• PabloS245 (8/5): Hotel Armani - We recently stayed at the Armani Hotel Dubai and overall had a very pleasant experience, mainly thanks to the exceptional concierge service. Ashraf Khattab from the concierge team was outstanding. Truly a 10 out of 10. Extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with efficiency and warmth. He made a real difference in our stay and represents the level of service one expects from a luxury property. However, I would not recommend booking the largest suite on the 38th floor. While the space itself is impressive, the amenities did not match the expectations for a suite in this category. There were very few in room amenities, and no complimentary fruits or small snacks available for guests to enjoy throughout the day, which is something typically offered at hotels of this level. For a flagship suite, the experience felt surprisingly minimal. In summary, excellent concierge service, but the top suite did not fully justify the premium price.

From the moment I stepped into the sleek lobby inside the iconic Burj Khalifa, I was enveloped in pure elegance. The rooms are spacious, calming, and immaculately designed, featuring subtle lighting, rich textures, and state-of-the-art technology. I was upgraded to a suite (room 825) through my AMEX card, overlooking the Dubai Fountain and offering a mesmerizing view both day and night. Every element—from the bedding to the bathroom amenities—reflected top-tier quality. The service was exceptional. The Lifestyle Managers went above and beyond to personalize every aspect of my stay, anticipating needs before I even mentioned them. The Armani Spa and the gym were one of the BEST I've used. The hotel arranged my dinner reservations and transportation, and even surprised me with a small gift to celebrate my Birthday. The location couldn’t be better—direct access to The Dubai Mall, and of course, being inside the world’s tallest building adds a special magic to the entire stay. In short, the Armani Hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a complete experience of refined luxury. • Y2566DOlilib (6/5): Not a Five Star Stay - We arrived at this hotel in mid-December and were given a pleasant welcome. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. A couple of nights in, we were awakened early in the morning by extremely loud drilling. When I complained to the front desk, I was told, without any apology, that the hotel shares the building with private residences and was unaware of the construction. We were assured it would not happen again. That assurance was meaningless, as the drilling resumed the very next morning and continued throughout the entire day. After complaining again, management finally moved us to another room away from the residential area. Only then did we receive an apology. I spoke directly with the on-duty hotel manager and explained that when you are paying over $800 per night at a so-called five-star hotel, uninterrupted sleep should be the bare minimum expectation. Being woken up by construction noise and unable to stay in your room during the day is completely unacceptable at this price point. After repeated complaints, the hotel offered to comp us a buffet dinner, which felt inadequate given the severity of the disruption. There is no denying that this is a beautiful property with excellent restaurants and a convenient location. However, none of that matters if you cannot sleep or relax in your room. The hotel’s inability to control or properly respond to issues stemming from the adjacent residential units is a major flaw, and it was handled poorly. If you are considering staying here, do not prioritize fountain or city views. Instead, insist on a room far away from the residential area. Most importantly, do not expect problems to be handled at the level one would reasonably expect from a true five-star hotel.

Due to a flight cancellation on 18 December, one night was lost with no compensation. • bethgarner55 (10/5): I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the staff are PHENOMINAL - I came to this hotel just me and my 5 year old to celebrate his birthday (not the most conventional hotel for a 5 year olds birthday but honestly they made it perfect) We have stayed at most of the hotels across the Emirates especially the 5 star hotels. This hotel went over and above and blew us away and all due to the staff. From the second you pull in I have never met such welcoming and efficient valet and door staff, they made my son feel like royalty, warm, funny, fast and kind and completely set the standard for the rest of the stay Check in - we were helped by Pramod, he was FABULOUS! He was so kind with my son, interactive and just made him feel special and important and not what I had expected from a hotel like the Armani where I thought it would be more business corporate style. Pramod took us to our room and on the way stopped off at the chocolate shop to let my little one pick something for himself (so kind!!) The staff with the bags were just lovely too, nothing is too much trouble for ANYONE! The room is amazing, they had gone over and above for my son, the room was decorated, there was cake, gifts and then they even brought more for him with a chocolate burj Khalifa which was STUNNING and candies!! The bed is the biggest we have ever stayed in and SO comfortable, the ipad which controls the room is fab!! We went to Atmosphere which I know is not a part of the hotel but again the staff made it for us, going over and above with my little boy! Breakfast - AMAZING! The team genuinely care (this runs through all the staff) everything is smooth, the food phenomenal, all the options you need and again couldnt do enough to make my sons day special with treats and gifts!! Check out super quick and again the lady that served us was funny, chatty and kind. Only negative would be the pool but this is purely down to preference, but I understand with the shape of the building they make the best of the space they have. Also the time for the money to be refunded back to my card I would have hoped a little faster but this is me nitpicking. So many hotels could learn from this hotel on how to treat guests. Its the perfect warm fun and stunning hotel and this is for me due to the staff! They made our trip and its due to them that I would return again and again! Everything in the hotel runs like clockwork. Thank you all so much for making my little boys day!!

