- Catalina (5/5): - Nos gustó la ubicación del hotel, el desayuno y el hecho de que nos hayan permitido dejar nuestras mochilas luego del check out durante la tarde, para no cargar con ellas hasta tomar nuestro vuelo. La limpieza de la pieza no fue la mejor. Encontramos pelos en el baño al llegar a nuestra habitación. También lamentamos que el uso de la terraza superior sólo sea para estar, sin poder llevar algún bebestible o algo similar. El bar del hotel es bastante pequeño e incómodo, motivo por el cual tuvimos que ir a otro lugar a celebrar la noche en la cual nos comprometimos.

- JeanneSC1 (10/5): Terrific choice for Teatro Colon - I selected this hotel so that I could easily slip home after the Opera - I think I reached my bed before many people found their uber 😉 so I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was! My room was decorated to invite calm, the bed was comfy and I slept deeply without hearing street noise. The staff was welcoming and helpful. ☺️

- Pia (9/5): Fantastisk placering og værelser på øverste etage med altan kan anbefales - Vi boede i værelse på øverste etage med udsigt til Avenida 9 de Julio og Obelisco de Buenos Aires det var helt fantastisk Mangler mulighed for tidlig check in eller day hotel. Vi fløj i 14 timer fra Amsterdam og ankom til Buenos Aires kl. 7 om morgenen. Det ville have været rart at kunne hvile sig lidt i en rigtig seng i stedet for at vente til check in. Man kan måske booke en ekstra overnatning men det tænkte vi ikke på.

A 3 huéspedes diferentes les ayudo y a nosotros no. La hotelería cambiaria desde el momento que los de recepción se dejen de sentir los dueños de los hoteles. El resto de personal en recepción como el señor Horacio muy amable.

- Oztravels7 (8/5): Excellent hotel in great location! - Excellent hotel in the best location! The rooms are lovely, the food at breakfast very good. The reception staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. The location is the best for the best tango show in Buenos Aires, Tango Portello! I removed one star as the hotel provides no English television channels!

- Claudio (7/5): - La calidez del personal.!!! 10 puntos.!!! El desayuno tambien muy bueno.!!! Un poco de falta de mantenimiento, se trabo el botón del inodoro, el mueble de escritorio estaba muy desgastado, y no teníamos ni shamppo ni gel de ducha, reclamamos y al rato nos asistieron pero tuve que bañarme otra vez, ya que la primera vez no pude ni enjabonarme.

Nice room with balcony, great view. Loved the location and the room! The staff were exceptionally friendly, Pilar on the front desk was very helpful and gave great service! Only minor thing was the mini bar fridge not working and the coffee and water not being restocked on our second night. Other than that it was an excellent stay!

Dejamos las maletas en un momento en recepción ya que teníamos cambio de habitación y no estaba lista la nueva, y no hubo ningún problema, aportan mucha confianza. - Claudia (8/5): Viaje en pareja - La ubicación y la limpieza En realidad no es que no me gusto algo en particular ,quizás algún detalle en En .desayuno ,faltaban yogures y frutos secos. El frigobar no funcionaba pero al reclamar nos lo cambiaron . El gimnacio muy pequeño ,tiene solo una bicicleta y un caminador y algunas pesas. Eramos 4 personas que coincidimos en el mismo horario y evidentemente no pudimos entrenar.Creo que son cosas que se pueden mejorar y elevarían la puntuación del hotel .

Placard amplio El desayuno, poca variedad ya sea en yogurt que solo había de un sabor, granola no había, solo había copos de trigo, la leche solo una variedad, el café de máquina no era tan bueno y varias veces salió frío. Cosas para mejorar

- Farkas (8/5): Pár éjszakára, városlátogatáshoz tökéletes. - Az elhelyezkedése a központban van, finom volt a reggeli és kényelmes volt az ágy. Közel van a hop on busz megállója. A hajszárító nagyon rossz minőségű volt és megégette a hajam.
