- Sante (10/5): - Non aver trovato l'hotel. L'impossibilità di trovarlo.
- Paulo Sérgio (5/5): -
- Pascoal (10/5): - Ficamos muitos dias e gostamos demais!
- John (9/5): Would stay again - Everything was good No plates at breakfast
- Lawrence (8/5): Comfortable and very quiet. - The hotel was about 3km out of the main town (out past the airport), but it was a nice walk to downtown and back. It was extremely quiet - we were the only guests staying there. The building itself was amazing, although perhaps some of the decor was a little dated. Not having anyone around, we were a little concerned with settling our bill as we were leaving very early on the morning of our last day. Luckily I found the owner around the property and was able to settle up in advance of our departure. It was a little odd in that we literally had the place to ourselves.

- Kathleen (9/5): Great Oasis of calm and comfort in the Patagonian wild. - I felt warm and safe with the cold snow swirling outside. They let me use their refrigerator to store my snacks. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have loved leveled, paved parking. The parking was on large rocks on a slope, making it challenging to park my motorcycle.
- Jacopo (10/5): - Staff molto gentile e disponibile in tutto.

- Mathias (9/5): - Sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit, flexibel, nachts ruhig Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
Rien …

- Chad (10/5): Everything was great. Clean, cozy and the staff were amazing! - Beautiful place, nice breakfast area nice bathrooms
- Uzoma (10/5): Charming hotel with very friendly staff. The interior of the hotel has beautiful exposed wood ceilings that added to the - Beautiful building with lots of charm. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
- Susan (10/5): - What a lovely small hotel/bnb! The hosts Marcelo and Karina, as well as the evening desk staff, Gabby, were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating! The place was charming, clean, comfortable beds and bedding, fluffy luxurious towels ( after two weeks in Argentina I had forgotten how much I appreciated a good, soft, fluffy bath towel!). Breakfast is simple but adequate. It is a short walk to the grocery store and to a very good restaurant called “Food”. It is a bit outside of town but it is a 30 minute walk into town or a quick $4 uber ride. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Added bonus is getting to meet the owner, Marcelo, who is the only South American to have achieved Master class in the Worldloppet ( cross country skiing)!
- Cristian (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place in Ushuaia
Owner was very helpful
- Gigi (10/5): Charm and warmth, unsurpassed attention - This hotel was more than we imagined thanks to the special care that Marcelo and Karina give to their guests, It’s a little out of the way but much nicer than being in the down town in a typical run of the mil hotel, Hotel Campanilla has charm and warmth and they even went the extra mile when one of our party was sick and needed a Dr .
Plus some very nice places to eat with in walking distance.
- Wanderlusts (9/5): Superb - The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.
The staff was amazing - super friendly receptionists (both the day and night shifts) and super attentive There wasn't daily room service.
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional - Felt like being at home, staff accommodating to our
personal needs with a smile. No request was too big. I couldn't stay lo ger
- Elizabeth (7/5): Receptionist did her best to manage language differences - It is sufficient. Continental breakfast
- Hazel (7/5): Good value but requires 15 min ride to Ushuaia harbor. - Good value. Far from the harbor and the main drag in Ushuaia (15 min taxi or Uber ride).
There were limited dining options in the area.
The room was over-warm even with open windows.
- Henry (6/5): A good location, but nothing fancy. - The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location was good. The beds were firm and comfortable. There was plenty of really hot water and the maid kept the room really clean. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. They keep the place much cooler than I prefer, and there are no individual temperature controls in the rooms. Since I can't eat fruit or sweets, I found the breakfast a bit skimpy.
- Avery (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josip (9/5): A pleasure to stay, hope they can keep Gabriela forever, she is a jewel - A classical place, very homey, wonderful staff (One and only Mrs Gabriela). Absolutely recommended Muddy roads in Ushuaia, including in front of the hotel
- Elena (9/5): Great place with amazing landscape - Very good staff! Thanks a lot for your help and advise:)
Clean room, clean towels and nice landscape from our window. Nice location, quiet place. Sometimes at the night was cold and the breakfast could be more varied. But those minuses didn’t be so important for us.
- Max (9/5): Superb - Very helpful staff. Clean and very cute hotel.
