• Marina (10/5): Just book it. - Location, location, location! It is central, staff on-site was very helpful. There is an elevator on site. No issues with water pressure, etc.Host was available for all issues. Enough space for our family trip of 8! No luggage drop off prior to 1130am. Depends on what your plan is prior to whether it affects your day or not. But fear not! There is a baggage drop off in the the subway right underneath if you need. But its about 15 euro a day. We were a group of 10 people renting 2 apartments from May 6th to May 11th. During our stay, there were several days of heavy rain, and one of the apartments experienced a serious water leak. This was not a minor issue — large amounts of water were coming into the apartment. We contacted management immediately, but their response was completely inadequate. We were told that nothing could be done for 2–3 days and that the only solution they could offer was to provide extra towels so that we could clean up the water ourselves. No one came to inspect or properly address the issue while we were there. As a result of the leak, my AirPods and iPad were damaged by the water. When we requested compensation for the damages and for the unacceptable conditions, they refused and simply said “sorry.” What made the situation even worse was the follow-up message we received from management, which falsely claimed they had offered meaningful assistance and that we declined help. This is simply not true. Throughout the entire process, we felt dismissed, not taken seriously as paying customers, and repeatedly misled. A leak severe enough to cause property damage should have been treated as an urgent matter, not brushed aside with extra towels and excuses. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here unless they are willing to risk poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service

• Petra (9/5): Tolles Appartment mit großer Terrasse - Das Appartment hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick von der großen Terrasse auf die Rambla de Catalunya. Es ist mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus gibt es Restaurants. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mit einem Code, es gab aber auch einen Pförtner, der behilflich war. Die Tür zum Appartment lässt sich mit einer App entsperren, im Appartment gab es aber auch einen echten Schlüssel, den man benutzen sollte, wenn die Hauseingangstür nachts verschlossen ist. Die Entsperrung der Haustüre hat mit der App nicht geklappt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle. Als Kaffeemaschine gibt es eine Nespresso Maschine. Die Wohnung ist genau so eingerichtet, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Alles ist modern. Es gab genügend Handtücher. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Terrasse (Ausrichtung nach Westen, Sonne hatten wir ab ca. 10 Uhr im April) ist sehr groß und bietet einen großen Tisch mit sechs Stühlen, zusätzlich zwei kleine Markisen. Kleine Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auch öffentlich Verkehrsmittel sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Ramblas, Strand, Sagrada Familie, Batllo, Barri Gotic etc.) sind problemlos von dort zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Do not reserve parking through the hotel for 45 euro a day. Reserve directly through Saba parking next door. It costed me 53 euros for two days. Almost half the price. Opening the door with the electronic key through an app Akiles was a nightmare. I arrived at 7:15 PM but because I stated in the booking I will arrive at 8 the door would not open. Contacted customer service and instead telling me that they cannot change the time they wasted my time and money for an international call until 8 pm anyway.

No hemos podido dormir porque nos daba miedo que nos entrasen a robar por la ventana de la habitación. La ventana no cerraba y da a un patio que tiene muy mala pinta, desde el cual es muy fácil entrar desde otras ventanas, ya que hay como una pasarela que llegaba justo hasta la mía. Tampoco había persiana que nos diese un poco de seguridad. Aunque arreglen la ventana de la habitación es muy fácil entrar, deberían de poner una reja, solo en esa ventana. Después leí varios comentarios recientes de que les habían robado hacía pocos día en esos apartamentos y no pudimos pegar ojo. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de que no nos entraron a robar. Tampoco me gustó que la caldera , escoba etc estuviesen dentro armario de la habitación.

• Jessica (4/5): Unfortunately really disappointing: loud & uncomfortable - The location was very close to Metro & Plaça de Catalunya/ also close to Passeig de Gracia; the kitchen was very well equipped and clean, the chat was answered quickly and all staff was very nice. The key was digital, not my cup of coffee but definitely makes check-in easy. It was not at all what we expected and in retrospect not worth the rather high price. There is no real baggage storage, you can leave it with the concierge when and if he is there. Our apartment was giant and needed to be heated most of the time, it got cold rather quickly. No real view from any of the windows. Mattresses terribly worn out and uncomfortable. Could hear the neighbours talk. Were woken up by a washing machine every morning at 7:45 because of the noise, the wall and kitchen table were both vibrating (not exaggerating). Furniture looked aged. (Only some rooms have balconies/ terraces, I thought ours said balcony but we didn't have one.) It seems to have two different locations, too, which I always find confusing. Not for us and def. not what we expected.

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con una especie de terraza acristalada con mesa grande ideal para comer en familia. Todo amplio, cómodo y limpio. Totalmente recomendable. Por decir alguna cosa, es algo caro. Y es complicado el sistema de apertura de puertas, yo no tuve problema pero tuve que ayudar a los huéspedes de varios apartamentos para explicarles cómo acceder.

• Hitesh (1/5): Got robbed - All my personal valuables were stolen and no one from the apartment wants to help they just said call the police and the police said it happens everyday in Barcelona. They took my phone,laptop, Mac mini, bose headphones/go pro my perfumes and even took my steamer. Stay at you own risk as there has to be a known person who got in as the locks were not broken and are electronic.

• Jennifer (8/5): - Here’s a polished and balanced review you can use: ⸻ The apartment’s location is absolutely superb — truly the best part of the stay. It’s right in the heart of Barcelona, making it incredibly convenient to get everywhere. It’s only about 8–10 minutes’ walk to Casa Batlló, and another 8–10 minutes to La Rambla and La Boqueria. From there, you can easily continue walking to the Gothic Quarter, and if you walk a bit further, you’ll reach Port Vell. Sagrada Família is also just around 10–12 minutes away by taxi. There are plenty of neighborhood shops nearby as well. Location-wise, it’s absolutely 10/10. As for the apartment itself, it’s a bit old now and could use some updating. Cleanliness is average — though it’s a small apartment, so there isn’t too much to maintain. The balcony door feels like it’s nearly retiring, and the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable — it’s quite hard and uneven. The balcony is also just okay. It’s very small, nothing special, but kind of cute in its own way. That said, since we spent most of our time out exploring Barcelona and were out almost all day, the apartment served its purpose. It was an okay place to rest after long days of sightseeing. I do wish there had been at least some basic tea, coffee, and sugar provided in the apartment. It would have been a nice touch, especially for a quick drink in the morning or after a long day out exploring the city.

There are no hangers in the apartment, in one bathroom just a place for one towel, so we had to dry the towels on the chairs, or in the closets. The same situation with the jackets. There is no possibility for a late check out, that’s a pitty. Also, we had just one key for the main doors, which caused us logistical troubles.
