The hotel building is relatively new and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and all amenities were provided. Staff was very helpful. Nothing that I can remember!!

The location was within easy walking distance of many of the sites that we wanted to see, including the old section of town. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, rooms with many amenities, and great service.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Typical Hanoi hotel architecture with narrow frontage, and is situated on a busy main road but our room was at the back so we did not notice any noise. Highly recommended.
