The place was clean, comfortable, and well located. Check-in was easy, and everything we needed was available. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, and the area was quiet and pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality — we would happily stay here again! What we liked the most was the atmosphere and comfort of the apartment. It was very clean, cozy, and felt like home from the first day. The location was also perfect — close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated how easy the check-in process was and how well equipped the apartment was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable Somebody needs to lube or WD40 the buildings front door, it is the loudest squeakiest door I have ever heard. There is a loud buzzing sound in the bathroom ceiling panel.

• Dean (6/5): - Amazing,clean,easy checkin,parking onsite for extra fee. Right in the heart of sants.Not far from tube into Barcelona Centre. The noise from the apartments below. There is supposed to be quiet from 11pm but these guests were outside till 3am ... talking ,playing music etc .... so had no sleep. A real shame .

The placement significantly helped for our vacation planning. metro is nearby, same as places to walk without any plans in mind, a lot of great restaraunts in several mins walk reach. Apartments themselves were great too, everything we needed. They provided ear plugs which concerned in the beginning, tho we didn't have any need to use them - our stay was calm and superb. Our microwave didn't work - it was replaced within a day. Would recommend, and will definitely return
• JANETH (8/5): Comodidad y tranquilidad en Barcelona. - EL espacio es amplio con buenas comodidades, cada espacio del lugar cuenta con diferentes formas de iluminación y tiene buena ventilación. Esta en una zona es tranquila sin ruido fuera. La cama super confortable, el baño con espacio amplio. La laundry es muy pequeña y es una zona compartida para los que estamos quedándonos en el edificio, pero solo cuenta con 1 sola lavadora para todos, por ello trate en repetidas ocasiones el lavar la ropa en diferentes horarios incluso hasta altas horas de la noche y nunca pude lavar, siempre estuvo la UNICA lavadora para todo el edificio ocupada. Sugerencia. poner mas unidades de lavadora (por lo menos otra mas).

• MARIA VICTORIA (10/5): Apartamento bien situado, limpio y cómodo - Apartamento muy limpio y cómodo. Con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos problemas con el termo, estaba roto y no había agua caliente, nos dieron varias opciones para solucionar el problema, entre ellas reubicarnos en otro Apartamento. La atención y el servicio del anfitrión excelente Me gustó todo

На дверях коды, все очень быстро и без проблем можно заселится. Нам очень понравилось! Мы обязательно вернемся!

• Stephan (5/5): Eher mässige Unterkunft. - Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Das Nummern-Pad an der Eingangstür hat zunächst bei jeder Eingabe nur Fehler-Töne von sich gegeben und die Tür blieb verschlossen. Erst nach langem Herumprobieren ging es dann. Ein Anleitung ist Fehlanzeige. Im Wohnzimmer stand ein ausgeklapptes Schlafsofa, welches sich nicht zusammenklappen liess. Das hat das Ambiente des Wohnzimmers komplett ruiniert. Habe dies gleich gemeldet und man hat mir zugesichert dass ein Haustechniker den nächsten Tag kommen würde. Dieser hat sich nie sehen lassen. Die Duscharmatur war heruntergekommen, und das Wasser spritzte rundherum heraus. Am letzten Tag wollte ich vor der Abreise noch etwas ausruhen, aber bereits eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout fing die Putzfrau an zu klingeln. Als ich nicht reagiert habe, hat sie sich nicht abbringen lassen und hat immer weiter geklingelt. Sehr nervig.

• Martina (10/5): - Jsme nadšeni! Krásný byt, čistý, pohodlný, perfektně vybavený (lednice, myčka, kávovar, toustovač, klimatizace). Byt je krásně a citlivě zařízený, bylo tam ticho a klid, cítili jsme se jako doma. Kousek od bytu je obchod, bistro, kavárna, na metro a k nádraží asi 10 minut pěšky. Děkujeme všem, kteří se o byt starají.

