- Rachel (5/5): Great location but the room didn't have anything to recommend it. - The location of the hotel is excellent, being just a short walk from the station with good access to other parts of the city. There is a convenience store nearby and restaurants as well. The room was very small and the only window was obscured so you couldn't see outside. When you opened the window the outlook was fire escape stairs and air conditioning units. It's an expensive part of the city to live in but for the cost of the room it was a disappointing start to our trip. The air conditioning didn't seem to work for the duration of our visit.

A great neighborhood and easy check-in process. The room is similar to what they advertised on the booking page. Nothing much, it sad that the hotel in metropolitan area such as Tokyo always have limited space, so it's hard to open up your big luggage, but very understandable. You get what you paid for, i guess.

The beds were a little hard and especially the pillows were uncomfortable. One quick improvement could be upgrading the pillows.
