• Aleksandr (8/5): That's close, but you should change the mattresses. - Great location. The city center is nearby. No need for any transport The mattress on the bed. The worst mattress I've ever seen. My back hurt for a whole week after sleeping on it. It's old and saggy.

• Elfriede (4/5): Das Oersonal ist evtl. Schon ok. Aber man lernt es ja nicht kennen. Wir waren froh, als wir das Hotel verlassen konnten. - Die Lage war ok. Das Bad war fürchterlich, wie in einem Krankenhaus für ganz Arme - alte Handtücher, nur kaltes Wasser im Waschbecken. Die Klospülung noch mit Schnur, wie nach dem Krieg usw. Nur ein tschechisches Fernsehprogramm und das war nur auszuschalten, indem man den Stecker zog. Ansonsten fehlten die Steckdosen.

Van trigar molta estona a trobar la reserva, ens van fer canviar d’habitació a les 23.30 h, la cortina no tapava la llum, el lllit era terrible? Cables sueltos per tot arreu…

• Gerardo (8/5): - Bien, ubicado, fácil, acceso, muy cerca del centro, próximo a estaciones de tranvía en metro Las almohadas realmente malas, en la cama muy cómoda. Otro asunto que deberían arreglar es el de colocar enchufes al lado de la cama, está muy lejos. No caería nada mal el poner, aunque sea un calentador de agua para prepararse un café. Por todo lo demás está muy bien recomendable.

• Christophe (5/5): Bien localisé et bon marché. - La situation géographique dans la vielle ville ainsi que le prix abordable. L’aimabilite du personnel ainsi que la disponibilité de la chambre avant l’horaire prévu. L’ascenseur est presque tombé en panne dès notre arrivée. Il n’y a pas assez de prises électrique dans les chambres pour recharger ses appareils le soir. Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel ce qui nécessite de se rendre dans un autre établissement mais avec un bon de 15% de réduction. Équipements vétustes : fenêtre, robinets. Il est très difficile de régler la température de l’eau sous la douche, gelée ou brûlante.

• Angel Francisco (6/5): - La ubicación, a muy poquita distancia del centro. La falta de limpieza en algunas zonas del hotel, aparte que se nota falta de mantenimiento/reforma.
• Pavlíková (1/5): - Příjemný personál, pokoj prostorný, veliká postel. Nesnesitelná aromatická, těžká vůně celého pokoje a prádla, silně dráždivá. Jak pro senzitivní, tak i normální lidi. Vyvolání negativních a nežádoucích projevů bolesti hlavy, nemožnost usínání, noční probuzení. Byly jsme rády, že jsme opustily pokoj. Už nikdy více.

• Konstantin (10/5): Amazing stay at an amazing hotel with amazing staff!!! Made Prague feel so homey. - The accomodation was amazing and they gave us the preffered double bed room that we asked. The staff was extra friendly and open for communication and they even boiled water for us for our ramen. Good job to all three workers that we saw at the reception, especially Jana who welcomed us very well and made us feel like at home. Previously we saw some reviews about ants, but they said that they took care of the problem and we didn't have any problem with the cleanliness. The room service was doing the room check and tidying it every morning from 10-12 o'clock and they were really quiet. We loved the location. It was really close to everything we wanted to see. The room was safe and there is nothing i can say bad about it. Practically, it was exceptional.

• James (6/5): Stag april 2026 - Location was ideal we went for a stag do use the metro to get around was good. Value for money the staff were helpful. Air con did not work rooms are a bit dated. What lets it down there is no bar or restaurant there is just two vending machines. The cafe thats recommend to go to is not great we ended up heading off elsewhere.

• Федір (7/5): In my experience it was very expensive for this facility, thanks to the stag our experience was ok, but if rank only hot - Staff will help you with everything, it is a good place that close to city centre. It wasn’t 100% clean, very loud because of technical cars at 5-6AM, there are leak of socket and even that you have doesn’t work. Also I check price in day of arrival and it was 2 times less, also other dates was also much more cheaper.

