Die Kaffeemaschine und jeden Tag neue Wasserflaschen habe ich als sehr geschätzt. Der Manager hat mich persönlich angerufen, um mit mir zu sprechen, da ich mich beim einchecken beschwert hatte. An dieser Stelle ein herzliches Dankeschön für diese Dienstleistung und Aufmerksamkeit! Die Fenster und Nachttischablagen waren nicht sauber. Und um an Informationen rund um Spa und Hotel zu erhalten, musste man ein QR Code scannen, der bei mir nicht funktioniert hat. ( womit ich per Telefon die Speisekarte vorgelesen bekam) Und bei der Spa Reception hatte ich das Handy nicht dabei. In solchen Situationen sehne ich mich nach den alten Zeiten in 5 Sterne Hotels, wo es eine Mappe mit allen Informationen, schön dokumentiert, gab. Das Wasser im Swimmingpool war zu kalt ( April), um schwimmen zu können.

513jo_or (6/5): Great gym, but "Palace" is an overstatement - Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso is a mixed bag. While the name suggests royalty, calling it a "palace" feels like an overstatement. The rooms are quite dated and weren't what I expected from a high-end hotel; they definitely need a modern refresh. Additionally, the location is very far from Athens, so be prepared for a commute if you plan on sightseeing in the city. On the positive side, the breakfast was fairly good with a nice variety. The true standout, however, is the gym. It is absolutely amazing for a hotel and easily the highlight of the stay. It’s a decent choice if you prioritize fitness and a quiet retreat, but don't expect a modern palace.

Hallways and most of the rooms have been renovated although one can see that the spared some cost in not renovating the doors to the rooms and the bathrooms. The area right in front is not the nicest beach area. The Thalasso pool is not free for hotel guests and the charges are not advertised.

Guilda (6/5): Beautiful Views and Friendly Staff, but Below 5-Star Expectations” - We stayed for 6 nights in a family suite facing the beach during the second week of April, and while the setting was beautiful, the overall experience was mixed. ✅ What I liked The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and helpful, which made a very positive impression. The hotel design is elegant and aesthetically pleasing, creating a refined atmosphere. The spa services were enjoyable and professionally delivered. The beach view from our suite was a highlight, offering a relaxing and scenic experience. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay: The shower door was old and difficult to open, and the water temperature fluctuated suddenly from warm to very hot during use. Reception sent a maintenance technician who checked the issue and said a plumber would come the next day. However, no one came. We followed up again with reception and maintenance, re-explained the issue, yet it remained unresolved for the entire 6-night stay, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The soundproofing in the family suite is very poor. The balcony door and room walls do not block noise, and we could clearly hear neighbors walking in their room. At night, noise from the street, beach, and nearby restaurant was very noticeable and disruptive. The gym opening hours (10:00–19:00 on weekdays) are limited and not convenient for guests who prefer early or late workouts. The main pool shown on the website belongs to the spa, meaning access requires additional payment. It is also shallow and more suitable for therapy than for swimming. The indoor pool is small and located in a confined space near the steam room, which limits the experience. Although there is underground access to the beach, the beach itself is small, not clean, and not private. It is accessible from nearby restaurants and surrounding areas, which reduces comfort and exclusivity—especially disappointing during the few sunny days we had.

Aporol Spritz 18€, 1 Glas Wein 14€, das sind unverschämte Preise. Zugang zum Pool 60.-€ , auch viel zu teuer.

tsviae (6/5): Graet Hotel but not when under constructions - In general the hotel is located in a great spot with excelent rooms and facilities. The service is very good. Unfortunately the hotel underwent some constructions during my stay (without pre-notice) which made hotel enterance and indor pool unpleasent.

Patricia (9/5): Very relaxing stay on the Athens Riveria. - Breakfast choices were great, all staff were really friendly and helpful, I got upgraded to the new room styles and the room was really comfortable with a great view of the ocean and local area. There are lot of great restaurants nearby. Pool area was great and very chill, sunbeds were plentiful and spread out.
HANIA (7/5): its more of a 4.5* hotel for those used to the care and luxury of 5 star hotels - Staff are friendly and helpful , amazing Bellboys! thank you ... Comfortable hotel Clean beach but stairs to get to sea needs to be a bit wider more safe for kids too! , Nice pool one with seawater didn't try the other .. Yummy greek salad at the pool couple of restaurants near by , recommended : Panorama ( next door walking) , Tylixto ( 4 minutes by car) Big Bus Tour stop is just down the road (however that bus didn't have anything to be said on audio )! If you're going in low season its okay if you're spending most of your day out of Hotel. Too expensive for what it is ... trip was END of June i understand the high season but its not worth its price. Breakfast :- No live cooking egg station, okay no problem but when asked they said An omlette is only done at extra Charge, since when are 5 star hotels charging extra for such thing ?!?!?! im already paying a lot per night! NOT A 5* hotel Breakfast but i cant deny its okay .. Good... Had to ask them twice for Extra hot coffee pot and they got it just warm to room temperature until they understood i wont quit asking before they get it right . Room amenities :- very shy to put things Toilletries like the mini boxes with cottonpads , brush etc only first day and for 1 person (my reservation was intitially 1 pp room ) but then when we arrived, room was getting ready! and after paying for a 2nd person, they should update it accordingly before entering!. 1 Complementary Water bottle , i had to ask them to get for second gurest . On second day had to ask the room service to get me those complementary water bottles ! Coffee and tea only first day or two then no REFILLS , Hair Dryer beyond WEAK :- barely any air comes out of that so called " hair dryer" I had to reserve an extra night before reservation started on the phone , she had told me a price and asked if i wanted to pay by phone , i said no i will do that when i reach . When i got their , the price was more and also it didnt include the tax , i had paid an extra 100 somehting euros from what was said on phone . Then as i was checking out the counter lady goes we need to reverse a partial of taxes that we made you over pay , i only got 60Euro back . but better than nothing Indoor pool area needs renovation, went to see it in a chance to relax in the AC around it after a day in the sun , it was too humid and stinky , opened the door took a look and ran away !
Efrosyne (8/5): Over all very good!! - The breakfast was great. The hotel was very nice. I asked for face washcloth and they told me they don’t carry them in a hotel very strange also, I didn’t like that. There was no fan in the bathroom.

Trent (5/5): Good location but disappointing operationally - Good location and good pool for kids Tiny rooms Gym doesn’t open until 8am on Monday to Saturday and 9am on Sunday. Just crazy. How can parents with families exercise whilst kids are sleeping and out of heat peak times. Breakfast below par with additional costs for omelettes and bland food. Charge extra costs of 35 euros per night for your car to be parked onsite. Not reasonable for a 5 star hotel.

Karine (6/5): Grosse Déception sur la prestation piscine intérieure ! - Petit déjeuner copieux mais qualitativement très moyen. Nous avons eu un vrai sujet/ piscine intérieure car l’objet de notre choix sur cet hôtel portait sur la piscine intérieure! Grosse déception l eau était à température ambiante c’est à dire gelée!!!!! Vous, booking devriez ajuster votre information car complètement fallacieuse mon fils a été très déçu de l hôtel à cause de la piscine qui était la condition prioritaire de notre choix !!!! Il était impossible de pénétrer dans la piscine au vue de la température donc séjour relativement cher/ prestation non tenue !!!

Destination612713 (4/5): Not worthy it’s money at all… - Not happy at all about our stay.. had issues with our room privacy , as someone was throwing olives on our 3rd floor balcony , the spa wasn’t included in the hotel room price (why choosing a 5star hotel then ?) , the breakfast wasn’t depicting a 5star hotel , not worthy it’s price at all…