- Nicholas (7/5): Good - Friendly owner Location was difficult to access transport
- Yessica (9/5): Cozy stay in Ushuaia - The views are beautiful, and the location is the best. It’s not in downtown, but it is easy to move. The is a supermarket pretty near. All ok
- Oleg (5/5): For the same money we booked much better place in better location - Attractive building, powerful shower, new refrigerator in common area Bedding cheap and uncomfortable , damaged sink. Breakfast very economical
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good - Staff were friendly but not often there. Need to plan your taxis. Can be booked in advance
- E (7/5): Good - breakfast was limited
- Roman (10/5): Очень душевно - Ernesto and Carina are the best!!!
- Stefan (8/5): Very good -
- Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - wonderful staff - very friendly and always helpful
- Janez (7/5): ok for short stay - basic breakfast, nice and helpful staff
- Janez (8/5): ok for a short stay - breakfast is basic, convenient location close to the airport room for three rather small, no place to put three suitcases
- Moretti (8/5): Very good - Decent room. Quite big bathroom. Not very clean. The bedsheets were a bit dirty. It would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room. Location outside of the center. No breakfast if you need to leave before 7:30.
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marg (10/5): Wonderful! Highly recommended. - Staff, cleanliness of room, breakfast N/a
- Marc (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful classic house and cute hotel.
- Mariele (9/5): Great place not great location - The Hotel is pretty neat, very comfy, it has a bathtub on the room that was perfect after long trekkings. It was always cleaned and perfect temperature The options for breakfast are not very good and the location is a little bit far from downtown so we always had to catch an uber to arrive there
- Nicolai (9/5): Superb - Charming guest house with helpful staff. The breakfast room was very nice, as was the food (fairly simple but tasty and a good amount). Location is fine, we found it helpful to have a car (parking right outside).
- Fanchin (9/5): Superb - A nice hotel and, despite being little bit old, very well maintained.
Exceptional service. Due to our flight, they advanced our check-in by 3 hours free of charge.
Although far from the city center, getting around with Uber is quite affordable and efficient.
Very good breakfast. Exceptional bathroom and showers. Almost 2024 and internet with a poor and intermittent signal is no longer acceptable.
The recurring exchange rate problem pesos-dolar. Even in a country with absurd inflation and different exchange rates, transparency is required. MEP or BLUE and period.
- Ross (9/5): Nice, quiet location in Ushuaia. It met my needs. - Even though the hotel was located away from the town center, it was very convenient to one of the larger supermarkets. The location was nice and quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The lighting in the room was not especially bright. This is my only complaint.
- Elaine (6/5): Clean friendly but limited wifi and limited English. - Looked great and staff were friendly WiFi didn’t work in the hotel room during the day/evening only worked very late at night both days I was there. So had to go to main part of the hotel for wifi or incur roaming costs.
Room was way too hot, needed windows open when I was there and not sleeping, couldn’t adjust. Tv was not set up to work and no instructions on how it had to be set (hdmi 1 not cable as it was set) was sorted day 2 only.
Lists ashaving bar but it was not open/in use either night there, so I think just during winter..
Staff were friendly but spoke minimal English, so hard to resolve wifi issues etc.
- Clinton (7/5): Charming heritage home, Gracious hosts, and great valule. - Our flight was cancelled at the last minute and we needed any room for the night. The property and grounds are very charming (beautiful house). We booked online and arrived within about 5 minutes and staff & owner were exceptionally nice during our time there. The price was great.
For us the location was perfect - immediate access to the airport and a large grocery store steps from the property so we could at least get something to eat. Otherwise, we would consider it a bit isolated if not renting a car or having transport arranged.
Wifi excellent as was the hot water. The worst part was there was not way to control the room temperature. We had every window we had opened as wide as they went and still sweltered all night. A way to turn the radiators completely off would have been nice (either that or I need a tutorial on how to do it).
- Kathleen (9/5): Friendly owners and staff on the outskirts of the city. - Quiet location just a short drive from everything. We had a car, so very convenient to get around. (Note: driving in Ushuaia city is not for the timid!) Very friendly owner and staff.
Rooms a little dated, but very clean.
Our room did smell a bit of old cigarette smoke, but may have just been due to the age of the facility. We were there for 5 nights and didn’t really notice it after awhile. The owner/staff are very hard working, but it seems they could use some additional help. When we first arrived, there was no one who heard us knocking at the front door (there’s a key pad, but we hadn’t been provided a code). I phoned and reached the owner. My Spanish is lousy, but I was able to let him know we had arrived. He then phoned someone in the hotel who promptly came to the door to let us in.
Breakfast buffet selection was limited.
