The hotel has an exceptional location, perfect for exploring Milan on foot and enjoying the city with ease. The property is elegant, spotless, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. We especially want to highlight Tommaso and the entire reception team. Their service was outstanding: always warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Tommaso gave us fantastic recommendations for exploring Milan, from iconic spots to amazing local restaurants, and thanks to his suggestions we were able to experience the city in a much more authentic and memorable way. You can truly tell he cares about making guests feel special. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Honestly, we have nothing negative to say. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable.

• Richard (7/5): Bien mais des détails à améliorer - La suite spacieuse et bien équipée. L’emplacement pratique pour arriver en voiture et être à une distance raisonnable du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner était composé de produits industriels. À partir de 9h, il manquait beaucoup de choses. L’accueil du restaurant et bar est une catastrophe. L’accueil de l’hôtel est chaleureux mais pourrait être plus pro-actif.

• Annemaria Wilhelmina (7/5): prima hotel voor 1 nacht - Het hotel ligt in een leuke en nette buurt, dichtbij station en centrum. In de buurt zijn veel restaurants, winkels en barretjes. Personeel is netjes en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is prima en uitgebreid. De kamers zijn voorzien van goede ramen en deur, waardoor je geen tot weinig last hebt van geluiden van buiten of de gang. De kamer is vrij klein en de badkamer is afgescheiden met een glazen wand, waardoor je weinig privacy hebt tijdens bijvoorbeeld een toiletbezoek.

Mi hanno riferito di essersi trovati bene su tutto: camera comoda, pulizia al top, una SPA davvero rilassante, la posizione è comodissima essendo a due passi dalla fermata della metro Garibaldi e alla Stazione Ferroviaria Un ringraziamento speciale a Tommaso, Guest Relations, che mi ha aiutato a organizzare la sorpresa nei minimi dettagli e il mazzo di fiori scelto era stupendo, i miei lo hanno apprezzato tantissimo. Sono tornati a casa davvero soddisfatti. Struttura super consigliata

Vorrei precisare che la pulizia della stanza e i servizi offerti sono stati soddisfacenti. Tuttavia, la camera assegnata era decisamente molto piccola e, soprattutto, lo stile e l’arredamento non erano curati come mi sarei aspettata per una struttura di questo livello. Considerando la tariffa pagata, mi aspettavo una stanza più spaziosa e con un design più accogliente. Nel complesso, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia adeguato.

• Alena (10/5): Stylový hotel v dobré lokalitě s pohodlnými pokoji, vysokou čistotou a velmi příjemnou atmosférou. - Na hotelu se mi líbilo hned několik věcí. Velkým plusem je především lokalita, protože hotel se nachází v živé části Milána s množstvím restaurací, barů a obchodů a zároveň je velmi dobře dostupný do centra města. Samotný hotel působí moderně a stylově, interiér je vkusně zařízený a člověk se tam cítí příjemně. Pokoj byl světlý, čistý a velmi pohodlný. Postel byla opravdu komfortní, takže po celém dni stráveném chozením po městě se tam skvěle odpočívalo. Oceňuji také každodenní úklid a celkovou čistotu hotelu. Příjemným bonusem byla i snídaně s dobrým výběrem a čerstvými džusy. Celkově na mě hotel působil velmi dobře a pobyt byl opravdu pohodový. Upřímně jsem během pobytu nenašla nic zásadního, co by mi vadilo nebo co bych hotelu mohla vytknout. Vše fungovalo tak, jak má, pokoj byl čistý, služby byly na úrovni a lokalita hotelu je opravdu velmi dobrá. Celkově pobyt proběhl bez problémů a hotel splnil všechna moje očekávání.

Arredo delle camere non recentissimo ma comunque di ottima qualità. Personale gentile e preparato. Ottima colazione continentale. Upgrade gratuito della stanza. Accessibilità non ottimale per lo scarico bagagli e posteggio convenzionato dal costo alto; rispetto alla qualità del soggiorno sono comunque elementi di dettaglio.

• Olivia Selina (7/5): - Lage in dee belebten Umgebung Moscova, wo es viele Läden, Restaurants und Bars gibt. Auch nach Brera ist es nicht weit und die Metrostation Garibaldi ist in einigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ist gut. Die Zimmer müssten etwas renoviert und aufgefrischt werden. Das Bett war zwar sehr komfortabler, aber die Bettumrandung sehr abgeranzt. Auch in der Dusche rutschte der Abfluss herum, kaum Ablagen im Bad, WC Rolle fällt immer herunter. Man müsste mal ein paar Sachen austauschen. Ich finde man zahlt dann preislich doch recht viel, dafür dass es dann doch sehr abgenutzt ist.
