• Dina (9/5): Clean place with a nice garden view in a nice location, but rather basic in the way it's equipped - The hotel is located close to a tram / metro / s-bahn stop in an overall nice and quiet area, but close to many attractions. The room was overlooking the beautiful inner garden and was quiet. Other benefits - possible to open windows, non-carpet floors, overall the room was clean. The hotel offers rather basic amenities for the price (no fridge, iron etc), also no a/c, which wasn't needed at the time, but probably could be an issue during the summer.
• Jerome Adant (7/5): Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les désagréments dus au flou des réservations (Booking) - Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et cherche à trouver des solutions en cas de problème (dans notre cas, le problème était dû à Booking, et non à l'établissement). L'emplacement est bien desservi par les transports en commun. L'hôtel se situe dans une ruelle sans circulation automobile et par conséquent même les fenêtres donnant sur la "rue" ne sont pas un problème. L'établissement est très propre et silencieux. Une carafe d'eau citronnée vous accueille dès l'entrée! Dès Ackerstrasse, vous êtes confrontés à l'Histoire. Il est peut-être dommage que pour un hôtel, et non une auberge de jeunesse, même durant 4 jours (3 nuits), aucun passage de soit fait dans les sanitaires (essuies, aspirateur), bref, le minimum qui se fait dans un "hôtel". Point d'attention si vous venez avec un monospace : le parking proposé n'admet que les voitures hautes que de 2m max. :-)

• lucy (10/5): Clean,spacious, friendly hotel. - The breakfast was really good. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The garden was lovely although it was too cold to sit out there. One small thing would have made it better- a kettle and tea/ coffee making facilities in our room. Also the extra bed for my son was not very stable and slats kept falling out of it. The mattress was really comfortable though.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hatte eine gute Größe und es hat alles funktioniert. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war alles vorhanden was macht braucht und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ich würde daher trotz der Kritik wiederkomm - Fußläufig Verbindung zu Lazarus-Tagungsräumen durch den sehr schön angelegten Garten / Park. Vergleichsweise sehr große Zimmer. Die Erreichbarkeit war leider öfter schwierig, sowohl im Hotel, als auch im Tagungszentrum und die dann zugesagten Rückmeldungen erfolgten nicht, was zu Schwierigkeiten bzgl. der Absprachen führte. Die Einrichtung wirkt leider ein bisschen „in die Jahre gekommen“. Treppenhaus, Fenster, Handtücher, Tagungsbereich Lazarus).

• Mary Elisabeth (9/5): The hotel has a beautiful garden, is situated in a quiet but central area and staff are very helpful - Location - being very close to a tram line and a U bahn made transport to and from the hotel very easy. The situation near the Gedenkstätte Documentation Centre was fascinating, so much history. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel garden was wonderful, a peaceful and beautiful oasis.

When we complained about internet etc, they said from few days internet is not working it seems. When we raised a complain for compensation they said, they will provide. • Christine (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Die Zimmer waren groß, ruhig und sehr sauber, das Restaurant gemütlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Sehr nett die kleine Wasser-Bar am Empfang. Das Konzept der Inklusion fanden wir sehr gut! Der türkisgrüne Linoleumboden im Zimmer ist erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig. Erinnert mich an Krankenhaus. Aber man gewöhnte sich schnell daran. Und eine feste Duschabtrennung ziehe ich einem Duschvorhang vor. Aber der Vorhang war sauber, insofern auch das kein Problem. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr unterschiedlich aufmerksam/ hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiterin aus Salzburg ist sehr lobend hervorzuheben!

• Zuzana (10/5): Pro klidný pobyt v Berlíně - Velice oceňuji umístění hotelu - klidná ulice, nejezdí okolo auta ani není poblíž žádná hospoda, kde by se sdružovali "hlučnější" obyvatelé...Kousek od hotelu je silnice, kde jezdí tramvaje (ale není v noci téměř slyšet). Výborná dostupnost do centra města - zastávka tramvaje je kousek a v blízkosti je i zastávka metra. Využila jsem i blízkost hotelu do Max-Schmeling Halle (koncert). U hotelu se nachází památník Berlínské zdi. Recepce je k dispozici 24 hodin denně, recepční velmi příjemní a nápomocní. Pokoje jsou jednoduše zařízené, vše bylo v pořádku, postele pohodlné. V přízemí se nachází restaurace, kde se podávají pro hotelové hosty snídaně. Lze využít i večer. Z restaurace je krásný výhled do zahrady, která je navržena v japonském stylu (jezírka, stromy, posezení) - působí krásně uprostřed rušného Berlína. Byla jsem maximálně spokojená se vším, určitě se vrátím, pokud pojedu opět do Berlína na koncert... Bylo by příjemné mít k dispozici varnou konvici na pokoji - možnost udělat si čaj nebo capuccino. Na snídani (která je za vyšší příplatek) bych ocenila více druhů pečiva (k dispozici pouze 2 druhy housek a croissant), uvítala bych, kdyby byl ještě součástí snídaně chleba a nějaké sladké pečivo - např. koláčky nebo buchty..)