- Monika (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very clean and good size.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - We have travelled all over the world both on our motorcycle and for work. It is rare that you come across a place like this. We have given it top marks across the board. So how can we do that for facilities for example when there was no sauna, gym, restaurant etc? How can we give tip marks for location when it was a (fun) bus ride or one hour walk into the centre of town. Easy really. This place felt like home. We felt at home completely and that was absolutely everything for us. After all, we don't have a gym or sauna in our own home and it's a 30 minute walk into town for us. Note - there is a nice cafe/ restaurant within a ten minute walk from the hotel. No negatives at all
- Li (8/5): Very good - The staff was terrific. The honeyed croissants at breakfast were tasty. And we enjoyed discovering nearby locales.
- William (9/5): Superb - Quaint cozy. Clean accommodations, Staff very friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast included
- Shady (10/5): Exceptional - I like the great hospitality and cleanness of the hotel nothing
- Julianne (10/5): Beautiful place to stay - First of all, I would come back again just for Karina and her family who own and run this hotel. It was a nice place, the rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were provided. Karina spent a long time with our group helping with directions, taxis and really anything else we needed. They even did our laundry for us. They were the sweetest people ever and I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s located on the other side of Ushuaia, so closer to the national park side and not really the town. But it’s honestly worth it. Breakfast hours were a little short. Only 7:30-9.
- Erik (10/5): Outstanding and cosy hotel - Very nice hosts who really take their time with you. Always friendly and humble.
It's a very nice place. Nothing fancy, but it looks authentic. Everything is clean and well taken care of.
The hotel is outside the city center in a quiet area. We recommend taking an uber if you want to go around. There are a lot of ubers and we never had trouble getting one. Breakfast is simple. A few additions (scrambled eggs?) would be nice.
- Claudiu (10/5): Very nice stay in Ushuaia - This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. It really shows that it is directly managed by the owners who are extremely friendly and willing to help with anything. They helped me to rent a car by doing all the talking and arrangements on WhatsApp. The car arrived at the hotel, and it was very new, in excellent condition and had a great price. I didn't even need a credit card for the car rental. The car rental experience has been amazing, and it was possible only because of the hotel hosts. They helped another tourist as well with the car rental, as he was refused by the big car rental companies for not having a credit card.
The hotel is very clean and has a rustic feeling. The heating worked great and the bathroom had very hot water with great pressure. This was very nice since I visited in winter and it was cold outside.
The price of this hotel is extremely affordable compared to what you get. -
- Weldon (7/5): Good -
- Claudio (9/5): Superb -
- Meng (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very nice and hotel was very cozy. He opened breakfast earlier for us because of our early flight. Really accommodating. Highly recommended
- Richard (9/5): A nice stay in Ushuaia - The breakfast was very good. Nearby restaurant "FOOD" was excellent.
- Jackson (7/5): Good - comfortable place for a short stay Location is pretty far from everything so you need a taxi to go most anywhere. I needed a taxi early in the morning so asked the night before when reception opened up and was told it was 24 hours. At 6:45 AM when I went to ask for them to call a taxi for me nobody was there.
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional - owners were wonderful. very quaint. lots of open space. Grocery close. Breakfast decent.
- Oli (7/5): cozy place - clean and cozy location is quite far from centre
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Silverman (10/5): cute little hotel in a quiet neighborhood with extremely friendly and helpful service, would definitely recommend! - Excellent service, great views from the room, and conveniently located next to a supermarket in addition to nearby options for a quick bite! No complaints!
- Noel (5/5): Nice place, shame about everything else. - Very well presented No English Spoken. Uncomfortable bed. Didn't get to have breakfast because breakfast time didn't start until after my departure time, being close to the airport I would have thought they'd have catered more for early departures and arrivals. When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to reception, it was only by chance another guest saw me and called the staff on her phone. Bathroom is good but the location of the wash basin and shower screen creates a smash hazard. Cash only which is unhelpful if you've just arrived without exchanging currency. If i was staying more than one night I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful.
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional - quiet, clean, quaint hotel. near market and airport. good breakfast
- A.r.p. (8/5): Very good -
- Kitty (9/5): Charming old world accommodation. - Karina gave us a very warm welcome. The room had a good sized bathroom and the hotel overall had an old world charm to it. I liked being out of the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. The fresh croissants at breakfast were good. Check in was a little slow - it took us a while to get someone's attention to let us in! Some fresh fruit would have been nice at breakfast. A couple more pillows would be good too.
- Cristine (9/5): Superb -
- Marta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lilian (9/5): Superb -
- Yury (10/5): Exceptional -