Konumu oldukça iyi ana caddeye 50 m mesafede, önünde güzel bir bahçesi olan kilise var etrafı ağaçlık alan. Etrafı nezih rahatsız edici bir şey yok. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Odaya 4 saat erken girmemize izin verdiler ve bagajları gün boyu ücretsiz emanete bırakma olanağı sundular.

Doladila bych větší pozornost úklidu pokojů - pavučiny u stropů,fleky na závěsu, ohořelý stolek. Zlepší to určitě první dojem 🙂 Tohle neberu jako negativní věc,ale - pokoj byl pro dva dospělé trochu stísněný, ať už kolem postele,tak v koupelně.

Huoneet olivat likaisia. Toisen huoneen vessa oli muinainen ja siellä haisi pahalle. Vessassa oli muurahaisia. Pistorasioita oli vähän ja ne olivat hajalla. Yleiskuva oli nuhjuinen. Matot olivat likaisia. Katossa oli outoja jälkiä. Seinässä ollut lipputanko piti metallisia ääniä pitkin yötä, joka kuului huoneisiin. Suihkun veden paine oli alhainen ja veden säätäminen oli vaikeaa.

Sanırım yataklar 50 yıllıktı, çünkü yatakların ortası çökmüştü. Her sabah sırt ağrısıyla uyandık. Prizler yataktan uzakta bir yerdeydi. Odada ısıtıcı yoktu ve her seferinde resepsiyondan bardakta sıcak su istemek zorunda kaldık. İnterneti çok kötüydü, defalarca çalışanlara dile getirmemize rağmen; hiçbir reaksiyonda bulunmadılar. Ekstradan telefonlarımıza internet paketi almak zorunda kaldık. Banyodaki duşların gideri çok kötüydü ve duşta su çok az akıyordu. Duş alabilmek eziyetti. Toplamda 4 gece konakladık fakat yukardaki sorunlardan dolayı 2. gün çıkış yapmak istedik fakat ücret iadesi yapılmadığı için mecbur kaldık. Tek kelime ile şimdiye kadar kaldığım en kötü konaklamaydı.

No tienen restaurante propio para los desayunos pero justo al check in te dan un descuento para ir a otro restaurante cercano a desayunar. La cama se hundía bastante sea en el lado de mi pareja como en el mio, creando una montaña entre nosotros, y las almohadas estaban apelmazadas. No hay muchos enchufes, ninguno en concreto al lado de las mesillas de noche, y las luces a veces no funcionan bien.

• Matthias (4/5): Ausstattung lieblos und nicht mehr zeitgemäß - Die zentrale Lage ist der einzige Pluspunkt, den diese Unterkunft preislich akzeptabel macht..Das wird aber auch schnell wieder relativiert, wenn man mit dem PKW anreist. Um diesen abstellen zu können, benötigt man einen privaten oder öffentlichen Parkplatz der mit bis zu 30€ /Tag kostet. Der erste Eindruck ist ernüchternd, denn die Einrichtung und lieblose Gestaltung ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang wirkte desinteressiert und konnte uns bei einfachen Fragen zum Parkplatz keine hilfreiche Antwort geben. Vielleicht darf man das in diesem Preissegment nicht erwarten, aber weder Wasserkocher noch irgendwelche Ausstattungen sind im Raum vorhanden. Geschwindigkeit und Signalstärke des WLAN sind eine Zumutung und nicht mehr zeitgemäß..

(centri commerciali et.) buoni i servizi igienici ma la struttuta dovrebbe curare meglio l'aspetto estetico, e garantire appartamenti un po' piu' puliti, avendo un arredamento fatto in tessuti moquettati si crea molta polvere. abbiamo trovato anche delle ragnatele sul soffitto. peccato perche' il personale e' molto cordiale e disponibile. ma cmq se dovessi tornarci un'altra chance alla struttura la concederei.
