Buenas instalaciones y desayuno, así como atención del personal. Nada negativo a reseñar

During check out we asked staff to inform us what was this noise and they said that they heard it from another client but they don’t know probably an alarm . 😵💫

The rooms were very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable with hood quality bedding and there was plenty of variety on offer at breakfast and great cappuccino! We wasn't keen on the curtain surround in the shower and a vanity unit would be great for applying make-up!

Troppa mouquette e tendaggi nelle camere che porta inevitabilmente troppa polvere nelle camera, per noi allergici è un incubo. Sala colazione assolutamente troppo piccola quindi già al check in devi scegliere l'orario in cui vuoi scendere per fare colazione....un po' antipatico...alla fine sei in vacanza e non puoi essere così vincolato.

It was comfortable and clean our red room had a beep bath, which was amazing. The first bath I had in Italy. Totally relaxing after a long day walking. Located close to the water taxi, which you can even get to the airport and cost us €19 each. The room was on the small size but extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. We had to leave early and they were accommodating by opening early for us. A little pricey.

- Dalia (10/5): Big and tidy room - the location is perfect, room big and full of light. we had to leave early, at 5 o'clock and stuff in the evening told us, that we will have coffee and cruasant in the morning, but in the morning we were told that breakfast only starts at 8.
- Seçil (10/5): Hotel harika ,fakat bayan kaba ve kötü tavırlı ! - Konumu harika ,hotel tertemiz ,heryere kolayca gidilebilir bir konumda ,odamız güzeldi ,duş suyu ve banyo harika idi ,çarşaf ve yatak temizdi ve rahattı ,kahvaltı efsane doyurucu ve çok çeşitli idi ,çalışan garson hanımefendi çok kibar ve nazikti ,güleryüzlü ve kibar bir bayandı ,fakat son gün ,elinde saatlerce cep telefonu ile konuşan 55 -60 yaşındaki bayan (yüksek sesle bagırarak konuşan ) resepsiyonda oturan bayan son gün ,kaba davrandı aşırı derecede ,odadaki suyu içtik ,sonrada içtiğimiz suyu dışardan aldık marketten geri koyduk ,markası başka idi (onların hoteline ait olmayan bir marka ) sanki yalan söylüyormuşum suçlamsıylq kaba ve çocugunu azarlar bir şekilde davranarak ödeme yapacaksınız dedi (surat halini ve ses tonunu ,davranış biçimi nasıl kaba!!! ) tamam dedim 2 tane koyduk diğer 1 tane olan suyu öderim sorun yok ! O kadar para harcanmış venediğe gelen 1 çocuklu maddi durumu iyi olan insana daha nasıl davranılacağımı öğrenememiş bir bayan !! Bu yüzden üzülerek ayrıldık ,nasıl kaba ve terbiyesiz bir bayandı ! Genel olarak temiz bir hotel 🌸 Bayan kaba davrandı ,sürekli resepsiyonda bağırarak tüm sohbetini dinlemek zorunda kaldığımız bayan !! Aşırı kaba ve medeniyet görmemiş !

No está lejos del centro. La habitación está muy bien El precio es elevado, pero comparado con otros alojamientos es una buena opción si se busca un lugar tranquilo

- Daniela (10/5): alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt - An diesem Hotel war alles perfekt für uns: die Lage - ruhig, ein wenig entfernt vom touristischen Trubel, dennoch waren alle wichtigen Punkte innerhalb on 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war gross genug, sehr hell mit 3 Fenstern, z.T. auf den grünen Innehof eines Museums, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Service war super freundlich und schnell, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab sogar ein wenig glutenfreie Backwaren, frisches Obst, sehr guten Kaffee. Das Bad war sehr schön mit warmem Licht, grossen Spiegeln, Regendusche ... was will man mehr? Alles war perfekt. Danke. Der Preis übrigens auch. nichts

- Joris (9/5): Séjour très agréable et hôtel calme et reposant. - La décoration de l'hôtel, gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Propreté de la chambre et des parties communes. Un large choix de produits est proposé au petit déjeuner, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

- Clara (10/5): Amazing - Tout été parfait ! Le service ++ Petit déjeuner + que correct avec des aliments de qualité Nous avons demandé la chambre rouge et nous avons eu le plaisir d’y loger ! La chambre était magnifique, bien équipée et d’une propreté impeccable! Rien tout a été parfait

- Judith (10/5): An excellent stay at Al Duca - The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a good choice of cold food at breakfast, excellent coffee. The hotel is very close to restaurants, a supermarket and artisan ice cream shop. The vaporetto is a 5 minute walk. We could have done with more storage space for clothes and another table for belongings.

- Natalia (8/5): В целом, нормальный отель. - Отель в целом неплохой. Сначала дали номер на третьем этаже с мансардным окном. Было очень не комфортно. На следующий день поменяли на втором этаже. Сам номер, конечно, очень маленький, но чистый. Уборка очень хорошая. Белье постельное свежее. Очень порадовал душ: напор мощный. Завтраки нормальные, стандартные. Персонал добродушный и улыбчивый, впрочем, как и все итальянцы. Отсутствие хоть какой то территории. С трудом нашли вход в отель, если честно. Он совсем неприметный. Вида из окна не стоит ожидать совсем.