Direct access to the mall was cool too but a little map of how to find your way back would have been handy as it is not that straightforward to find!

The L shaped pool is small but good with some sun and some shade just outside the spa and gym area. Good breakfast but very expensive if not included nearly $50...The main problem is the massive traffic in the immediate vicinity of the hotel given the Dubai Mall is adjacent, so takes twice as long to get in and out of this hotel versus hotels in adjacent blocks. Great view of Fountains (1pm, 1:30 and 6pm) from the Deli restaurant one floor up.

Even after we checked out the staff attended to my mother’s needs as if she were their mother. Every need was attended to.
• kathleensU8603MO (2/5): Atrocious Service for a High Price Tag - I never post reviews, but this experience was appalling and aggravating. It evoked something in me to write this review. The Armani Hotel is visually stunning, but the service and guest experience were deeply disappointing. Our room was contemporary, modern, and beautifully designed, with sleek architectural details, a large balcony, and a gorgeous fountain view. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything about the room beyond aesthetics was excellent. We initially booked a suite with a fountain view before being upgraded to a larger fountain-view suite, which was a nice gesture. By contrast, the lobby had a surprisingly dreary, almost lifeless feeling. Check-in was slow; our room wasn’t ready, so we waited in the lounge for about an hour. The staff offered us three complimentary drinks during the wait, which was a small positive. All the other staff were generally accommodating and responsive, providing requested items when available. However, our interaction with Cameila at the front desk completely soured the stay. She explained that our room included Burj Khalifa tickets. We initially agreed to 9PM that same day, but she later said that time wasn’t available and suggested we switch to 9AM the next day. The following morning, she denied this conversation had ever taken place, insisted we had chosen 9PM, and refused to rebook or refund unless we paid again. Essentially trying to charge us twice for something already included. She spoke arrogantly and condescendingly, trying to gaslight us into believing the mistake was ours. I felt completely disrespected and frustrated. It was shocking to be treated this way at a hotel of this reputation. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. The hotel taxi first quoted 150 AED, then raised it to 200 AED, and after missing his own exit, increased it to 300 AED. During the ride, he even handed us his phone to navigate for him and made strange, uncomfortable comments, including saying, “In all of my 27 years working here this is the first time I’ve come to this hotel. It must be a Filipino hotel,” laughing at his own remarks. He was pompous and pretentious throughout the ride. When we arrived at our next hotel, he pressured the security guard into carrying all of our luggage up to the room, arguing until the guard complied. The entire ordeal left me feeling pity for the security guard. We made sure to tip him instead of our taxi driver. I expected 5-star treatment, but every interaction left me disappointed and disheartened. Compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at, including Conrad and Hilton Palm Jumeirah, the differences were stark. Those hotels were friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. We even received free birthday cakes at Hilton and chocolates at Conrad and Hilton, gestures we never requested. At Armani, there was no such hospitality, and the lack of courtesy made us feel unvalued as guests despite the high price of the suite. In short, while the room and design were beautiful, the dreary lobby, arrogance, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism at Armani made it a frustrating and disappointing experience. Armani will take your money and belittle you with their entitled behavior. Guests looking for true 5-star service should look elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here. We will never stay here again when we visit Dubai in the future, and neither should you.

