- Rita (10/5): Good location. Excellent staff - Over night stay to visit friends and to see the Chelsea flower display down the kings road. Perfect location. We have stayed many times at The Pestana in London and elsewhere. Always excellent More amenities in the room would be nice. One bottle of water and 2 instant coffees is a little stingy.

Expectations were high based on the price - Good location We booked a night for 3 people in a 1 bed apartment that sleeps 3 however there was no sofa bed available in the room as advertised just a sofa which they called a day bed, definitely not suitable to sleep on. We were told we could be moved to a 2 bedroom apartment but to come back later after it had been cleaned however when we returned another staff member said there wasn’t one available so they didn’t know why we had been told that. Not great communication. The manager was rude and quite abrupt. The appartments were clean and tidy however lacked basic essentials in the kitchen like paper towels, teatowels washing up liquid all which you expect in an apartment. Also disappointed with booking.com who claim to price match. I sent the new price for the same room nearly 40% cheaper the day before yet they declined to match it. I should have canceled the room and re booked it under the cheaper price however i thought it would be easier for them to price match clearly not.

- M. Claire (9/5): Great jumping off point for exploring London - Fabulous breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good bar, and the use of a pool, steamroom and sauna really made this place special. To be a five minute walk from Chelsea, and to have ready access to the multitude of restaurants and shops in the area made this a fun, safe place to use as a base for exploring London.

- Judith (8/5): A quality oasis in London - It really is a quality oasis in London. I loved the location near to Battersey and within walking distance to Sloane Square. The only down side is that the Pestana is within walking distance but not close to the Tube.

- Maik (9/5): - Alles Die teilweise Respektlosigkeit anderer Gäste und dass das Hotelpersonal nicht für Ruhe gesorgt hat. Da wird beim Frühstück an jedem zweiten Tisch Videotelefonie über die Lautsprecher des Telefons geführt.

- Lauren (5/5): Usually nice but bad experience - Extremely frustrated with both BOOKING.COM and the hotel. I like this hotel, I have stayed a couple of times before. This time I went through booking.com pet hotel search, it brought up this hotel. I booked this hotel, they took the payment. I added an additional message for the hotel telling them I was bring a small dog. I arrived after 4 hours of travelling and the hotel gave me a lovely room. They rang me within moments of arriving in the room and said dogs aren’t allowed and I have to leave and speak to the manager. They kept me waiting whilst they were on the phone to booking.com and finally came of of their office said will make an exception if I give them a hold on my credit card for damages. I was in my way to an event. They made me 20 minutes late sorting this out and no compensation at all, not even a cup of coffee. Between booking.com and the hotel this should not have happened, it very much upset me thinking I would have to run around looking for a hotel and intimated my dog would damage the hotel room. My dog is beyond well trained and quiet and friendly. It ruined my trip. It ruined my experience staying at a hotel I usually like. Plus the air conditioning was broken, the hotel was too hot. - Carol (10/5): Excellent stay - would do again. - First of all Angel in reception was very helpful. We arrived early and she put a priority on cleaning the room. She helped us change a tour bus. The king room (with the park view) was spacious and comfortable. Very clean, and housekeeping staff very quick in the morning. Breakfast was good and plentiful even though it did not vary, there were many choices. Del and staff in the restaurant were exceptionally polite. The bartender Nucia was so helpful and kind. The location was perfect to get around the city and on a BigBus. Highly recommend. The TV channels were disappointing.

If I'm being picky I'd say the shower was a little slow to drain and the hairdryer was completely useless.

Sauberkeit unterirdisch, alles veraltet und dreckig, es war noch vasilnen des vorgängers drinnen, lippenstiftflecken an möbel und lampe, haare in der badewanne und noch mehr. Sauberkeit definitiv das schlechteste hotel aller zwiten.

- Ngo (7/5): Pleasant. Enjoyed the swimming pool. - The size of the rooms were spacious. The Breakfast plan didn't have a good selection of cold drinks. It only provided water & orange juice and no choice of coffee type. Most hotels have more than one juice available and various types of coffee in machines.
