• Andrzej (10/5): Great choice for larger groups - Property was clean spacious and well organized. Perfect for a bigger group You needed a physical key to use an elevator. It was inconvenient to leave it hidden in the staircase as we were a group with different schedules. Hope it is fixed now.

• Eda Evla (8/5): - Balkonu harikaydı, temizlik çok iyiydi, daire sade ve ferahtı. 5 kişi kaldık, herkes yatağını ve düzeni beğendi. Apartmana girişte yaşadığımız sorunları unutturdu. Sanırım bizim açımızdan en büyük sorun girişteki online kilit sistemiydi, 1 saatimiz binayı bulmak ve binadan içeri girmekle geçti. O bölgede başka daireleri de kiralıyorlarmış, web sitesinde görünen adres ile bize ayrılan binalar farklıydı, yakınlardı ancak elimizde bavullar ve İngilizce bilmeyen insanlarla anlaşmak zor oldu. Yine de İsoanyollar çok yardım sever, dil bilmeseler de bina güvenlik görevlileri ellerinden geleni yaptı.

• Hafssa (9/5): Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt guter Küche, aber einigen technischen Mängeln. - Die Küche im Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab alles, was man braucht, wie Kühlschrank, Backofen, Geschirr, Gläser ,Waschmaschine,Trockner, Spülmaschine usw…… und die Terrasse die Aussicht war sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, und besonders die gut ausgestattete Küche hat mir gefallen. Allerdings gab es einige technische Probleme im Apartment. Mehrere Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert, was teilweise unpraktisch war. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer lief nur eingeschränkt, und auch der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer funktionierte zeitweise nicht – erst nach dem Umstecken in eine andere Steckdose ging er wieder. Im Badezimmer gab es zudem keinen Lüfter, wodurch der Spiegel nach dem Duschen komplett beschlagen bzw. nass war.

This house is with all the facility. One bedroom size was very small and we actually needed two toilet but just found one afre checked-in.

Das Apartment liegt in einem Komplex, kein Kontakt zum Vermieter - ist kommerziell vermietet, Sofa zu klein und ungemütlich für so viele Betten, keine Tageslichtbäder

• Witold (10/5): Piękny apartament blisko morza. Polecam! - Świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży. Okolica czysta i bezpieczna. Codziennie widok na przepiękne wschody słońca wyłaniającego sie nad linie morza. Mieszkanie przestronne, wygodne łóżka, duży telewizor, przepiękny taras. Wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty do dyspozycji. Ogólnie wszystkim polecam! Miła i pomocna obsługa. Miło spedziliśmy w tym apartamencie nasz urlop. Apartament ma już parę lat. Przydało by się w nim odświeżyć kilka elementów np. drzwi do pokoii i łazienek, odmalować ściany w łazienkach. Szkoda że nie było do dyspozycji podstawowych przypraw, sól, pieprz.

Veel handdoeken etc. Net opgemaakte bedden. Erg mooi! Zou zo weer huren bij hen. Miste een kinder eetkamer stoel, en een stop in het bad. Ook was het appartement niet super schoon. (Lagen haren in de badkamer etc)

• Angela (6/5): - Un appartamento senza luce freddo le porte che perdono il calore entra il freddo un salone senza luce , per un parcheggio bisogna pagare 30€ al giorno in più al prezzo già era un soggiorno esagerato poi pagare anche il parcheggio , se vuoi la chiave prima delle 15 bisogna pagare altre 30€ un po' esagerato su tutto.

• Lie (1/5): 睡不好👎 - 隔音太差了，每天凌晨4点被阳台的空调外机吵醒！跟拖拉机一样吵！关掉空调房间又会闷热🥵房子非常的老旧了。空间也非常小，大人床只有140cm儿童床70cm？这次去巴塞罗那的旅游感受一点也不好👎每晚需要支付460€左右，收费太高，跟房子各方面不匹配！
• Ozkundakci (3/5): Isn't booking controlling the houses it offers? Don't recommend it to anyone. Really bad - The location of the house was good. All the technologies were working. The bathroom was clean. The location was not the same as the booking. The house is not the same as the pictures not even a little. We were not able to see the sea from the windows as shown. The house has no relations with the pictures and details with the booking informations. There were ants and severe but several insects on the roof. The iron was cracked when we tried to iron the clothes they all got wet. One of the beds was soaking wet(we think someone peed and the cleaner tried to clean with tons of water) due to the reason that sheets were white we werent able to see that it's wet and we had to deal with washing the clothes again because it was smelling really bad: mostly detergent smell but mixed with the pee smell:( And the most sad thing about this story was due to the reason that we told them this problem they didn't take any action not even a small sorry flower maybe.

