The toilet was very spacious with jacuzzi and very clean. The staff were very lovely and helpful. They provided warm milk for my 18months old baby whenever I requested for it. The receptionist was very kind and really helpful They had good options for breakfast which was very tasty. The location was very perfect for our family Our toilet handle was broken and it keeps falling off with the nail exposed which hurt my son when he went to use the toilet. Otherwise, the hotel meet our expectations

- Clara (9/5): Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. - Frühstück war super richtig freundlich und die Dame die uns ständig bedient hat und uns immer wieder etwas spezielles serviert hat, gefragt ob wir kaffe möchten usw. Made our morning Nachmittags war der Rezeptionist sehr hilfsbereit und unnormal freundlich danke für alles! Betten waren nicht wirklich bequem, sehr hart. Meine Schulter durfte darunter leiden 🙈

- Baerti (9/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Stadtbesuch in Tirana - Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber für ein Stadthotel angemessen. Das Hotel lag recht zentral, in der Umgebung gab es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fussläufig erreichbar (20 bis 30 Minuten). Auch das Frühstück war ziemlich gut.

Desayuno variado con horario de 07:00 a 10:00. El detalle de bienvenida en la habitación, té + botellas de agua + fruta variada fresca y galletas. Chanclas para los clientes y kit de baño completo con cepillo de dientes, kit de afeitar , jabón, champús y Geles. Todo al detalle.

We needed a change in payment arrangements, the hotel immediately responded and made necessary changes. My father constant requests for assistance in IT related matters were always met with efficacy and outmost kindness. Breakfast was superb! Nothing really.

Car parking costs €5 in car park behind hotel. I would guess parking on street could be tricky Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Everyone seemed very happy and displayed genuine eagerness to help. I've been on numerous holidays and stayed at over twenty 3-5* hotels/airbnbs, and this was by far the best and genuine service I've received, hands down! The room was squeaky clean and location was really good as well with a lot of restaurants, shops and a shopping center as well. If I were to knit pick, the bathroom door was creaky and the cleaners banged the doors of rooms that they finished cleaning in the morning which woke us up twice

- Elias (8/5): 4 days in Tirana - Location is good, room is specious, furniture is good, bathroom needd update, bed was moderate comfort, breakfast was very basic. Big shopping mall (Tirana ring center) was around the corner. Airport bus didn't mind dropping us by this shopping mall, saved us time and money.

- Narmadha (8/5): Very good - Me and my sister had a wonderful experience at Doro City Hotel, and I highly recommend it! During my previous trip, my plans were unexpectedly cancelled, and the hotel, especially Daniel from the reservation team, refunded me without any charge at the last minute. As a gesture of appreciation, I decided to book again this time, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was outstanding, and everyone at the reception was incredibly helpful and attentive. Emri and Bukra in the breakfast area were especially kind, always greeting guests with a smile and providing excellent service. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was also very convenient for the trips we booked, as the pick-up location was right there. Additionally, there are some excellent restaurants just a 2-3 minute walk away, so you’ll have plenty of dining options! Overall, I had a fantastic stay and will definitely choose Doro City Hotel again for future visits. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant!

We had to rush out one morning for our tour and didn’t put the sign on the door and they cleaned our room. 🤗🤗🤗 the kitchen staff are helpful. On our last day the lobby was packed with a group checking out and the kitchen staff prepared croissants and fruits for us. About 15-30mins walk to Tirana city centre. The eggs at breakfast was a bit oily and cold.

The bathroom had everything you will need and we had access to a big balcony. Bonus: one of the cleaning ladies tided our room without us asking them to, and we found it very respectful! Definetly recommend!
- Ejaz (9/5): Wonderful stay at a beautiful place. - This hotel is very centrally placed. It’s closed to a shopping mall, bus and taxi stop, money changers , restaurants and not far from Skanderbeg Beg square. The reception desk is manned by Daniel who is excellent in his work, polite, courteous and always helpful to his guest. There was little issue with the sideboard lamp and while this was being fixed we were upgraded to an excellent room. I met Sabio also . He is at the reception when Daniel is away. He is also very friendly and professional. The dining hall is supported by many personnel but these two ladies Gonxhe and Bukuria were exceptional. They were very professional about their work and looked after us and other guest as best as they could.

Everyone on the staff was really welcoming, all very kind and made all the efforts to accommodate our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also good, 15 minutes away from the center. Everything was absolutely perfect.

- Manchao (1/5): Bad - Although we booked this hotel a month prior to our travel, and had the confirmation from Booking.com in hand, When we arrived the hotel from airport with our baggage, we were told that the the hotel was fully booked and there was no room available for us. Finally, the hotel reception staff helped us to contact another hotel and get a room there. An unpleasant experience.

- Hans-Henrik (6/5): Doro - det kan gøres bedre - Hotellet var basalt set ok. Men 4 stjerne er det ikke. Særligt morgenmaden var i bedste fald meget lokal, men ikke rigtig continental. Appelsinjuice var en ubestemmelig konsistens af en tyktflydende væske der aldrig havde set appelsin. Toilettet var halvt i stykker men kunne fikses med lidt besvær. Badekaret med høj kant var en 30 cm kant i brusekabinen mest egnet til fodbad.

The male reception staff were very nice, the lady on our last day did not accommodate a late check in but Daniel sorted that out so thank you! The room on the 4th floor was abit dark and gloomy, deffo preferred the room on the 1st floor its alot more updated. Shower was nice and hot and basic but the room was more airy and bright. Breakfast was ok, the staff were lovely though!
- Despoina (6/5): Pleasant - Location is comfortable. Breakfast very poor and of bad quality. Cheese was not fresh and dried and vegetables aslo not fresh.
- Anna (7/5): Good - Per global standards, I was expecting facilities to meet 4 star level - bottled water in the room, water cooker in the room, coffee machine in the room, fitness facilities (swimming pool, spa, etc). None of these were provided.

- Dāvis (1/5): Don’t go there. There is better options - Nothing First of all the staff was rude from beginning. The room quality old as grandma’s style. All places stink like cigarettes. It was cold, than really hot and then cold again. Breakfast was 2/10 the lady wasn’t nice and kept staring at me.

(1/5): never again - temporary location was available staff unprofessional or unexperienced , few selection on breakfast, small elevator, good size room however TV was small, fridge empty, poor WiFi, very Noisy ( even late there was always a party on first floor with loud music or DJ ). A lot of bathroom problems, low quality repairs and damaged electrical sources (unavailable maintenance) and road parking was bad. Requested FULL pay on my arrival
