Ad oggi non si sente altro che parlare di truffe e le app di prenotazione sono una tutela, nel momento in cui chiedete un pagamento con link la tutela viene meno oltre a non rispettare le condizioni di vendita proposte al momento della prenotazione!

- Madeline (8/5): - Hotel Rosso Vino was a decent overnight stay in Milan. It was safe and easy to check in and out. Not as glamorous as the pictures.
- sprinkgangl (2/5): Misleading, dirty, and poor customer service - The photos shown online suggest a clean, modern hotel — but what we walked into was the complete opposite. Our room had a huge water-damaged ceiling corner with mold, rot, and peeling plaster, plus a constant musty smell. The air conditioner barely worked and was visibly dirty. But worst of all: there were ants crawling inside the room, right next to the bed. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The bathroom was outdated and filthy, with limescale buildup and a loose, exposed lamp plug that felt unsafe. When we reported all of this to the front desk, the only thing they offered was a different room on the very last day of our stay — no refund, no compensation, not even an apology. Don’t be fooled by the slick photos. In reality, this place is poorly maintained and run by a team that clearly doesn’t care. Avoid at all costs.

- Annette (10/5): - Although the location is a bit far from the center of Milan, there’s a bus that takes you into town in about 15 minutes. I stayed in the new section of the hotel and the room was very quiet and immuculate. The bed was large and comfortable and the tile work in the bathroom shower was enviable!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Don't recommend! - The room we got, was bad to say the least. Of course, no pictures of the room in the advertisement as you will not advertise the really cheap looking interior, the very old and damaged furniture or even the spider webs. The doors and walls were so thin and the other guests stayed in the floors talking very loudly for hours with children crying and running in the corridors. Considering the price as well, i cannot recommend the stay with a good conscience.

- Passenger20670964854 (4/5): Stressful , uncomfortable, negative - The room was spacious and surprisingly clean for a two star hotel , the hotel workers were friendly. Apart from those advantages, what all of the guest had to face in the middle of the night was horrendous. There was a power shutdown in the middle of the night . A pregnant lady was stuck outside the hotel without any ability to enter the building. A family with little children and a newborn couldn’t sleep at night because the air conditioning was off and all of the guests were left “boiling” during Milanese +30 at night. As a guest I’m disappointed myself because I booked the hotel just to escape the Milanese summer heat for a couple of days. Hotel has no emergency number so we had to call the local firefighter services so they would break the entrance automatic door. The hotel staff didn’t suggest any type of compensation for this negative experience.

We booked a room at the Hotel RossoVino for an overnight stay, and around 1am before going to bed we saw some spots on the wall. When we looked closer, we saw without a doubt that they were bed bugs. We took photo and video. We tried to call or reach someone from the hotel but no staff were there at that time of night and nobody answered the phone. We left in the middle of the night and were very lucky to find a vacancy somewhere else. We returned to Hotel RossoVino the next morning to check out and tell them what had happened. The front desk person was very kind and apologetic, reviewed our photos and videos, and said he would send our complaint to his supervisor and to the owner. We have followed up several times and all they have told us is that our complaint will be forwarded. Weeks have passed, and nothing from the hotel. We are still waiting to hear from them and get our money back.

- Gina (8/5): Muy bien - Excelente opción si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto y a la vez del centro de la ciudad. Tiene muchas facilidades a pocos metros como supermercados y parada de buses. La atención del personal fue excelente y con mucha disposición. Instalaciones muy limpias y acogedoras. El único problema fue el internet, por lo que si necesitas trabajar durante la estadía, asegúrate de tener buenos datos en el celular.

- Amy (4/5): - The room overall was extremely small, particularly the bathroom. The toilet paper and bath towels had to be kept outside the bathroom. Microscopic shower with a broken shower head. It was hot and they wouldn't turn the AC on the first night but I begged for AC for the 2nd night. Beds were so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. No elevator so we had to carry out luggage up flights of stairs. At least there was a tiny fridge to put drinks in. We tried to find a different hotel in the area but they were all sold out so we had to stay 2 nights. Desk clerk was extremely nice and they offer you wine if desired.

Appena arrivo mi viene chiesta la carta di credito senza fornirmi alcuna informazione, dato che il conto era già stato pagato. Vengo accompagnato nella "stanza" in una struttura esterna decisamente discutibile. La stanza è maleodorante e appena decente. Appoggio le borse e riesco subito per cena. Al mio rientro...la stanza era stata utilizzata! Letto sfatto e bagno sottosopra, asciugamani usati ovunque. Cerco di parlare con la reception ma non c'è numero a cui qualcuno risponda dopo le 22. Mi faccio venire a prendere da un collega e lascio la stanza, pensando che se avessi voluto dormire sul divano di un amico, ci avrei pensato da solo. Il giorno dopo mia moglie fa presente la questione alla reception, dove un giovane signore molto cortese le assicura di parlare al titolare e farla richiamare. Stiamo ancora aspettando. Evidentemente il titolare non ritiene sia necessario contattarci, non parliamo poi di rimborsarci… Per concludere: è inaccettabile che nel 2023, nel centro di una città come Milano si incappi in strutture che millantino un servizio che non esiste e alla modica cifra di €130/notte senza colazione. Questo, la gente onesta, lo chiama furto.

