• Gustavo (4/5): - En si la habitación estaba bien. Funcional para unos días en Roma. Un poco antiguo y viejo pero por el precio pagado no se le podía pedir mas. El problema fue que no hay recepción por las noches y alguien estuvo picando en el timbre de entrada sobre las 01:00-02:00 de la madrugada interrumpiendo el sueño. Fue una mala experiencia. Por lo demás, me guardaron la maleta gratuitamente antes y después de la estancia.
• Stephen (8/5): - It is a good hotel and extremely close to the train station. Good for getting the bus to sights. The staff are wonderful but the hotel needs a bit of updating especially with the shower.
• Verified traveler (6/5): テルミニ駅近くて便利 - ローマテルミニ駅からすぐの所にあり、探しやすかったです。夜のローマ付近はやはり雰囲気は良いとは言えませんでしたが、近くにクラブとかはないのか、静かでした。 到着が予定より遅くなってしまい、オーナーの方がホテルの前で待っていて、突然声を掛けられ驚きました。夜でしたし、イタリアは声を掛けられても無視すべきだと思っていたので怖くて1度は無視してしまいましたが、ホテルの方でした。とても感じの良い方でした。21:30以降はそこに滞在していないのか、困ったら電話して！というスタイルなので、電話が使えない方は少し困るかもしれません。 私はチェックアウトも早い時間という事を伝え忘れ、電話も使えないので、置き手紙をして去りました。 10月上旬に滞在して夜は寒かったですが、暖房も付き、毛布もあったので快適に過ごせました。 以下はHotels.comさんへの意見です。 当日に21:30を過ぎると追加料金が10€追加になる事がメールで知らされたので、事前に施設案内の所に表記すべきだと思いました。 ホテルのせいではないと思うので評価は下がりませんでした。
• giovanni (8/5): - Struttura che per quello che si paga va bene, ero in stanza singola, attaccata all'uscita della stazione. Pulita e silenziosa bagno in comune ma cmq pulito, la riprenderei in caso di viaggio lavoro.
• Aylen Nazarena (10/5): - El personal muy lindo, la habitacion se encontrababen muy buen estado y limpia. Lo unico que podría decir que tenia como defecto era que la ducha no se sostenia por si sola pero la presion del agua era buena y salia agua caliente. La cama muy comoda y espaciosa, el hotel es lindo. Lo unico feo de las instalaciones era el ascensor que era muy viejo y no se veia tan confiable y ademas apestaba a orina, bastante desagradable pero es eso o subir 4 pisos y si venia con valijas no es de lo mas cómodo. De todas formas super recomendable el hotel, volveria y aconsejaria que vayan

• Mari (10/5): Great location and value for the price - The property is amazingly centrally located, very clean and comfortable for a short stay. The house itself is old but spotlessly clean. The staff was so nice and flexible, even if we did not have a common language, the warmth and service mindset were amazing!
• Verified traveler (6/5): No WIFI - Receptionist is helpful and helped us to take luggage to the life when leaving. The bed was so comfortable and was the best part of the whole room. The toilet could not be flushed for 4 days during our 5 nights stay. The room can only be cleaned only if we left before 11am and no more cleaning service after that. The WIFI is not working and we have to use our own very limited data as the receptionist said that our room had the strongest linkage to the WIFI and could not change another room for us.
• Janice (2/5): Hmmmmm - I have my doubts about the authenticity of the previous reviews. I should have went with my gut, if something seems to good to be true...it normally is. The last time I was in something like this Bulgaria in the 80s. Avoid at all costs.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Ottimo, bella sorpresa - Sinceramente è stata una bella sorpresa, avevo sbagliato a prenotare attivando il filtro con una camera tripla a una stella invece che una singola a tre stelle, devo dire che mi sono davvero ricreduto e mi sono trovato benissimo. Pur essendo a una sola stella la camera era meglio di tanti altri hotel a tre stelle in cui sono stato. Grazie