Piscina stupenda in condivisione con altri appartamenti. Non sono passati a fare pulizie e a cambiare asciugamani, ma c'era la possibilità di fare la lavatrice.

• Radek (8/5): - Prostorný byt se 2 ložnicemi a 2 koupelnami (firma pronajímá více bytů podle počtu hostů). Dobře vybavená kuchyně se sporákem a myčkou. Výkonná klimatizace nemá problém vychladit byt na 20°C, i když je venku 40°C. Parkovací místo v prostorné podzemní garáži. Byt je hned u pláže (stačí přejít silnici), která je zdarma (je ale potřeba mít deku a slunečník) a proto bývá dost plná místních. Metro i tramvaj jsou 10 minut chůze daleko. Stejně daleko je nákupní centrum Diagonal Mar, kde se v dvoupatrovém obchodě Alcampo dají nakoupit potraviny (dole) i vše ostatní (nahoře; Slunečník na pláž mají za €15). Adresa na Bookingu je adresa firmy (je v jiné budově!) - adresa bytu vám přijde hodinu před příjezdem, což není dobré při cestě autem na delší vzdálenost. Pro vstup do budovy a do bytu je potřeba mít mobilní telefon s internetem, NFC a speciální aplikací - není praktické pro koupání na veřejné pláži. Uvnitř budovy není mobilní signál, takže bez správně nastavené NFC v aplikaci je problém dostat se do bytu. V budově je bazén, ale je do něj zákaz vstupu pro turisty! Byt je znatelně opotřebovaný (rozbité parkety) a některé vybavení funkce jen občas nebo jen částečně (sporák, trouba, pračka, sušička).

• nicolas (2/5): Séjour infernal - Le logement est assez vétuste. L’accès n’est pas facile en voiture car il se situe dans une galerie parallèle à l’avenue principale. L’agence est très difficile à joindre. On n’a jamais vu personne !!! Nous avions demandé un emplacement de parking au travers de si site Booking par mesure de sécurité : nous avons reçu la réponse deux minutes avant la fermeture de l’agence à 19h ( ils n’ont dit qu’ils n’en n’avait pas alors que cela est renseigné sur leur site et que cela était un critère majeur de sélection pour nous). Nous avons eu du mal à décharger la voiture dans le centre ville par conséquent sans parking : un enfer. Une heure pour trouver ensuite une place car les parkings à proximité étaient complets! Le temps de décharger et de manger quelque chose, notre voiture a été embarquée par la fourrière. Nous avons dès lors tenté de contacter l’agence ainsi que l’assistance 24h/24 qui n’y ont jamais décroché. Heureusement nous avons pu obtenir de l’aide de l’hôtel Vincci Maritimo situé à proximité dans lequel nous avions résidé au préalable. L’accueil et l’assistance un est bien plus qualitative !!!! En tout cas si vous voyagez en voiture, le logement est à fuir sans aucune hésitation en l’absence totale d’accueil par l’agence qui ne se situe pas loin du logement par ailleurs !!!! Enfin et non des moindres, l’appartement est situé juste au dessus d’une crèche : il est donc impossible de dormir le matin et le bruit est insupportable toute la journée !!!!!

• Will (8/5): Great location and fantastic pool area. - Good location with the shopping centre across the road which has a large supermarket within. A few nice restaurants close by too, and good proximity to tram and metro, along with short walk to the beach. The shared pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun loungers. Kids loved the pool! Not that well equipped kitchen. Normally you’d have olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Also a bit short on utensils and no Tupperware. Walls a bit grubby.

• Yevgeniy (10/5): - The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for comfort stay. Location was great, quiet, lots of nice restaurants and supermarket close by. In 5 minutes walk there's a nice beach. To get the key was like a quest, but ok 😂

• Milena (9/5): - Stor välutrustad lägenhet med stor terrass i ett nyare kvarter, finns väktarna dygnet runt, känsla att vara säker. Fin trädgård nära. Ganska nära till stranden. Finns många mindre mataffären i närheten likadant restaurangerna. Man behöver inte leta efter åka någonstans för att handla. Adressen som vi fick från booking.com stämde inte!!!! Det var nära men ändå blir lite stressigt om man kommet sent på kvällen. En bit bort från gamla stan fast det finns kollektiv trafik i närheten.

• Ahets (1/5): NO TIENE PISCINA - Amplio Alquile el depto porque tenía piscina, fuimos en familia a hacer uso y vino un guardia de seguridad a sacarnos del lugar porque no éramos propietarios. Aguardamos el reintegro total de la reserva realizada por mentir en la información proporcionada.

• Erin (4/5): Disappointing facilities - Good location Poor customer service - we couldn’t get into the pool area. We called and were then told the pool key was lost. This should have been picked up before our arrival. No solution offered apart from compensation. Not good enough for a company this size.