- 463madinab (10/5): Nice trip - We was living in big house and at the good location, not so far from city Center ,mb 15-20 min by railways,bus. Also when we was checking in ,manager (as I remember his name -Nabil) was pretty gentle and polite, he explained to us all information about how we can to get all shoppings and museums. Also don’t worry about sharing the bath room, there are cleaning it every day.

- ishikawa (8/5): - 宿としては最低限のところですが、最低限は全て揃っているので、全く不便なところはありません。Wi-Fiもあります。 ヴェネツィアからの移動で夜遅くに到着しましたが、受付の人はとても親切に対応してくれました。ここからミラノ中央駅に行く時は、Republica？で乗り換えをせず歩いたほうが早いと言うことも教えていただき、大変助かりました。ドゥオーモまではバスで２０分くらい乗っていけば着きます。

Il posteggio gratutito, primo plus, è un po' complicato bisogna domandarlo in anticipo e poi muovendo la macchina ri-domandare o sperare di trovarlo. In compenso essendo ben servito non c'è bisogno di utilizzare auto. La disponibilità del personale sia al telefono che via whatsapp è ammirevole! La camera piccola e appena restaurata, la mia aveva un terrazzino magnifico secondo plus. Diversi ristoranti in zona.... Personale gentilissimo.

- Albert (6/5): - Didn't arrive at the hotel until after 6 PM. Given a first room (# 1) as you enter the hotel (was a house originally). Heavy door that made a lot of noise when entering and exiting. Fortunately I had ear plugs or I would have been disturbed whenever anyone used the door.
- Bassano (8/5): Un piccolo gooiellino - Un due stelle che ne meriterebbe tre. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanze pulite e silenziose. Ho potuto utilizzare sia la stanza con bagno privato (molto spaziosa), che quella con bagno in comune (bagno situato nel.corridoio, condiviso con altre due stanze. Bagno pulito e grande). Mi sono trovato benissimo!

She made our first stay in Italy very special and made my dog Phoenyx who is a seasoned traveller feel welcome too. I would 100% stay there again. Great location great host we had an awesome time 😁.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Wer auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Unterkunft relativ zentral in Mailand ist, ist hier genau richtig. Bus und U-Bahn in unmittelbare Nähe und ein Supermarkt direkt nebenan.
- Companion778263 (8/5): Good location - We were a family of 4 on the budget vacation type. This hotel was pretty good. The location on a private street with public transportation close to it, was perfect. Big supermarket right across was another very good point to this hotel. Pleasant in front desk people. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Short ride to the center.
- HIROTO (8/5): トランジットの宿泊 - リナーテ空港より、口コミをみて73番バスで５つ目のバス停で降りました。バス停から徒歩５分とかからずにチェックイン完了‼️ とても静かで快眠できました。 翌日も早朝から空港行きのバスがあるので、トランジットの宿泊に最適でした。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - La struttura è molto bella, ben arredata e ben pulita. Non c'è l'ascensore ma le scale sono ampie. L'unica mancanza per noi è stato il bidet nel bagno (al suo posto era presente un doccino montato sul water). Ottima anche l'accoglienza.
- Joyadventure21 (8/5): Good hotel - The hotel is about a mile from the cathedral. It is worth requesting a room on the higher level of the hotel as the ground floor rooms are next to the front door. From the hotel, you can either walk or get a bus to the centre. You can catch it at the end of the road and it will take you all the way to the cathedral. Milan is a beautiful city with so much to do there. If you get a combined pass for the cathedral this will allow you to go into the art gallery and other tourist sights. So worth doing. If you go to the cathedral then remember to wear clothes that cover your legs to the knees and also have your shoulders covered or carry a shawl. Otherwise you will have to purchase a toga. The view up on the roof of the cathedral is worth doing as it is stunning to see the architect as well as the views of the square below.
- Pasquale (6/5): Da migliorare - Struttura modesta, portineria attiva dalle 10 alle 22, mobili fatiscenti, in bagno nulla per attaccare un asciugamano, bidet ricavato con una doccetta fredda dalla tazza del bagno, non c’è possibilità di fare colazione. Potrebbe assumere un aspetto migliore con qualche attenzione in più.
