• C (5/5): Chambre très décevante, mais emplacement très bon - L'emplacement est très bon. La chambre était sale (tous les murs tachés), il y avait même des taches sur les draps. Très bruyante. Tous les jours de notre séjour on a été réveillés à 7am par des travaux effectués juste en bas de notre fenêtre. Même si c'est hors le contrôle de l'hôtel, ils auraient pu nous donner une autre chambre., pas au premier étage.

• Patricia (7/5): Amsterdam är en underbar stad och hotellet gav mig det läge jag behövde under resan. - Läget var väldigt bra, spårvagn direkt utanför dörren och gångavstånd till allt i mitt tycke. Trevlig pub precis utanför. Gratis kaffe och te. Trevlig personal. Rummet hade ingen utsikt och jag blev störd av ljud från grannar som kom hem sent och även från receptionen. Städningen var inte den bästa.

En vrais il y a beaucoup trop de chose qui ne vont pas . Je laisse très peu d’avis d’habitude, mais la franchement ces a fuir . Le personnel tien la route mais ca ne fais pas tout .

Tranvay 15 metredeydi. Mükemmel bir oteldi tavsiye ederim ve tekrar giderim , son. Günde 150 metre ileride süpermarket olduğunu bulduk.

• Sophie (8/5): Great location but a little dated & lacks attention to detail - The location of this hotel is perfect! Tram is right outside, canal view and lots of bars/restaurants a short walk away. The bed is comfortable & bathroom is modern! The rooms themselves could do with some updating… scuffs & marks on the walls give the place a little ‘unkept’ feel. The noise from the street can also mean you wake up through the night as there’s no sound proofing to the windows.

• Bindamé (5/5): - De locatie en het personeel! De hygiëne. Er was heel veel stof en lagen veel haren. De kamer was ook niet netjes afgewerkt! De vloer kraakte ontzettend, de muren waren vies. Schimmel op de kozijnen. De kamer rook ook apart. Het was niet prettig!
• Peter (5/5): Netter Aufenthalt. - Es gab kein Frühstück, dafür nebenan eine Brasserie die sehr gemütlich war. Der Bäcker gegenüber ist sehr teuer, Preise nicht ausgeschildert. Im Hotel waren alle TV außer Betrieb, der Aufzug war beim Auszug (Gepäck) blockiert. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Super Lage, in der Nähe ist die Tram Nr.4. siehe oben

Location is amazing and staff are lovely but hotel is very run down and in serious need of a makeover and bett - Location is fantastic and only a short walk away from the city centre. There is a gorgeous area out front with benches infront of the canal which is lovely to sit out on nice evenings. Staff are lovely and super helpful and there is a room to store luggage for however long you need before your flight. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. Lots of space in the wardrobe for clothes and shoes with hangers provided. Nice little desk and stool with plug sockets above for devices. Rooms are very run down, paint chipping and wallpaper peeling. WiFi in basement rooms was non existent as was phone signal from being downstairs. Tv bracket was hanging off the wall due to missing screws with tv still attached and unfortunately tv was hanging over bed so didn’t feel safe. TV’s have also never worked any time we have been there. Lamps on walls didn’t work so had to use main light which was directly over the head of the bed so wasn’t comfortable to relax due to it being so bright. Bathroom is too small for a shower room so water was all over the floor of the bathroom any time we showered. Door didn’t work correctly so took a lot of fiddling about with to get it locked, we actually went out for a full day with no idea it hadn’t locked behind us and had to get staff to show us the trick to getting it to lock.

