A comprehensive renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience, as the current room exhibited a strong, unpleasant odor indicative of moisture, creating a suffocating atmosphere, and the toilet door was in disrepair.

- Jürgen (5/5): - Das Frühstück war gut und man konnte auf der Terrasse essen. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt und hatten einen Ausblick auf eine Mauer mit Stacheldrahtzaun.

Would have loved some more westeran or asian options. But was satisfied with the offerring. In house restaurant was not that great interms of offerring. but staff were very courteous. However was surprised with the staff not being conversant with English. Expected that as a hotel hosting international guests.

Trochu neútulný pokoj. Málo světla. Za balkon se považuje ochoz bazénu. Je tam ale hodně odpočívadel, kde můžete i kouřit. Trochu dál na Khaosan. (Grab). V blízkém okolí krom Elevn nic není. Pěšky to není zase až tak daleko.

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful; they even tracked down our lost backpack and returned it to us safely. Location is great if you like to visit cultural attractions like Wat Pho, Wat Arun and The Grade Palace. The property is significantly outdated and in need of comprehensive maintenance. Specifically, the guest rooms, bathrooms, and breakfast area require modernization and repair to meet standard hospitality expectations.

- jelle (1/5): Zeer teleurstellend - Zwembad was enigste positieve Vies, oud, kapot, fotos van 20 jaar geleden gebruikt, schimmel en aanslag in badkamer, kapotte meubels, plafon kapot, overal vlekken, stopcontacten die niet werkte, lichtknopjes die niet werkten , airco 1 stand ijs koud en maakt zo veel herrie dat je er niet van kan slapen, toilet rol houder weg en niet vervangen, vieze ouwe bedden die uit elkaar schuiven voor de prijs echt slechtste hotel in 5 weken Thailand !

We were not happy so requested an upgrade which was quickly agreed and we were removed to a much better room with more space and Cleaner.

- Jimmy (6/5): I had a good stay but not excellent one. - I like the location of it to my conference venue. I also like the pool. The room was large and clean. I found the room quite old. The sink outside the bathroom was discomforting. I'm disappointed that there is no flat iron in the room. There was also a time that I found the room open after coming back from conference. I understand that I asked for room cleaner, but to leave the room open was disturbing because I have valuable things inside. The room should be locked after cleaning.
