The whole ambience of the place is great, with the good choice of lighting and music that doesnt make the place feel old and empty. The breakfast spread was generous. The seminar spaces (event hall and catering) was also on point. Nearby night eateries and shops at the convenience for late meals and getting things. (10mins walk) If you are with family, nothing much unless you travel out. The mall beside it is something you can cover in an hour or less. Great for transit if you are taking the ferry service, or you and your friends are spending the weekend for the pubs and clubs around the vicinity

• Linda (7/5): - Good location, sea facing and good breakfast spread. Too many levels of car park to reach hotel lobby at level 6C. In addition have to climb a flight of steps to reach hotel lobby. No lifts and escalator available at car park. Certain rooms are noisy throughout the night. Disco music and drums from a nearby nightclub can be heard till about 4am.

• Sadasivam (5/5): Happy and satisfied with little to comment - Air con is not comfirtable. Refrigerator no strong when we put in 20 can of beer. It was not cold at all after 4 to 5 hours. We ask for smoking room. They allocated a room without a ash tray. We have to request for it. No air dryer and safebox.

Buffet breakfast, hmm.. tak berapa menyelerekan Bilik : cadar boleh la satu hotel tukar cadar baru. Ada kesan kotoran rasanya cuci pun tak hilang .

• Philip (3/5): Convenient location, but the room condition affected the overall value of the stay. - The property is in a convenient location, especially for access to Stulang Laut ferry terminal for travel from Johor Bahru to Batam. The room had a noticeable musty and damp smell, with visible signs of mould in areas that appeared to have been painted over rather than properly fixed. This suggested the issue may not have been fully resolved, and we requested a room change. The room was also missing some basic features and amenities, including a bedside table, power points near the bed, and face or hand towels in the bathroom. In addition, the air conditioning could not be adjusted properly, and the toilet did not flush well, so we had to wait before flushing again. Based on the overall room condition and facilities, the stay did not reflect good value for the price paid.

• Chu (1/5): it is not worth of the price - there are noise coming from AC and contacted the facility but they could not fix the issue so we left from the hotel after staying there only one night. we booked for two night but we only stayed there for a night. we are not able to sleep because of the noise coming from AC .