• MarwaMMA (6/5): Mixed experience despite a great room and location - I just stayed here and, while the room was clean, spacious, and the property’s direct connection to Dubai Mall is extremely convenient, several service issues spoiled the experience. On arrival, the valet told me I wasn’t a guest—even though I showed the card I’d been given, and insisted I go back inside to get it stamped. The next morning at breakfast, after waiting more than 40 minutes for my order, I was told it had been given to another table by mistake. Finally, after checkout I informed the team I’d visit Dubai Mall and return for my luggage; they gave me an access card that didn’t work, and I had to wait another 30 minutes to sort it out. Great room and location, but the service needs serious attention to match the hotel’s standards.

We were looked after at the reception desk by Sofia who also walked us to our room and showed us key points. Such a lovely warm and friendly lady. We enjoyed drinks for my wife’s special birthday and we were served by the lovely Hafsa thank you for your lovely service and warm conversation. - Bed very comfortable. - iPad in room to control curtains, TV etc. - Great breakfast selection and service. - Coffee pots in foyer to help yourself. - Nearby Dubai Water fountain which you can see from the hotel was unfortunately out for maintenance. - Aqua panna glass water bottles in room - Thank you for bringing a Birthday cake to the room after our arrival. - Thanks to the barista at breakfast who wrote Birthday latte art on my wife’s coffee - cool. - Great service by staff at front door and reception, actually everyone we came in contact with. - Hit and miss with the mostly generic branded amenities bags left in the bathroom. Marvis products in 1 bag and never seen them again, all generic branded accessories every other day and not always the same things. You'd think with the rates you pay to stay here it would Marvis all round. - We found the round room shape odd and rarely used the lounge area. - No upgrades even in low season.

He was always professional, on time and patient with us even though were we extremely tired from our travels. He was able to work with us on our itinerary for a wonderful time in Dubai. When there were issues like when someone did not show up on time Ashraf would get us to our event and then run back and take care of the people that were late and get them there without showing any frustration. Ashraf is the best concierge that we have ever worked with and the rest of our group concurs. We would recommend Ashraf as a concierge to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Dubai.
• PhylJS (10/5): Incredible Experience in Dubai - We had an opportunity to stay at the Armani in Dubai on our way to South Africa and a safari. The hotel was fabulous and our suite was spacious, contemporary, luxurious, meeting all our needs. The entire staff was welcoming. attentive, and willing to assist. Our concierge, Ashraf Khattab was amazing! He attended to all of our needs and with his help made the absolute most of the time we were there. Thanks to Ashraf, a time we will never forget!
• 888AHV (6/5): Armani does not need to get into the hotel business! - I found the hotel to be actually disappointing. The front desk experience was unimpressive and poorly managed. The rooms were trying to hard to be cool and trendy and felt even cheap in some areas from the plastic weird carpet in hallways and rooms to the couch in my room that had some silk floral slip cover on it that felt cheesy. The best thing was the towels and the touchpad tech was good. Rest I felt like I overpaid for a brand that should not be in the hotel business.

It’s such luxury place, the service is amazing, I have rarely seen a such high level of service by the staff. Few very good restaurants inside the hotel, very nice bar also. Rooms are very modern, with obviously all the comfort. Everything has been thought in the smallest details. The hotel is inside the Burj Khalifa building so very convenient for the addict of shopping, there is a direct access!

What really stands out is the consistency: every single interaction is handled with courtesy and precision. Mr. Rafi clearly runs a tight ship, and it shows. No luxury - During a short business stop before our flight, my husband and I experienced the most disrespectful treatment we have encountered in any five-star property. We submitted a formal complaint — and after over a month of follow-up, we received vague apologies but no accountability or clear action. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to represent excellence. Disgraceful behavior. No accountability. No luxury — just low-level, arrogant treatment dressed in a designer brand. Stay elsewhere. Additionally, the late-night atmosphere in and around the lobby — specifically near the entrance — was incongruous with the brand’s values, marked by a concentration of activity that raised serious reputational concerns.