• DORRA (6/5): ASSEZ BIEN - c est un hôtel qui se trouve au 4 ème étage d'un immeuble avec un vieux ascenseur mais qui fonctionne. La première nuit, il n y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre et la climatisation ne marchait pas on a dû me changer de chambre qui était plus spacieuse et plus confortable et l'eau chaude avec la climatisation fonctionnaient. Pour le petit déjeuner on a droit à un ticket qu on le présente au café en dessous de l'hôtel mais il n est pas copieux . Le personnel est très acceuillant et très serviable. La chambre manque de propreté
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrível - Chegamos no hotel, vimos na hora, que ficava no 4 andar, subimos, tudo fechado, esperamos por 10 min, um senhor apareceu, pediu desculpas, recepcionou gentilmente, mas acho que éramos os únicos lá. Ele ficava no hotel das 9as24h, dps disso, tudo fica sem administrador. Ficamos com medo de até descer para a rua, que era também preocupante. Ele não tinha nada constando sobre o café da manhã, requisitei, pelo que me deu um papel autorizando comer na padaria ao lado. Limpeza a desejar. Nem ligamos o ar condicionador pois era velho demais. No dia seguinte, saímos e ninguém estava por lá, tudo abandonado, na padaria, um café com croissant.

• Tobias (6/5): nur für Sparer - Wer nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht und auf den Preis schauen muss oder keinen überflüssigen Luxus braucht, der ist hier gut beraten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach gehalten, das Gebäude alt (Das Hotel ist im 4. Stock, der Aufzug museumsreif). Die Zimmer sind zumindest mit einem Waschbecken ausgestattet, WC und Dusche sind auf dem Stockwerk vorhanden. Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo werden in ausreichender Menge bereitgestellt. Freies Wlan ist vorhanden. Die erstklassige Lage am Bahnhof Termini erspart häufiges Umherirren in römischen Nahverkehrsmitteln und ist zugleich am Knotenpunkt für Sightseeingbusse. Fazit: Für mich OK.
• Sam (8/5): Very convenient location - Nice place for people on a budget. Location is very good- just across from Termini Station with all kinds of public transportation and cheap food. Staff is very nice, very friendly. Room is OK to sleep and to take a hot shower. Free WiFi in the room. I would go there again.
• CHANDRAN (8/5): Has more strengths than weaknesses - We reached the hotel at 2pm from the Airport. The hotel is on the 4th floor of the building. No one answered the security system at the door on the street. We waited in the hot sun until 3.30pm for the receptionist to show up. The restaurant staff next door gave us shaded seating in their place. Once our receptionist showed up, we found him to be very friendly and helpful. The place is true value for the price. The beds are OK. The place is clean and has a fridge. They gave an electric kettle on request. The location is just fabulous - just opposite Termini train and bus stations. Complimentary breakfast is a coffee with croissant. If you are serious on sight-seeing and want to make efficient use of time - all on budget, this is the place. But call up the hotel from your home 2 days before you arrive there and give them a reminder that you are coming!
• Jo (8/5): Great location for hotel. - Two adults and 2 teenagers. Friendly, Hotel staff gave great recommendations for a couple of restaurants (that were not too touristy). Room a little small for 4 (but we made it work). Private Bathroom, TV and Air Con made all the difference. Breakfast was a croissant and coffee at the cafe below. Great location for train travel, restaurants, walking around Rome sights. Definitely return again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 그냥 위치는 좋음 - 테르미니역주변이 위험하다는데 역에서 길 건너면 바로 앞에 있어 무섭지는 않았다. 간판이 딱히 없어 호텔베니스 간판이 있는건물안에 있고, 초인종 누르는곳에 작게 적혀있어 처음에 찾기가 힘들었다. (이것은 찾아 오는길에대한 정보가 부족한 탓인듯) 호텔 인셉션이 매우 친절했다. 호텔이지만 청결하지는 않았고 침대 역시 너무 노후화 되어 소리가 심하고 좀 많이 꺼져있어 편하진 않다. 커피포트를 빌려주셨는데 쓰고싶지 않을정도로 너무 더러워서 차마 물을 끓일수가 없었다;; 물에 석회질이 많아서 그런것이겠지만... 솔직히 충격이었다.
• 古賀 (4/5): テルミニ駅からすぐ近く - ホテルに着くと一階の入り口にすぐ戻るからチャイムを押さないでと札がかかっていたので近くを散歩しながら待っていましたが３時間ぐらい待たされました。時期的に寒かったので非常に不愉快でホテルのオーナーらしき人にクレームを言いましたが言い訳ばかりでさっさと事務室らしき部屋に入っていきました。他の方も書いておりましたがエクスペディアさんこんなホテルどうなんでしょうか？
• Verified traveler (8/5): 駅に近い - 駅に近く、便利でした。部屋も値段の割には広く、清潔だと思います。朝食も隣の隣のビルのBARでカプチーノとクロワッサン1個が付きます。もちろん足りないけど、他ホテルもこんな感じだった。確かにエレベーターなどは古いのですが、周辺のビル自体がエレベーターは古く、こんなものか、とも思えます。私は次回もここにとまろうと思います。
• Quinn (6/5): Lost our reservation! - We made a reservation at Hotel Tokyo, but I should state in my review we never ended up actually sleeping there. We had a long day of travel on train from Venice and when we arrived in Rome we followed the instructions of our confirmation email from Hotels.com to the Hotel. We rang the bell over and over again and no one answered. Frustrated we stood outside with our bags for 5 min. with no where else to go. Finally an older gentleman showed up behind us asking us if we were there to check into the hotel in very broken english. We said yes and I showed him my confirmation email. We drug ourselves up to I believe the 4th floor and for the next 25 minutes he looked for our reservation that he said didn't exist. To say we were exhausted and spent was an understatement. I don't know how well he was as a trained employee because he didn't seem to know what to do with us….so after fiddling with the old school calendar book they used for reservations…..he brought us to another small hotel 4 blocks away called "The Artiste". I'm grateful that he finally got us set up with a room there but it was quite the ordeal and because we had only one night in Rome (as a layover) we missed a chunk of our night dealing with the hotel reservation issue. Very frustrating.

