Per 350 euro a notte avrei immaginato di meglio. Bagno cieco in camera e pieno di macchie di umidità e intonaco scrostato, anche in doccia.

Un mur de la salle de bain était abîmé par l'humidité, la température de la chambre n'était pas réglable, le rooftop n'était pas ouvert et le petit déjeuner était basique. Cela ne valait pas le prix que nous avons payé.

• Prantl (4/5): - Das ganze Hotel roch modrig , im Zimmer waren die Fenster offen da es nach Schimmel roch . ( Fotos ) Wir haben nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt , aber es war keines verfügbar . Ich habe der Dame am Empfang die Schimmelflecken an der Decke gezeigt sie hat es gesehen aber abgestritten . Ich hab ihr auch meine Allergie gezeigt , aber das Hotel hat einer kostenlosen Stornierung nicht zugestimmt . Wir sind abgereisst war sehr enttäuscht vom Verhalten des Besitzers , es ist doch mein Recht ein sauberes Zimmer zu bekommen, dafür bezahle ich ja . Deshalb kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen .

• Ana Rosa (10/5): Extraordinario. Muy céntrico. La mejor opción para estar cerca de todo. - La situación es ideal para ir andando a todas las atracciones turísticas más relevantes. Está prácticamente en la Piazza Navona (dos minutos caminado) y muy cerca de San Pedro en El Vaticano y de la Fontana di Trevi. El personal del hotel es amabilísimo, atienden en español. La habitación tiene un buen tamaño y está limpísima, incluyen accesorios al nivel de un cuatro estrellas. El desayuno es variado, no muy grande, pero para nosotras más que suficiente: huevos, tostadas, dulces, fruta, yogures, zumos y café. Nada negativo. Todo perfecto.

Letto comodissimo (soffro di mal di schiena e quindi sono una garanzia). Le foto lo fanno sembrare più lussuoso di quanto non sia e le camere sembrano più ampie. Unico disagio reale, per me, è stata la finestra del bagno senza tapparelle/persiane, ma solo con una tendina bianca trasparente. Quando fai la doccia, soprattutto di sera con le luci accese, hai la sensazione che le molte finestra del palazzo di fronte ti possano osservare. Consiglio alla struttura di mettere delle tende oscuranti, come nella camera da letto.

• Eleni (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο Coronari Palace ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Πρόκειται για ένα πανέμορφο boutique hotel με μοναδική αισθητική και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική, στην καρδιά της Ρώμης, επιτρέποντάς σου να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, καλαίσθητο και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο, ενώ η υπέροχη βεράντα αποτέλεσε μια μοναδική εμπειρία χαλάρωσης. Η διακόσμηση του ξενοδοχείου συνδυάζει κομψότητα και άνεση, δημιουργώντας μια πολύ ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία αξίζει στο προσωπικό, το οποίο ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Diana (8/5): Valeu muito pela localização, o quarto que escolhemos e pela gentileza dos funcionários. - Localização ótima, confortável, funcionários gentis. Ficamos na suíte do 4º andar, que é maravilhosa, com um terraço espaçoso, bom para tomar um vinho à noite ou um solzinho pela manhã. Moro no Rio de Janeiro e dessa vez fui à Roma no inverno e estava bem frio. O check-out é à 11h e meu vôo saía às 22:30h. Perguntamos sobre late check-out, mas é até 14h, o que não fazia muita diferença. Foi oferecido deixar a bagagem até a hora de ir para o aeroporto e disseram que haveria um espaço com banheiro para trocarmos de roupa e nos arrumarmos na hora de ir pro aeroporto. O espaço era um corredor em um local que parecia um almoxarifado e o banheiro minúsculo. O café da manhã é bem básico, sem muitas variedades.

• Dragomir (1/5): - I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel. We had to urgently leave due to a medical situation, which we clearly explained to the receptionist. He confirmed that he had no authority to help, charged only the city tax, and told us to email our request for a refund for the unused nights. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund even the two nights we did not stay, showing zero understanding or empathy for the situation. Instead of support, we received cold, dismissive communication and excuses about “protocols” that were never mentioned while we were there. It’s extremely disappointing to see a hotel prioritize money over basic human decency. If you value compassion, transparency, and professionalism, look elsewhere.
