Personnel gentil et serviable. La chambre est petite, il n’y a pas beaucoup de place pour ranger les vêtements mais ce n’était pas un problème pour nous, nous voyageons léger

• Dani_Roth (9/5): Wonderful Location and Staff - Lovely location and convenient to trams, beautiful park, groveries and restaurants nearby, within walking distance to many things to see and do. The hotel is very clean, rooms are small.but beautifully decorated and nicely maintained. The management and staff truly could not be any nicer, each I encountered were wonderfully welcoming, personable and willingly helpful - and very much appreciated. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. I love this residential area and the social qualities of its communities residents and gatherings. That said, I could hear their laughter, music and conversing into the night (they wound down before midnight). Lastly, I had a lovely window with a view but unfortunately it was locked with a key so I was unable to open for some fresh air.

I will definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tiny thing. Netflix has changed it so you can only ‘cast’ viewing to a smart tv, if the tv has the official Netflix app installed on it. Which these tv’s don’t. I’d respectfully ✌️ suggest the hotel download the app on each of their smart tv’s. Easy job, as each tv has the function to download apps.

• Andredm (8/5): Hotel parfait pour un citytrip ! - Hotel top ! à côté du parc. Accès direct au centre avec tram 2. Chambre propre, confortable. Personnel sympa. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes. La lumière automatique dans salle de bain un peu "embêtante" (mais rien d'important)

• Eduardo (10/5): - This is easily in my top 10 out of more than 50 hotels I’ve stayed at in Amsterdam. The location is excellent, right by Vondelpark in a very nice neighborhood. You’re only a few minutes from the city’s main hotspots, but the area still feels calm, cozy, and relaxed. The room was amazing — small but very comfortable, with huge windows that bring in lots of natural light. The whole place has a warm atmosphere that makes it feel a bit like home. The staff are very kind, attentive, and easygoing, which really adds to the experience. I would definitely recommend it for couples, families with kids, or anyone looking for a peaceful escape while still being close to the city center.

• Manfred (7/5): Winziges, schönes Hotelzimmer in guter Lage, relativ teuer - Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das WiFi konnte ich kostenlos nutzen. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war modern. Im Zimmer gab es einen Safe. Das Hotel befindet sich am unteren Ende des Vondelparks. Mit der Straßenbahn gelangt man schnell ins Zentrum von Amsterdam. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Einflugschneise des Amsterdamer Flughafens. Tagsüber donnern die Flieger über das Hotel. In der Nacht ist es jedoch vollkommen ruhig. Da es in dem Zimmer keinen Tisch und keinen Stuhl gab, setzte ich mich mit meinem Notebook in den Frühstücksraum. Das wurde vom Personal akzeptiert. Das Zimmer, das ich hatte, war winzig. Das Bett nahm geschätzt ca. 80% der Fläche im Zimmer ein. Um das Bett herum gab es einen ganz schmalen Weg. Es war möglich, einen großen Koffer im Zimmer zu öffnen. Es war aber nicht gleichzeitig möglich, die Tür des Zimmers zu öffnen. Um die Tür öffnen zu können, musste ich zuerst den Koffer schließen. Um ans andere Ende des Zimmers zu gelangen, musste ich immer über meinen Koffer steigen. Im Bad gab es keinen Lichtschalter. Das Licht im Bad wurde durch einen Bewegungsmelder aktiviert. Das war voll nervig. Wenn ich mich ins Bett legte und schlafen wollte, dauerte es ewig, bis im Bad das Licht ausging. Meine Bitte an das Management des Hotels wäre, dass im Bad ein Lichtschalter installiert wird. So viel Komfort muss sein! Für die gebotene Leistung war das Hotelzimmer zu teuer. Pro Nacht bezahlte ich rund 154 €. Dazu kamen noch 12,50 € für das Frühstück. Das Frühstücksei war mal warm, mal kalt.

• Blanca (10/5): Idílico, acogedor y cerca del centro - Ha sido una experiencia super agradable, el personal del hotel dispuesto a ayudarte en todo momento, muy amables. Nos guardaron las maletas mientras preparaban la habitación. La habitación era pequeña, pero ya lo sabíamos y no necesitábamos más, simplemente íbamos a dormir. De igual forma nos sorprendió porque tenía un balcón y no lo sabíamos, además de tener unas vistas excepcionales del Vondelpark. El hotel, para nuestra sorpresa, ofrecía café, tés y zumos gratis, eso es un plus. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, súper cerca del centro y de comercios y justo al lado del tranvía que lleva directo al centro de la ciudad. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos aquí. Nada, todo fue perfecto.

El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron con todas nuestras dudas y necesidades y nos brindaron recomendaciones. Se puede alquilar bicicletas allí mismo y guardar el equipaje si tu viaje es luego del check out. Recomiendo !

• Paige (7/5): Good Stay - Nice hotel, in a local area of Amsterdam. Close to a tram to take you into the centre of Amsterdam. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Cafes and restaurants around the corner. Big park close by which would be great in Spring/Summer! Small rooms. Great if you are looking to be in a local area of Amsterdam away from the crowds.

La stanza era davvero piccola, senza un armadio dove poter riporre i vestiti, abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti quindi un po' scomodo, il letto non viene rifatto tutti i giorni ed il cambio asciugamani è stato fatto solo al terzo giorno del soggiorno..
