• TAIKO (9/5): とても快適。 - 空港からエアポートリンクを利用しミュージアム駅から徒歩数分という立地が便利。比較的大きな通りに面していながら静か。ハイドパークに隣接し、朝は公園を散歩がてら観光に出発し気持ちが良かった。リッジズワーリドスクエア（商業施設）も徒歩5-6分。スタッフの方々が皆さん感じよく、困りごと（列車の運休情報の確認）にも親切に対応してくださった。朝食の種類も充実していておいしかった。 バスルームのシャワーヘッドが固定式であったため、日本人には少々使いづらいかもしれません。

• Amanda (10/5): This fabulous hotel is handy to everything! - This gem of a hotel is a great find. It's clean and run efficiently. Helpful staff create a friendly atmosphere where guests greet others courteously. The hotel has been thoughtfully designed. Although the rooms are small, they are well planned and don't seem small. Even the compact bathroom has enough space in the shower. There is a wireless phone charger on top of the bedside clock. There is a bookable games room on level one. You can store your luggage and there is access to a washroom and two chairs if you wish to freshen up or adjust your suitcase after collecting your suitcase. The complimentary breakfast has many options catering for all dietary requirements. The restaurant is open seven days and has tasty food. The location near the corner of Hyde Park is a block from the Museum train station. There are a supermarket, convenience store half a block away. A great hotel and I recommend it.

Window isn’t opened so I should have the room with balcony. The room is clean and the aircon works well. The room window shuts outside noises well. The shower in our room was weak water pressure.

• Sandra (10/5): Enjoy your stay here and support a great cause! - This was the third time we have stayed here. Very comfortable and clean, great location. All the facilities you need. Friendly and professional staff. Grey WiFi. Can easily stroll to the Harbour and Botanical Gardens, etc. complimentary breakfast is simple but really good. The hotel concept is built on the foundation of empowering women. It is non-profit organisation. We would always choose here and recommend. Nothing we didn't like.

Como buenos turistas está muy cerca de las principales atracciones caminando o bien a pasos de las estaciones y paraderos. La pieza espectacular, desde el baño, los espacios y la cama en su totalidad una maravilla. Ideal para descansar y reponer energías para un viaje bien caminado. • Candice (6/5): Good location but overpriced - Close to the museum train station and Hyde park. The bed and pillows were too soft, prefer a firmer mattress. One afternoon the restaurant and foyer smelled of sewage, not sure if there was a problem but it was very off putting. A bit noisy at night with other guests in the hallway and traffic noise. The restaurant is small with limited seating so it was quite full at breakfast.

Wonderful staff and very friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The balcony was a bonus, well done. We found the bedding was too hard for our liking, especially the pillows. We slept without them.

The bed had a noticeable divot, and the mattress clearly needs replacing as the springs were worn out in that area. Breakfast on Saturday was really disappointing. We chose this hotel partly based on the strong breakfast reviews, but it didn’t live up to expectations. While there was a decent variety, most items were lukewarm, greasy, and lacking flavour. The scrambled eggs were gooey and tepid. If you wanted a fried egg instead, it was an additional $4, which felt unreasonable given the quality of the buffet. To be fair, breakfast on Sunday was noticeably better. It may have been due to how busy Saturday was, but with higher volume, we would have expected fresher food and quicker turnover.
