We've got upper room which was little bit small, but overall it was good, I was little bit unsatisfied with the bed size but nothing I can do here, it does it purpose and I slept ok

This hotel clearly puts the guest first: when I was a little late leaving the room they were very understanding and accommodating. The room was spotless and exceptionally comfortable — everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. I encountered no problems during my stay; everything ran smoothly. I will happily return and recommend this hotel to others. A lovely experience all around! /

Room was just enough: comfortable beds, bathroom which was very clean and in good condition, with bathtub (I didn't know I needed that after full day of exploring the city). Lots of food options nearby. Walls are a bit thin. So I could hear water coming on in adjacent rooms. Also, power went out once for about 10-15 minutes the second night for no reason. Glad I was not in the elevator at the time.

• TADASHI (8/5): フランスの一般的なホテルなのでしょう。 - ヨーロッパのホテルでバスタブ設置されていた点が、良かった。（イタリア、スペインなし） ホテル近所ひ、地下鉄駅やレストラン、コンビニなどあり快適に過ごせました。 朝食のメニューが少なく野菜サラダ的なものがありません。パンとサラミ、ハム、チーズがメインで物足りないさがありました。 フランスのトイレは、オシュレットやシャワーも無く日本人だと違和感ありました。

J'ai eu de la chance de passer une nuit calme, avec du silence si on fait abstraction du métro qui circule en souterrain, pas de porte qui a claqué en pleine nuit ou de bruits, clients respectueux lors de mon séjour. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner, les commentaires des autres clients m'ont dissuadée Situation géographique intéressante à 2 stations de Paris gare de Lyon. Pour un séjour court je recommande totalement !! J'y retournerai si j'y repasse je pense. Deux petits défauts (ça dépendra des goûts de chacun) : -le jeté de lit et le coussin décoratif sur les draps et oreillers du client, ce n'est pas très clean, le jeté avait de légères traces blanches suspectes, je doute que ces éléments esthétiques soient systématiquement lavés entre chaque client... 😉 l'hygiène stricte c'est ma top priorité pendant un séjour. -l'eau microfiltrée au lieu d'une eau de source pourquoi pas (si la bouteille en verre est systématiquement lavée avant réutilisation of course car certains boivent au goulot) mais dans ce cas on aurait aimé une option pétillante dans le plateau de courtoisie... 🙃
• sam86862007 (8/5): Camera comoda e in una posizione logisticamente molto vantaggiosa - L'hotel è in una posizione logisticamente ottima: sebbene sembri in una zona periferica (la stazione di Nation si trova quasi al confine tra il comune di Parigi e il resto dell'Ile de France), è possibile raggiungere la destinazione con metro, RER e autobus e si è molto vicini a qualsiasi attrazione offerta dalla città (la Tour Eiffel che si trova dall'altro capo della metropoli è raggiungibile in 30 minuti di orologio). Nei dintorni sono inoltre presenti molte panetterie dove acquistare brioche o panini per la colazione (quella attaccata all'hotel prepara delle brioche buonissime, evitate di spendere 12 euro a persona per la colazione in struttura) La camera è di dimensioni modeste ma molto confortevole: è presente un piccolo frigo dove porre bevande o cibarie, il letto è comodo e la doccia bella spaziosa. E' anche ottimo il servizio di pulizia che svolge adeguatamente il suo dovere. Elemento importante: nella reception è presente un erogatore di acqua e una macchinetta del caffè (con cialde Nespresso) e sono entrambi gratuiti, aspetto che vi eviterà di spendere più di 2 euro per una bottiglia di acqua e 3 euro per un caffè terribile in altri locali parigini. Non ne abbiamo usufruito, tuttavia spendere 12 euro a persona per una modesta colazione con succo di frutta, cereali, brioche e qualche elemento salato mi pare decisamente eccessivo, soprattutto considerando che in zona è pieno di locali che offrono soluzioni più convenienti

La notte, in stanza, faceva un po' di caldo. Ho provato a rimediare accendendo il sistema dell'aria condizionata, ma non sembrava funzionasse bene.

• ΕΥΤΥΧΙΑ (10/5): Εξαιρετική και ευχάριστη. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με αρκετά μαγαζιά τριγύρω για φαγητό. Το μετρό στα 150 μέτρα με όλες τις γραμμές που σε πάει σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και κάθε μέρα ερχόταν το προσωπικό για να καθαρίσει. Επίσης όλο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου είναι φιλοκότατο,ευχάριστο, με ευγένεια να σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι απορία και αν έχεις για τα πάντα. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα και αν ξανά πάω στο Παρίσι θα το προτιμήσω ξανά!
• Viviana (7/5): - Hotel carino, stanza pulita tutti i giorni, staff cordiale e sempre disponibile… L’hotel si trova a due passi dalla metro 9 che permette di raggiungere tutte le più importanti attrazioni della città Stanza un po’ piccola e cuscini un po’ scomodi… nonostante la pulizia giornaliera nel bagno persisteva la presenza di formiche

• Elodie (9/5): Très bonne nuit - Emplacement, propreté et personnel sympathique Au 2eme étage on entends le métro circuler sous l’hôtel … mais le métro est Paris !

• Alejandro (10/5): Great stay at a cozy friendly hotel - Small cozy hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Tea and nespresso at the lobby all day. They change bed clothes and towels daily. Near to public transport. Bakery and restaurants at walking distance.

• Sébastien (9/5): Bel hôtel - Chambre au charme désuet, très sympa et fonctionnelle avec un lit et des oreillers confortables. L'hôtel est très proche de la station métro RER. Le bruit de l'avenue Voltaire était peut-être insuffisamment atténué par le double vitrage.