• yousiff408 (10/5): Beyond spectacular service quality. - I visited Armani Lounge for a quick coffee break with 2 friends. We ordered a Spanish Latte, cheesecake, tiramisu, and dark chocolate cake. Absolutely everything tasted beyond delicious and delightful, and that’s mainly due to Chef Gianmarco’s (pastry chef) exquisite culinary skills. The only thing better than the taste of the food was the beyond amazing and spectacular service from the team, mainly Ms. Marina, Ms. Paula, Mr. Kerols Maher, and Ms. Wit. Their service quality was beyond outstanding, as they always succeed at delivering service way beyond expectations and always delight their customers. Definitely and absolutely recommend for friends, couples, family, even if you’re going solo, and I am more than definitely coming back again.

Sonia upgraded me to a lovely spacious suite and Trisha helped me buy very hard to get Dubai chocolates. i got a 30 min massage which was great. secret tip go to the pool you will have the best picture opportunities of the Burj since the pool takes up the entire left side of the building. would highly recommend this hotel.

But what stands out the most is the incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. I have never felt so cared for in a hotel as I did here. The Armani has the absolute best of the best when it comes to staff. Each person I walked past was so friendly and polite. From check in, they let us sit down while they handled the rest and provided us drinks while we relaxed. The wait staff at the restaurants I enjoyed onsite were just beyond wonderful and sweet. They gave me a rose and a personalized birthday greeting on a cappuccino which was so unexpected and thoughtful. And everyone I encountered always checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. There is no place like this one. To me, this should be considered a 10 star hotel. The Armani is hands down the best!

This hotel smelt amazing everywhere, if I could bottle it and bring it home it would be fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, everything you need and the staff are simply amazing. Every member of staff you came into contact with were so friendly, helpful and just wanted to make your stay amazing. Ali at breakfast was a credit to the hotel. He made our morning breakfast experience fantastic. The gentleman who checked us in again was so helpful and informative, I’m sorry I didn’t write his name down. The views are spectacular, atm the fountains are off which was a disappointment but not the hotels fault , it just means we will have to return. Access to the mall was brilliant, you don’t have to go outside at all.

• 833ror (2/5): Overcharged And Took Advantage Of My Situation - Hotel was nice and location perfect. I was there to see the Burj Khalifa, which is specifically why I chose Armani. It occupies floors 1-39. I had a nice suite on the 38th floor. The huge issue and disappointment causing 1 star rating (I would rate it 0), is that I booked it for 5/12- 5/13. My flight arrived at 10:30pm on the 11th. I thought it would take longer than it did to go thru passport control and customs. I got to the hotel at 11:50pm. I checked out at 9pm the next day (May 12th) for my 1:30am flight on 5/13 . They charged me for two nights. I was there for less than 24 hours. I object to hotels charging just because they can. It's abusive. There are better and more trustworthy hotels to stay at in Dubai. The reservation clerk initially processed my check in and set me up for the room on the 38th floor, but got confused because of the check in date on the reservation. She asked the manager for help, and he took over. He gave me a story that the room was not available unless I was willing to pay for two nights. Then he tried to give a room on the 5th floor, but I insisted that the clerk just told me that I was getting the 38th floor. He told me that the room was no longer available. He change his story after a short conversation. Since I was already there and had traveled for more than 18 hours from California, I felt I had no choice so agreed to the two night charge. No sympathy at all for my situation from the Armani manager !!!

The only con I’d note is the **layout** of rooms with fountain views. While the view is stunning, the lack of a balcony and furniture facing inward (rather than toward the fountain) means you can only fully admire it by standing near the window. **All in all**, my experience was wonderful, thanks to the impeccable service and luxurious ambiance.
