• Jillian (2/5): Not enjoyable - Position in Paddington I was given a room barely fit for purpose on the ground floor-no real bathroom-could feel & hear the underground trains-a very noisy mini fridge view of storage area-I was staying 4 nights so asked for a room change-on 2nd floor. I’m 76 but fit-no lift-no offer of help getting up to my room by surly staff member. Did not have breakfast in the basement after first day because climbing up from there to my room was too tedious. 2nd room was fine.

• Michelle (5/5): Budget Travel. Great Location for Transport, Dining and Groceries. - The hotel is situated in a gorgeous old building across from a pretty little park. The position is perfect as it's literally just around the corner from Paddington Station and from St Mary's Hospital bus stop. It's also in close proximity to great cafes, pubs and grocery stores. The staff were lovely and helpful and happily allowed me to leave my bags in storage until check in time as my flight arrived very early and also after check out while I went to breakfast before heading to the tain station. The room was small, but had all I required as a solo traveller,.. a bed, private bathroom with a toilet, fridge, TV, hair-dryer, kettle, tea/coffee and a window that I enjoyed looking out every morning. ... afterall, I didn't intend sitting in my room all day every day. Keeping in mind, when you travel on a budget, you tend to get what you pay for. The only let-down was the 6 flights of stairs that I had to carry my luggage up and down.... that was a mission. The higher the stairs, the narrower they became with a couple of tight corners and a door to make things a bit more challenging. I assume that all the single rooms are on the top floor and that all are very small. The views were lovely though. Plus I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in.

• Łukasz (5/5): Dobra lokalizacja aby nie pokój w piwnicy - Lokalizacja, bliskość metra i dworca, bardzo miły i uprzejmy personel na stołówce. Podczas rezerwacji nikt nie poinformował ze przydzielono nam pokój w piwnicy bez widoku na którąkolwiek stronę. Nie poinformowano iż przez cały czas słychać przejeżdżające pod hotelem metro, tym bardziej uciążliwe w pokojach w piwnicy. Są to ogromne niezgodności i uciazliwosci w hotelu.

If you’re travelling light and just want a place to crash close to the train, this is a good option. Staff were very lacklustre. Abrupt service and even though I was a single woman with a heavy suitcase, neither of the two male receptionists would help lift my luggage up to the top floor (lots and lots of narrow stairs). Not very clean property and unusable kettle.

Está muito bem localizado, muito perto dos transportes públicos, o que facilita bastante as deslocações. No entanto, o único ponto negativo foi o WC do quarto, que era bastante pequeno. Pessoas com excesso de peso poderão ter alguma dificuldade em utilizá-lo confortavelmente.

Great location for Paddington Station, Good array of cafes, restaurants and shops in the location. I would stay here again and recommend it. No bar. The stair carpets are a little thread bare but clean. Our room was small but adequate. No phone access to reception. We had a balcony, with table and chairs but unable to access it 🙁

Ei selkeästi näkyvää hometta tai ötököitä. Hotellissa ei ollut hissiä ja ylimpään kerrokseen meni kapeat portaat. Ei huonokuntoisille tai ahtaan paikankammoisille. Aamupalan valikoima oli heikohko. Vastaanoton nuorempi mieshenkilö oli erittäin tympeä. Aamupalalla olleet naiset olivat mukavia samoin kuin vanhempi mies vastaanotossa.

• Diana (4/5): Estadía decepcionante - La ubicación La habitación era demasiado pequeña para 2 personas, sin espacio para moverse. El baño era mínimo. Y apenas salía agua para bañarse (dijeron tener problemas de aire en las cañerías. Además la habitación estaba en el 3er piso, sin ascensor, y las escaleras del último tramo eran muy angostos.
• Honoratioren-Schwabe (7/5): Die Lage überzeugt, der Preis für London iW auch. - Sehr gute Lage (nur 5 min von Paddington), dieses Mal Wahlmöglichkeit beim Geschoß (EG oder 3.OG --> EG gewählt, da kein Aufzug), früher Check-In möglich (12:50 Uhr), etwas größeres Zimmer (11 m²) und bessere Dusche (mit fester Duschwand) als vor 1 Woche, freundliche MA beim Frühstück, gute Gepäckaufbewahrung (direkt im Nebenraum, ohne Wartezeit). Auswahl beim Frühstück, U-Bahn-Dröhnen(zum Glück nur 05:45-24:00), Gruppen-Lärm, immer noch kleines Zimmer, wenig Ablagen, keine Aussicht (nur 1m entfernte Wand).

