• Caitlyn (6/5): It’s was tolerable - The location and staff were lovely The aircon leaked all of the floor and table made it un useable the cutlery were all bent and dirty, the sheets had big yellow stains hidden underneath the top sheet. The bed and bedding where overall uncomfortable and very poor

• Jan (1/5): - Location is great Where do I start? The first impression is the smell of stale curry which pervades the building. The rooms are not as pictured in the ads. They are dirty. The walls are partially painted. The skirting boards are dirty. The shower floor is gross (bring your flip flops because you won’t want bare feet. I have included photos of the walls, the dirty blinds, the dirty balcony. Fortunately the bedding was nice and clean. We only stayed two nights and moved to another hotel on the third night.

• JayH (4/5): Okay for a night but not impressed. - Location and car park was best thing about this place. And the convenience store below it. Amenities were below average. Not clean enough and scuffed/ uncared for appearance.
• Kiran (1/5): My experience was awful. - Nothing! It was rfeally very unhygenic and the mattress and quilt was really untidy and I got skin allergy from that. Bathroom was so dirty. Even wifi didn't work and I really had worst experience there.

Balcony unusable due to the amount of bird shit over floor and furniture/chairs.. Furniture inside the room extremely outdated and probably second hand. It looked like a rundown backpackers facility but we were charged for a quality hotel room in a premium city. We asked for a late checkout and were going to be charged more than what we paid for the room overnight for an additional two hours..Take this as a regular traveller.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

• Timothy (8/5): Good accomodation at a reasonable price close to food and public transport in Parramatta - The apartment is close to shops and the Train Station so you can walk to both even with luggage. Having a reception gives the assurance that you can seek help when needed. The apartment is roomy with an in room laundry, great for cleaning your travel soiled cloths. A few minor things could be improved like one of the deck doors was stiff. The Bath had a persistant drip from a water mixer tap. The shower could use a replacement shower screen. The Room Dryer and Washing machine could have had the filters cleaned.

• tan (10/5): I have no complaints about this hotel, but it would be better if the cleaning could be improved. - Convenient access, close to the train station and shopping mall Everything is good, except the cleaning isn't good enough. Also, please replace any broken items.
• Neroli (8/5): Will be back - Third time staying. Great location for public transport and a great pub across the road. Too short to reach the cupboards for plates and glasses so reception staff were happy to come and get them down for me. I was on a top level there is an unfortunate smell of sewerage that comes up from other floors. Not noticeable in the rest of the apartment but very much in the bathroom. Not noticeable when your apartment is on a lower floor.

A bit of maintenance would have made it much better, no towel rail, it had come undone and was in the cupboard. Toilet paper holder was loose and wouldn't hold it. Dirty shower curtain. Mouldy shower tiles. Dirty carpet in bedroom. Lots of fluff and dust on floor above bed. Mouse faeces in lounge sofa. Walls and doorways in need of repair and paint. The last screw fell out of one of the dining chairs. Could not open either balcony doors as they were jammed shut. Damaged and old roller blinds.

• Ben (4/5): The place shouldn’t be considered acceptable for human habitation. - Useful location The place hasn’t had maintenance in forever. Outlets hanging off the wall. Holes in walls. No handle on the shower door. No toilet paper holder. Mould. Bathroom unit doors barely hanging on. THE DOOR DIDN’T LOCK.

• Richard (5/5): Fairly disappointing - Convenient location. You had to pay for parking. Internet access was also charged, so I didn't have wifi. There was barely any room to walk between the bed and the Tv, luckily there was no one with me needing to get around there. In the middle of the night one of the others on my level (presumably a person who lives there) was gaming with the sound up loud so it was quite clearly heard in my room. This was between 12 midnight and at least 1.30 when I realised I had ear plugs in my bag. Also one of the light globes was blown. And there were no light switches near the bed, so you had to get up and walk across the room.

Coffee at the corner convenience store downstairs is just an additional plus plus !! Above and beyond expectations Thank you! Rooms need a slight touch up

Completely opposite to the photos for booking the room. Shower floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Open shampoo bottle left above the shower. It looked like them room hadn't been used in months and they just went in and made the beds for us. Do not stay here, I paid alot of money for the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in.
• Sylvia (6/5): - It was located in a convenient location. There was this awful smell in the unit. It was so bad it was stifling. After opening the balcony doors right up (there were no screens on the balcony doors either) for a couple of hours, the smell seemed to dissipate a little.

• Deon (1/5): DONT BOOK HERE - Price Very dirty, poor facilities, handles falling off doors. So much bird poo on the verandah that you could use the air conditioning. I have lodged a complaint for refund but still have not heard back from management.

The reception area was a mess, the parking is not delineated well and poor instruction given. The room was terrible, run down, dirty, bed uncomfortable, pillows shocking. Take my advice- don't take off your shoes. A shower curtain in the dirty shower area - how does that get sanitised..... IT DOESN'T. Random disgusting black run marks from the air conditioner. I felt sick just being in there. Not to mention the over powering smell of indian spices permeated all throughout the apartment building. I love Indian food - but not days old smells - like an overflowing garbage.

• Bramble (5/5): Apartment needs gutting. - The location. The size of the apartment. The shower had good water pressure. The apartment looked like it was furnished from council chuck outs. Everything was old, dirty & broken. The bed sank in the middle & was horrible as were the pillows. You couldn't sit on the vinyl lounge without putting a blanket or towel on it due to the massive splits which scratched your skin. The rest of the furniture was also falling apart. The carpets & curtains were all horribly stained & there were sections of wall that had not even been painted.

• Demi (4/5): - Fairly good location, staff were helpful when we needed help. The apartments aren’t maintained well. Our walls weren’t even the same colour paint, the beds weren’t great and it was an old tv without any option for Netflix etc.

• Rebecca (1/5): - The location was convenient, with a store close by which was helpful. The parking spaces were also a reasonable size and easy enough to access. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with our stay. The room was not clean on arrival, with visible marks on the walls and dirt throughout. The furniture was in poor condition and looked very worn, which made the space feel neglected. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and left us both with sore backs. When we raised our concerns with reception, we were told no other rooms were available and were offered a refund as a resolution. However, this refund has not been followed through, which has added to our frustration. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of follow-up have made this a disappointing experience.

It was dirty, we would not use the cooktop or the dishwasher as they both needed a good clean. The whole apartment needing painting - that's after the holes in the wall are repaired. All the blinds and furniture need to be updated and the air-conditioning in the main living area leaked. The shower door needs replacing, I could keep listing items that need fixing or replacing but then this would be a very long review. Will NOT be staying here again.

The bathrooms, in particular, are problematic, with heavily moulded grout and silicone throughout. This suggests a history of unresolved leaks, where temporary silicone patches were applied over the existing issue, exacerbating the mold problem on the floor and tiles. Beyond the bathrooms, the apartment suffers from dirty walls, a visibly unwashed oven tray, and dusty corners, indicating that general cleaning has been inconsistent and incomplete."

• sybil (4/5): Disappointing - the 25 floor the beautiful views nice and quiet the cleanliness of the room the sliding glass doors were filthy. The TV was unwatchable when the air con was on, the picture was static and a lot of the channels had no signal. the property needs to be painted and updated. the towels are very poor quality. the reception area is not a good first look, its full with boxes and is generally untidy.

I wanted to keep my luggage in the top compartment of the wardrobe but I found a used condom there. That was so disgusting..
