• William (10/5): c'est comme à la maison mais en plus classe - ils nous ont reconnu et on mis un petit mot à mon fils de 2 ans qui était déjà venu avec nous quand il avait 4 mois! ils nous ont laisser un petit mots et à notre fils aussi avec un petit éléphant serviette c'était très touchant ils sont adorable las bas, j'y reviens chaque année. ils sont parfait l'équipe est au top du petit déjeuner à la réception et très serviable

• Fourmeau (9/5): An excellent choice in HCMV for tourists and business travellers as well - Excellent location, close to historic sites of city center (Independance Palace, Cathedral, War Museum, Opera). Very clean and cosy boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic and very friendly and helpful staff (special recommendation to Han and Duy !). It is my 2nd stay here, and I am already looking for the 3rd one !
• 丸山義宏 (8/5): アクセス抜群です - レタントン通りのすぐ近くにあり便利です。ドアマンの方たちがとても親切で、Grabの手配や乗車を手伝ってくれました。トイレはウォシュレットでした。 防音。隣りの部屋のドアの開け締めも自分の部屋のように感じます。またカードキーを1枚しかいただけないため、外出するとエアコンが切れていて部屋が劇暑になっていました。

L'ambiance est chaleureuse, la courtoisie, les petites attentions font partie du quotidien de cette équipe managée par M Calvin. Et enfin l'emplacement est parfait, que ce soit à pieds, en voiture (taxi, Grab ou autres) on accède rapidement à tous les endroits stratégiques de la ville. C'était notre 23ème voyage à Ho Chi Minh, pour le 24ème nous savons déjà où aller ! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

In camera complimentary drinks e the e caffè, bollitore.. Afternoon tea dalle 14-16, meraviglioso tutto, la sala, il servizio, la scelta vasta. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, veramente. Posizione molto buona, camera pulita, tutto ok. Mi hanno fatto anche l'upgrade gratuito ad una camera con finestra. Ho visto al momento della prenotazione che la camera aveva solamente 14 m. Però non mi aspettavo che avessi tutto quel arredamento superfluo dentro ( due sedie, un tavolino, uno scrivania, armadio, rank per bagaglio, specchio con tavolo accanto al letto , tutto in 14 m), togliendo molto dallo spazio, facendolo più piccolo di quanto lo era già. L'aria condizionata era diretta verso ill letto e molto rumorosa, ho usato le cuffie per dormire. Però scegliendo la metratura giusta della camera 😂 e con meno arredamento, é un albergo che raccomando.

The only concern I had was the noise on level one. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. They did move me to another room the following night. Which was better. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

• Scenic16479892100 (10/5): A calm oasis for solo travellers - As a female solo traveller, safety and convenience are essential, and Silverland Sil truly went above and beyond. The staff were incredibly thoughtful — from ensuring my Grab drivers could find the hotel doorstep easily, to helping bring up food deliveries and shopping, and recommending personal favourite spots nearby with clear directions. I visited during my birthday, and the team surprised me with a cake at check-in. I was also concerned about street noise and was offered a quiet room tucked away, along with earplugs as requested. My room was extremely clean and comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The newly renovated furnishings like the rain shower and makeup mirror were an added bonus. Getting around was also easy. Vincom Center, shopping apartment and trendy restaurants were a 10-15 minute walk away — so crucial during the evening rush hour when traffic was at a standstill. I’d especially like to thank Han, Ashley, and Fin for looking after me throughout my stay. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends since returning, and can’t wait to be back.
• Yuck1967 (10/5): Great experience! - Convenient location. Great staff. We requested frozen margaritas on the 6th floor bar. They weren’t on the menu but the bartender, Ryan, looked them up and made us perfect drinks! He went above and beyond. Kudos to Ryan!!
• CONGCONG60 (9/5): Great location and fantastic services. - Good varieties of breakfast and fantastic location. Just a walking distance to the shopping mall and many tourist attraction. The room is great and we enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi facilities as well. Need to improve on the lift facility. One period of time the lift is under maintenance, and we got to go down from 5th floor to the lobby. But overall, it is a good experience.

• Sharon (9/5): - We stayed at Silverland Sil Hotel for a short 2-day stopover in Ho Chi Minh City and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautifully styled, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’re not usually “city people,” but we genuinely loved it here. The location in District 1 is ideal – close enough to walk to incredible food, coffee and all the buzz of the city, yet tucked away on a quieter street that gave us a sense of calm. We passed several other Silverland hotels during our stay (they all look gorgeous from the outside), but we felt we chose the best one, certainly the best located and on a quieter street than all the others. The balance of style, comfort and location was exactly what we hoped for. Beds were very comfortable, rooms super clean and fresh. The rooftop bar and sauna is also a lovely addition. A real highlight was the complimentary afternoon tea – such a thoughtful and delightful surprise (do not miss it if you stay). The staff were mostly warm, helpful and offered great insider tips on places to visit. We’re considering returning at the end of our trip before flying out of HCMC. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful base in the heart of the city.