• Klaus (4/5): Ruhestörung - durch den Betreiber - Pro: überaus stabile Internetverbindung, zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof (Termini) in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle der Flughafenshuttlebusse, Fernseher, Handtücher, saubere sanitäre Einrichtungen, Klimaanlage... Contra: Durch fortgesetzte Lärmbelästigung auch und gerade in der Nacht wurde mir mein Romaufenthalt gründlich verdorben. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 21) befand sich unmittelbar neben der Rezeption und grenzte zudem an die Privatwohnung des Betreibers. Checkten Hotelgäste nachts ein (was in vier von fünf gebuchten Nächten mehrmals vorkam), so wurden sie (angekündigt von der schnarrenden Hausklingel) vor meiner Tür mit lautstark-theatralischem Hallo vom Betreiber des Hotels (die Bezeichnung Hostel würde eher passen!) empfangen und minutenlang umständlich und mit dröhnender Stimme über die Touristensteuer in Rom und die Ausstattung der Zimmer aufgeklärt. Zudem betätigt der Besitzer sich auch gerne nach 22 Uhr als Sänger und pfeift auch ganz passabel. Um die Arbeit der Angestellten tagsüber unterhaltsamer zu gestalten, sind außerdem in die Decken der Flure leistungsfähige Lautsprecher eingelassen, die oftmals so stark aufgedreht werden, dass man als Gast den Eindruck hatte, sich in einer Disco zu befinden. Zurück bleibt der Eindruck, dass der Betreiber nicht verstanden hat, dass die meisten Gäste von einem Hotel Ruhe nach der Hektik des Ausflugprogramms erwarten - und auf eine Dauerdemonstration des Klischees italienischen Temperaments wohl lieber verzichten würden.
• 残念なローマ (2/5): 詐欺師のいるホテル - まず、契約時に料金が７５ユーロとされていたが、実際にホテルに行ってみると、２人泊まれる部屋に１人で泊まるので料金は８１ユーロとなると言われ、８１ユーロを支払った。このような情報を事前に知りたかった。 また、ローマの滞在税につき、本来１日１人２ユーロのはずであるが、１２ユーロ請求された。ホテルの男によると、２人泊まれる部屋に泊まったので、税金も２人分必要であると言う(嘘であると思う。)。スペイン広場でパトロールしている警官に滞在税の額を尋ねたところ、１人一泊３ユーロであるとの回答を得たので、チェックアウト時に、１２ユーロを請求した男に計算方法の説明を求めた。警官に話をしたというと、何等かの書面がないと滞在税の額につき対応しないと述べた。そこで、３ユーロの２人分で６ユーロとなるが、余分なあと６ユーロを返還するように求め、税額の算定根拠を示すように強く求めたところ、その男はしどろもどろになり、６ユーロの返還を受けることができた。ただ、もう３ユーロについての返還を受けることはできなかった。 　このような詐欺師のいるホテルに泊まり、旅はぶち壊しになった。 　また、朝食付きとのことであったが、朝食の場所である１階のバールは朝９時ぐらいからしか開かず、使い物にならなかった。そして、ホテルの男は１０時チェックアウトにこだわり、それ以前のチェックアウトに難色を示した。

