :-)