On our first day the Ashley from the front desk team greeted us and explained the amenities and the other services offered along with Finn and other front desk members assisted us during our stay. In the kitchen team Nicolo served us and answered our questions wonderfully along with the other members whom are also very kind, the food was amazing it is constantly refilled and there is always free per order food available during breakfast and afternoon tea time. This service and thoughtfulness extends to the housekeeping team especially to Rose whom cleaned and took care of our floor. The room is spacious and always cleaned throughly. The location is very convenient to tourists spots notably the Saigon Opera House, Saigon Post Office, Independence Palace and also local hangouts to eat or drink local cuisine/beverages (5-10 min walk from the hotel). The rooms cost are very well priced and with the service and comfort given it feels underpriced (got a discount even at peak season. The atmosphere feels luxurious and relaxing. A hotel that is really bang for your buck. Would recommend checking in here and would come here again

• Stay42077319439 (10/5): A Quiet and Comfortable Stay Close to Everything - We stayed for 5 days with my son and had a great experience. The hotel is outstanding for its price and service—very clean, fresh-smelling, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The location is very accessible to tourist spots, restaurants, street food, and convenience stores, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful. Breakfast and tea time offered a great selection with a mix of Western and local dishes. Special shout-out to Nicolo and Shin in the restaurant, who were extremely kind and attentive and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Non vale il prezzo: sono stata in un altro hotel della stessa catena: molto più bello e ad un costo decisamente inferiore. Climatizzatore direttamente sul letto con il risultato che, se spento si muore dal caldo e se acceso si muore dal freddo…. Colazione: poca scelta per i gusti occidentali; molto ricca per gli asiatici. Il bagno con la vasca: per fare la doccia bisogna chiudere la tenda e penso sia davvero poco igienico. Non c’è nessun appoggio per i beauty ( e noi eravamo in tre….) Non c’è appoggio per gli asciugamani (sempre x tre…)

• Wei-huan (9/5): I think 6,7 floor may be a little bit too noisy. - That said, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional front desk team-Ms. Han, Mr. Finn, and Mr. An. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitman ervice made my stay a positive on the key reasons I would gladly return. Thanks to their outstanding service,I am pleased to give this hotel a full five-star rating. While the hotel facilities may not be outstanding, particularly on the seventh floor where I stayed, daytime noise from the nearby housekeeping area was noticeable.

• caleonn (10/5): Pleasant experience and Great Hospitality - Location wise its as strategic as it gets. 15 minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market 5 minutes walk to Vincom Center 8 minutes walk to Saigon Opera House Room is clean and love the teal colours of the furnitures. Friendly front desk staffs and breakfast crew. There are also amenities around such as a spa and family mart. It was overall a very pleasant stay!

The entire staff was attentive and courteous, but I must give special recognition to Nicolo at the concierge desk. His professionalism and personal touch were remarkable. From arranging a last-minute sunset cruise with perfect timing to suggesting a hidden-gem restaurant that became the highlight of our culinary trip, his recommendations were flawless. He remembered our names and preferences, making us feel like valued guests rather than just room numbers. Beyond Nicolo's fantastic service, the hotel itself was superb. Our room was spacious, elegantly appointed, and spotlessly clean, with a balcony offering stunning ocean views. The pool area was a serene oasis, and the central location was ideal for exploring. It’s clear that a culture of excellent hospitality is fostered here. Thanks to Nicolo and the entire team for creating such a memorable and positive experience. • Pioneer02018732821 (10/5): Modern Hotel in District One close to the city centre. - We arrived in Ho Chi Minh City after a two-leg flight from Auckland New Zealand. On arrival we were very warmly welcomed at reception with a cool drink and dried fruit. This was very welcome after our journey. Thank you Ashley, Keisha and Han . We were efficiently booked in and then assisted to our room. Our chosen room was , clean, quiet and had everything required for a comfortable stay. Every day the housekeeping staff would make our bed and when necessary use fresh linen. The room was always spotless after their visit. On day one we ventured down to the restaurant for the buffet breakfast. Thank you Mr Duong for your excellent oversight of the restaurant. There was an amazing variety of food choices. Hot and cold, European and Asian. Near the chef's station were examples of dishes the chef would cook personally for you. Items like omelets, crepes or waffles depending on the day. All the other food choices were in good portions. Delicious Vietnamese coffee was available and the helpful staff would make special coffees when requested. Thank you chef, Ryan, Vi, Shin and Nicolo. Afternoon teas was also provided with music on some days. These events were calming and pleasant. The hotel itself has modern up to date decor, clean, tidy and safe. Also very cool when the days were hot. The location is close to the city centre. We were able to walk or use a Grab ride to visit local tourist sites such as Ho Chi Minh statue, the Town Hall and Post Office. At all times staff were extremely attentive to our needs. Helping us with transport, restaurant recommendations and even umbrellas on one rainy day. Thank you Tony, Duy and Finn. Our contact with staff was always met with respect and helpful assistance.

Excellent service in the restaurant for breakfast as well from Shin, Nicolo and Clara. Will recommend for solo travellers or for business trips.
• isaacaK7928QC (10/5): Hotel worth coming back - This is just next to Japan town, good food and shopping are just round the corner. I like the boutique hotel style, cozy place where staff are very help. The triple sharing room is big and clean. We have space to open the luggages. Didn't use much of the facilities because we were always out. However, there is a jacuzzi pool. You can hear some of the traffic in the day because it's just normal to use the honk here. The door attendants were very nice and ever ready to help us. They will came down to the street to help us for every Grab ride we ordered. The hotel entrance has a flight of stairs up. Shout out to this team. Waiter Shin at the breakfast restaurant was very helpful. I can give him a 5 stars for his great attentive service.

I had a back pain and Han went out their way to order a heat pad and get medication to ensure that i was fne. Similatly Shen in the restaurant knowing that i was vegeterian that he had vegan options for me. All their team are well trained in the area of hosppitality . Stayed here for 8 days and would have stayed more if ihad the opportunity
• CalvinSTSG (10/5): A nice relaxing second stay - Though just a small hotel but the settings are not too much, not too less. Rooms are small but efficient. Very comfy bed that made me sleep like a child. Facilities are very clean and in good shape. The breakfast is not a huge fest but variety enough and superb in quality and taste. And the best part is the staff: attentive, polite and always want to assure that my family are happy and enjoy the stay. Thank you Silverland Sil, we will be back again