The members of staff that we did meet were polite, professional and friendly - 2 minutes walk from Paddington and easy to get to anywhere in London. Great for a short stay. Clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is a little dated but does the job.
• Petronella (5/5): - de ligging, om de hoek van het metro/trein/busstation Toen we aankwamen in de nacht kregen we een kamer 2 verdiepingen ONDER de grond. Elke keer als een metro/trein aan kwam (elke 5 a 10 minuten dus) werden we uit bed gerammeld. Bovendien was er een stapelbed, vooraf hadden we een bevestiging ontvangen dat we 4 eenpersoonsbedden kregen. De tweede dag hebben we voor een andere kamer gevraagd, die hebben we ook gekregen, maar toch weer een gedoe om eerst uit te checken voor 11.00 uur en 's middags weer in te checken in de nieuwe kamer. De badkamer viel ook erg tegen. VEEL te klein, 2x zo groot als een normaal toilet, dus geen ruimte om te bukken.
• Dario (9/5): Hotel perfetto per un soggiorno alla scoperta della bellissima Londra - In primis la posizione, in un quartiere centrale, tranquillo e ben servito da negozi e ristoranti di vario genere e vicinissimo alla metro e stazione di Paddington da cui è possibile prendere tre diverse linee metro e vari collegamenti veloci e diretti per l’aeroporto di Heathrow. La colazione è buona, dotata sia di dolce che di salato. L’hotel, come del resto la maggioranza nelle zone centrali di Londra, non è dotato di ascensore, ma la nostra stanza era al primo piano e non abbiamo risentito quindi della cosa, anche perché le scale per salire verso la nostra camera erano ampie e non cunicoli come visto in molti altri hotel della città. Come standard le camere a Londra sono solitamente piccolissime, ma devo dire che la nostra (una superior), era ampia con all’interno anche un caminetto, una grande tv di almeno 43pollici, un mobiletto ed un piccolo frigobar oltre ad tavolinetto e due sedie (con fornitura di bollitore, tazze e bustine per potersi preparare un the o un caffè in camera), la stanza aveva una grande portafinestra che dava su un balconcino (ma non si può uscire perché le finestre sono bloccate) ma la stanza era luminosa ed affacciava su un bel parchetto pubblico sottostante che la notte viene chiuso. Come altri punti a favore, la struttura offre un servizio di portineria h24 ed il deposito gratuito delle valigie quando si deve lasciare la stanza il giorno della partenza. Che dire dire di più, soggiornerò sicuramente in questo hotel la prossima volta che torneremo a Londra. La moquette presente quasi ovunque, ma almeno no nella nostra camera il che è stato apprezzato. Rinnoverei un pó il look delle stanze.

Les rideaux laissent passer la lumière sur le côté. Obliger d'avoir des boules Quies et un cache-oeil pour dormir le matin (à partir de 06h00)

• Eirini (10/5): - Πολύ βολικό στην τοποθεσία του και παράλληλα ήσυχα! Πολύ τίμιο και το πρωινό και γενικά καθαρό! Το μόνο είναι οι σκάλες εάν μένεις σε επάνω όροφο και έχεις μεγάλη βαλίτσα ! Όπως σε πολλά τέτοιου τύπου καταλύματα !
• Jan (5/5): The gave me a ground floor room and made my stay comfortable. Thanks. - Location Men loitering in front of adjacent hotels and park. Street was lined with trash bags waiting for pickup. Toilet would not flush. Young lady at check-in desk had that issue resolved fast. Room was cold so she sent a portable heater.
• Isaac (5/5): Bra läge men inte jättebra facilitet - Väldigt nära centrum Golvet lutade, det var kallt, litet, men om man vill bo nära stan är detta ett bra alternativ. Det var också väldigt lyhört och man kunde höra andra väldigt tydligt.

• Hachmann (7/5): Super für Kurztrip und Sight Seeing mit perfekter Anbindung zur U- Bahn. - Tolles schnuckeliges Hotel im typisch englischen Stil. 3 Minuten zur Paddington Station. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Sight Seeing London. Ich fand das Gebäude und Hotel wirklich schön. Frühstück nicht empfehlenswert. Dann lieber beim Bäcker einen Kaffee etc. holen. Das Bett war zu klein für 2 Personen und hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt. Frühstück sehr überschaubar. 1x Käse, 1x Aufschnitt. Nur Toast und Waffeln, großes Glas mit Schokocreme und einem verschmierten Messer. Butter und Marmelade am Tisch in kleinen Schälchen.
• CARLA (8/5): Excelente custo X benefício - A localização sem dúvidas é o ponto mais forte do hotel, mas não posso me queixar dos demais quesitos: limpeza, funcionários educados e prestativos, bom café da manhã, quarto (triplo) com tamanho que nos atendeu. Apesar de ser bastante antigo, só teria queixa relacionada ao banheiro, que deixou a desejar… O banheiro é muito pequeno. Ele foi “construído” dentro do quarto, provavelmente quando o prédio virou hotel. Mas, esqueceram que podem se hospedar pessoas obesas, e nesses casos, seria extremamente desconfortável.