Para un extranjero la calefacción puede ser sofocante, se puede graduar pero agradezco elegir habitación con balcón para sentir aire fresco a pesar del frío. La cama que me tocó tenía un colchón perfecto. Queda al lado del memorial del muro de Berlín. No pude disfrutar del parque que se ve desde el hotel pero es muy lindo. Considero que un hotel recibe turistas de todas partes podrían tener la iniciativa para traducir información, eso lo permite un móvil el día de hoy. Yo tuve que sacar mi celular para traducir. Hoy existen aplicaciones que va traduciendo automáticamente mientras se habla. Como no vi esa iniciativa e intención de querer comunicar no me dieron gana de preguntar por comidas. Debería haber un frigobar para tener refrigerada una bebida, agua o sandwich por lo que tampoco pude comprar. Como tampoco pedir sugerencias de donde visitar de manera cercana. Leí que tenía servicio streaming para la TV y no es verdad, solo la opción por clave usb. Quise poner YouTube desde mi móvil o celular y era imposible. La TV solo canales de habla alemana.

Location was perfectly central, close to an S-Bahn station and the Berlin Wall Memorial, and nice and quiet. The light switches in the room were a bit confusing, and we were given only one set of towels
• Alexandra (9/5): Eine gute Wahl für Rollstuhlfahrer*innen. - Wir haben ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht und hatten ein riesiges Badezimmer! Welch ein Luxus. Sehr gut ausgestattet für Rollstuhlfahrer. Auch die beiden Einzelbetten waren weit voneinander entfernt und gut erreichbar mit einem elektrischen Rollstuhl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kommt gut zur S Bahn Nordbahnhof, welche ebenfalls barrierefrei ist. Es gibt Restaurants in laufnähe und einen Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Besonders sauber war es auch nicht. Das Frühstück war für 17,50 € auch nicht so der Knaller. Die Bedienung in der Bar ist trotz vollem Laden ohne Ankündigung einfach gegangen 😬. Insgesamt viel zu teuer …für 162,00 € pro Nacht hatten wir schon deutlich mehr. Thema „Inklusionshotel“ ist ein gutes Konzept, aber dann bitte zu anderen Konditionen.

• Carmen (9/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub in Berlin. - Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre im Haus sehr schön und gastfreundlich. Schöne Parklandschaft und ein traumhaft angelegter Garten. Im Zimmer war es vor allem in der Nacht zu warm, die Heizung war aus, aber daneben verlief ein anderes Heizungsrohr als Verbindung zu den anderen Etagen und war stets an und richtig heiß. Zeitweise hatten wir das Fenster über Nacht geöffnet, wenn es draußen in der Umgebung nicht zu laut war (Autoverkehr, Party und laute Musik).

Dafür war das Zimmer für eine Person alleine sehr groß. Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber funktional und das Zimmer sauber. Das Bett hatte allerdings nur eine Breite von 90cm.

• Nairovi (8/5): - El hotel es bueno para su precio lo único que pasó fue que nuestro día de salida fue de madrugada y cuando bajamos a recepción no había nadie,estaba sola nos cansamos de llamar para hacer el check-out nos tardamos un poco para poder salir por que desde el hotel era que nos iba a llamar un taxi lo cual se nos hizo un poco difícil tuvimos que dejar las tarjetas de la habitación arriba del computador de la recepción

• Susanne (10/5): - Top Lage im Zentrum und doch im Grünen und sehr ruhig. Schönes grosses funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer, kein Schnickschnack, aber alles Notwendige war da. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
• Aviad (6/5): It was an okay stay, but I probably wouldn't come back to this hotel - The location was decent, close to Tram station. Also the friend that I traveled with got a room with a balcony, which was important to him. The balcony seemed to be nice. And the room was pretty clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a twin bed which is two single beds connected. And I asked for a double bed and they couldn't provide me. Also the mattress and bed were very, very uncomfortable. When I reached the staff and asked them for a room with a different bed and they told me that this bed should be okay for me and didn't provide me with any solution. Also, all the rooms have an automatic closing mechanism, which made them slam hard when they're being closed. So when I tried to rest during the early morning or later, I couldn't because every time someone got out of the room or into the room, the slamming of the doors really, really bothered me and wouldn't let me take a rest. The rooms were very minimalistic and provided with a communistic vibe with painted concrete floors, with no carpets. It felt to me very cheap and minimal. Not even a basic hot water / coffee kit in the room.
• Allon (6/5): Needs a fresh coat of paint and some effort - The balcony was the only good thing Uncomfortable beds, rough sheets, all the bedding was bad, hotel was a bit rundown, staff indifferent, strange they don't try to make it nicer, no kettle or coffee machine, no minibar, but and exceptionally nice and big balcony. Weird place....
