- Davi daniel (8/5): Equipe show de bola. - embora o apartamento fique localizado fora do centro histórico e mais perto da praia, (o que não era nossa intençao de ir); a equipe do hotel faz toda a diferença, são cordiais, atenciosos e preocupados que tudo da estadia corresponda a expectativa; voltaria ao hotel com prazer. a localizaçao deixa um pouco a desejar, se voce não estiver de carro, vai precisar andar cerca de 300 metros para tomar umca conduçao; mas isto nao atrapalha em nada os serviços do hotel.

- Estelle (6/5): - Clean & bed comfortable. The bus service runs frequently. The staff were helpful with information about the bus service. Noisy- we could hear people walking around in the room next door. We could also hear them talking, not clear words. We could hear people walking up the stairs. We could hear people talking outside in the courtyard. I don't believe people were being super noisy. Rather I believe soundproofing is next to non existent. In addition, the sliding door to the bathroom is noisy. Needless to say we didn't sleep well. Location - the hotel is quite a distance from the city. A Bolt taxi costs over 18 Euros one way While the bus service is excellent, you still need to carry luggage up / down a staircase between streets. Food access - There are no cafes or bakeries that we saw nearby for breakfast. There is a local supermarket. However there are no utensils to eat any food bought at the supermarket. We bought fruit & bread rolls, or bought breakfast in the city. Restaurants by the water do not serve food before 8pm. In our opinion this is a no frills hotel. If its not listed in the facilities than it's not there. We had one glass, paper thin toilet paper, the hallway lights are set on a timer & the light come on slowly, the lift is old & slow (we only used it once). Also, there is damage to the doorway & furniture. We wouldn't not stay at this hotel again.

- ISABEL (8/5): comodo y tranquilo - Es la cuarta vez que voy a este hotel, me gusta porque puedo disponer de habitacion familiar y para las gestiones que voy a realizar esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de una parada de bus. Es tranquilo y las instalaciones estan bien. El personal es muy amable. Repetire seguro Este comentario no es una critica negativa, es mas bien un consejo a tener en cuenta, quizas falta un poco mas de luz en el baño y reponer el liston de la puerta del baño que se habia despegado pero no lo digo como algo negativo, son cosas solucionables. En general es un establecimiento muy aconsejable

- Ibtissame (1/5): - J'ai fais confiance au commentaires positifs concernant l'établissement mais il est à fuir. Le personnel est gentil mais cela ne suffit pas pour palier aux nombreux manquements... La réceptioniste m'a donné la mauvaise chambre avant de réaliser son erreur. On m'a attribué la 209 sous les combles. Les murs sont défraîchis et une mauvaise odeur de renfermé m'a prise à la gorge. Mauvaise odeur également en provenance de la salle de bain. Il y avait des serviettes hygiéniques usagées dans la poubelle. Le ménage a clairement été bâclé. Le petit déjeuner est honteusement médiocre (toast dur comme la pierre et un croissant très douteux). Heureusement que je n'y ai passé que deux nuits. Pire hôtel où j'ai séjourné. Une honte.

- Bernhard (6/5): Einfach, aber in Ordnung! - Die Lage war für mich sehr gut! Das Bett war bequem, das WLAN in Ordnung. Die Leselampe war für mich sehr hilfreich, eine solche fehlt in vielen Hotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Der Safe, obwohl bereits sehr alt, war geräumig und funktional. Mein Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Am Schreibtisch, der etwas zu klein war, konnte man kaum sitzen. Es war nicht immer leicht, einen Parkplatz in Hotelnähe zu finden.

- Francisco Javier (9/5): Hotel tranquilo y confortable para disfrutar de la zona de playas y restaurantes de Pedregalejo - Un hotel tranquilo, alejado de ruidos pero a 5 minutos andando de la zona de bares y playa de Pedregalejo. El personal es muy servicial y agradable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están bien equipadas. Que el hotel no tenga cafetería. Aunque, como he dicho antes, hay cafeterías cerca en la playa de Pedregalejo a unos pocos minutos andando.

- Marta (8/5): Ideal para estancia corta - La ubicación es ideal cerca de todo pero en zona trabquila, especialmente en temporada baja. La habitación es amplia, limpia, cómoda, con smart TV y aire caliente/frio. El baño nuevo con amenities. Para un par de noches es perfecto. Check in muy fácil. A mi llegada a las 23:00 había un fuertísimo olor a porro en la planta baja. Tan fuerte que me dio dolor de cabeza. Tuve la sensación de entrar en un hostel. Afortunadamente en la planta 1 no olía. No hay personal 24h, lo cual no es esencial. Pero la persona que está por la mañana no es simpática ni servicial. No hay forma de tomar un café, a las 8:15am no parecía haber desayuno ni nada preparado. Recomendaría poner una máquina de vending o un calentador de agua en la habitación .