• Adriana (9/5): Przyjemny, dobra lokalizacja, ale lata świetności już za nim :) - Fajny, przestronny apartament, wygodne łóżko, pachnąca pościel, dużo naczyń, tv z netflixem, super lokalizacja, łatwy kontakt z obiektem. Wejście do łazienki jest z sypialni, więc dla większej grupy (4 oosoby) może to być niekomfortowe. Brak deski do krojenia, brak suszarki na naczynia, prysznic zagrzybiały, ogólnie to widać, że już nie jest pierwszej "świeżości" mieszkanie, warto je odświeżyć. Koc w salonie niewyprany, czuć było, że jest nieświeży. Wyposażenie kuchni mogłoby być lepiej przemyślane pod kątem długości pobytu. Jedna kostka do zmywarki na 5 dni to zdecydowanie za mało i jest to uciążliwe dla podróżnych, tym bardziej, że płaci się niemałe pieniądze za wynajem. Podróżny nie będzie kupował całego opakowania kostek/tabletek na wakacjach.

The location was excellent, very close to the metro, which made getting around the city extremely easy. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Inside, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The furniture was of great quality, and the beds were especially comfortable—we slept very well. One of our favorite features was the very large veranda, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would gladly come back again!

• Stephan (7/5): Gute Unterkunft mit nur kleinen Mängeln - Die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung und die Betten Die Möglichkeiten, Klamotten unterzubringen, mehrere Lampen funktionierten nicht, Küche zwar komplett OK, aber vieles wackelig (hab es ein wenig eingestellt, damit die Türen nicht aneinander ratschen). Eine Terassen-Tür konnte nicht verschlossen werden und es wurde auch nicht repariert in 5 Tagen.

• SabinaKz (9/5): Rodzinny wyjazd - Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z reszta miasta. Blisko metro i przystanki autobusowe. Sam apartament też bardzo komfortowy i wygodny dla 5 osób. Duzy plus za dwie lazienki. Drobny minus za brak dostępu do kanalów TV oraz za brak uzupełnienia przez 5 dni papieru toaletowego, worków na śmieci czy tabletki do zmywarki. Komfort poprawiłaby też 2 suszarka do wlasów w drugiej z łazienek. Ale mimo tych drobnych elementów i tak całość oceniam na 9/10
• Manuel (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, cerca de la estación de Sants y con fácil acceso al centro de Barcelona. Perfecto tanto para viajes de trabajo como para turismo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en muy buen estado, con un estilo moderno y funcional. La cama era muy cómoda y todo estaba bien preparado para la llegada. Se agradece que tenga lo necesario para varios días, incluida una pequeña cocina bien equipada. El sistema de check-in automático es muy práctico y funciona sin problemas. Las instrucciones son claras y te permite llegar a la hora que quieras sin depender de recepción, lo cual hace la estancia mucho más cómoda. En general, destacaría la limpieza, la comodidad y la buena organización. Es una opción muy recomendable en Barcelona y sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

• FREDERIC (8/5): - La surface d'un logement deux pièces, qui permet de vivre comme à la maison! Les équipements (jusqu'au lave vaisselle!) et les petites attention (huile, poivre, sel, pour faire la cuisine, ainsi que le café et le thé). La proximité de la gare "SANTS" et les arènes qui comportent un grand nombre de commerces et restaurants. Le métro a 100m du logement! Comme souvent à Barcelone, les commerces du RDC qui sont très bruyant, le ramassage des poubelles en pleine nuit, qui ne manque pas de vous réveiller. Le lit qui grince dès qu'on bouge..... et qui reveille tout l'appartement!
• Nikolett (8/5): - Szép volt a berendezés, tisztaság volt, kényelmes volt az ágy. Kicsit fáztunk, illetve alacsony volt a víz nyomás a tusolóban, valamint a mosdóban nem volt jó a lefolyó (el volt törve egy alkatrész, ezáltal csak úgy ment le a víz ha kiszedtük a dugót).

• Olga (10/5): Отличные аппартаменты - Отличное расположение, очень чисто, простая регистрация и доступ в помещение. Очень хорошо оборудованная кухня. Удобная кровать, отличные подушки. Просторные комнаты. В номере 213 нужно починить лейку душа, слив унитаза и плохо утекает вода в умывальнике.

Na descrição do alojamento diz que tem ferro de engomar e não tinha, bem como diz que não se pode fazer barulho apartir de dada hora e na última noite da nossa saída eram 2 da manhã e não conseguíamos dormir com música do andar de cima.