• ALICIA (8/5): A nice hotel accross from Termini Station. - The hotel is located just across the Termini station which is what I wanted. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The room itself was clean but a bit tiny/cramp but overall it's good for a one night stay. There are several updates to the rooms and the wifi service is good.
• S (2/5): Worst hotel ever! Wouldn't even call it a hotel. - They put me in a room right next to their 'reception' which was more of a desk. The phone rang all night, there was a lot of yelling, a loud tv and music all from the staff room. I couldn't sleep at all and the man working there overnight was very unprofessional. Do not stay there for even one night.

• Filippo (4/5): In realtà l'hotel è un altro - Appena arrivati, con la motivazione "bagno rotto" in camera siamo stati dirottati verso un hotel a 420m di distanza (bed and breakfast Idea). La cosa sembra strana perche dal primo hotel il guasto sembrava essere successo alla mattina stessa, quando invece gia una settimana prima la padrona del secondo hotel ci aveva contattato per sapere l'ora di arrivo. Inizialmente la richiesta è stata inoltre più alta di quella pattuita con expedia, ma dopo una discussione la titolare ha confermato l'importo della prenotazione. per il resto tutto ok..comodo perchè vicino a termini
• Verified traveler (8/5): Ambiente confortevole, ottima posizione - La mia stanza, dislocata dall'Hotel Tokio, si trovava a un passo dalla metro Castro Pretorio. Stanza matrimoniale I piano, ubicata all'interno di un vero e proprio appartamento composto da un ingresso e due stanze, una matrimoniale e una tripla, anche se la tripla la fitta da matrimoniale e la matrimoniale da singola. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita, tv, bagno funzionante con doccia. Ottima posiziona dato che dista a 5 minuti a piedi da Termini e a 1 minuto dalla fermata metropolitana Castro Pretorio. Una pecca c'è... La signora che "offriva" queste camere può sembrare dolce e disponibile... Ma non lo è! Prima cosa entrava a suo piacimento in questo mini appartamento senza avvertire e nemmeno bussare. Le stanze si chiudono a chiave solo dall'interno, quindi nel momento in cui uscite sappiate che la signora potrebbe entrare nelle vostre stanze. Inoltre nel prezzo è compresa la colazione, ma lei non ve la da. Il check out non è alle 10.30 ma alle 10.00 e, esperienza personale, la signora alle nove è entrata in questo monolocale a fare le pulizie e ha provato ad entrare nella mia stanza senza nemmeno bussare (per fortuna l'avevo chiusa a chiave dall'interno).

Lite slitet, men skön hotellpersonal... kaffet till frukosten på närliggande cafe Travel var sådär, bakverken bättre! Duscha snabbt eller vänta 5 minuter så blir det varmt igen :) Bra och billiga matställen runt hörnet