• Lorenzo (2/5): - Posizione effettivamente ottima. Non solo centrale, ma ben collegata con i mezzi. Struttura vecchia, tenuta malissimo. Molto sporca. La stanza piccola con affaccio su canale aveva i muri completamente ammalorati, assenza di ogni amenità, nessun sapone per mani, un solo asciugamano oltre ai teli per la doccia. Tende e scuri insalubri e pericolosi per la salute, come i termosifoni. Finestra pericolante, col vento sbatte tutta notte. Muri sottili non garantiscono silenzio di notte. Le porte delle stanze anche quelle ammalorate. La doccia non è funzionale, perde acqua e allaga il bagno. Lavandino sottodimensionato. Il personale fa il possibile, cordiale e disponibile. Ho chiesto asciugamani in più e mi sono stati dati 3 teli letteralmente ripieni di capelli. Poi fatti cambiare, ma davvero condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Prezzo fuori di testa, non tornerei nemmeno gratis.

• Elfriede (7/5): Die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, die Möbel im Zimmer schon etwas abgenutzt, Dusche sehr gut - Das Personal vor Ort am Desk war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fragen zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Zugzeiten, etc.) und wie lange man zB vom Hotel zu Museen benötigt wurden kompetent beantwortet. Die Nachfüllung der Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee (Reserve Packungen waren aufgebraucht) war bis zu unserer Abreise in 2 Tagen nicht erledigt. Für Nachschub ist das Management des Hauses und nicht das Personal vor Ort zuständig. Die Reaktion auf ein Problem durch das Management (der Safe konnte nicht wieder geöffnet werden, da die Batterie im Safe leer war). Trotz des Bemühens des Personals vor Ort dauerte die Lösung des Problems gut 2 Tage, da nur das Management die Veranlassungen (Beauftragung externe Fa.) organisieren konnte.

• Yaghoob (6/5): Amsterdam was great as always, but this hotel was disappointing and did not match the information shown on Booking. - The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. It is close to the city center and easy to reach the main areas of Amsterdam. I chose this hotel mainly because it was shown as having private parking, but when I arrived the hotel had no parking at all. I had to park far away and pay 30 euros for one day. This was very disappointing. The facilities were also very poor – the TV was not working and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Las sábanas tenían agujeros y alguna mancha (estaban limpias, supongo que será del desgaste, pero hacen feo)

• Sam (9/5): Fantastic location, wonderful staff and full of charm - The location was fantastic. We had originally booked another hotel but left after one night (booked 3) because it was awful! The reception staff, particularly Joseph here at the Armada was so lovely and helpful & welcomed us after having to pack up and move here - loved the view from our room 202 to! The wall could’ve done with a lick of paint and no TV when we wanted to chill for an hour but these weren’t big things and didn’t dampen a wonderful stay.

• Conor (6/5): - The biggest plus of this hotel is the location. This is my second time staying here for that reason. The area is pretty quiet and chill at night but you're only a 5 minute walk from busy bars, coffeeshops and restaurants. You can also get a tram just outside the train station that drops you right outside the front door of the hotel which is very handy. The hotel itself is okay for accessing and the front desk staff were friendly. This was my second time staying here. Unfortunately their cleanliness hadn't improved. My first experience here the walls of the room were covered in stains and the rooms are far from soundproof but bearable. This time the room was dirtier than the previous visit. Again the walls of the room were covered in stains and even footprints. Bedsheets definitely looked like they hadn't been cleaned with hairs and bits of dirt all over them. The towels looked suspiciously like they hadn't been changed either and then the next day room service took the two hand towels (one of which you 100% need as a floor mat for getting out of the shower) and never replaced any. There is also no hand soap. You are awakened pretty early by the sound of doors slamming. The TV didn't work on either visit along with the broken lamp hanging off the wall ironically enough on both visits. The Aircon doesn't turn off and every so often makes a weird noise for a while. Second time round staying at this hotel was a disappointment. The only plus side is the amazing location. If they sorted the cleanliness of the hotel it would be amazing spot but not sure if I could stay again. Having seen previous reviews recently about people finding bedbugs on their stay, my skin itches just writing this.

Не стоит сво - Расположение и вид из окна В номере сильно пахло сигаретами. После проветривания запах не ушел. Номер менять отказались, тк надо было это делать сразу при заселении, а не вечером, после прогулки и проветривания. В душевой черная плесень.
