- AYTEN (9/5): Great location, lovely neighbourhood atmosphere, easy check-in and a comfortable stay in Barcelona 🙂 - The location and overall atmosphere of the area were wonderful. The neighbourhood is very lively, cute and pleasant to walk around, with many nice cafés, restaurants and easy metro access nearby. The apartment was comfortable and practical for a family stay. The WhatsApp communication and check-in instructions were very clear and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again when visiting Barcelona. The only thing we did not realise before arrival was that cleaning and towel change during the stay are extra services. For a short stay like ours this was completely fine, but it would be good to know in advance, especially for longer stays. Also, our apartment was affected by the loud noise of the metallic entrance door outside every time it closed. Hopefully this can be improved in the future.

- Angelika (7/5): - Lokalizacja top. Bardzo bezpieczna okolica i super skomunikowana, dzięki temu zastanowiłabym się nad powrotem do tego miejsca. Samo mieszkanie malutkie, ale dość ustawne. Byliśmy w 5 osób, w tym 2 dzieci. Łóżka w sypialniach akceptowalne, dostawka bardzo słaba jakość (sofa w salonie). Niemiłe doświadczenie z przechodniami, którzy mogli zaglądać do środka mieszkania, chodź można się było zasłonić, a wtedy było jak w piwnicy. Łazienka wymaga wyczyszczenia, bardzo szybko skończyła się ciepła woda.

- Branislav Hreňo (7/5): - Dobrá lokalita, kúsok od pláže (5-6 min.), veľmi dobré možnosti stravovania v okolí, pomerne pokojná lokalita, aj keď počas pracovných dní tam počuť od rána zbíjačky v práci.. Dobrú skúsenosť sme mali s manažmentom pri ubytovaní - rýchle vyriešenie problému s chýbajúcim posteľným prádlom. Náš výlet bol teraz zameraný na Gaudího stavby, fascinujúca architektúra s precíznosťou vyhotovenia.. A potom prídem na apartmán, kde nie je vyspádovaný sprchový kút a voda tam stojí celé dni, všetko okolo plesnivé, s rozmazaným silikónom si nikto starosti nerobil, nedoliehajúce obkladačky a dokonca aj orámovanie okien.. Takisto zariadenie apartmánu akoby nebolo domyslené - napr. nebolo kde si zavesiť bundu pri vstupe, ani odložiť topánky, ale to by na tých pár dní ani nevadilo. Celý dom bol však asi postavený veľmi narýchlo, počuli sme zvuky asi zo všetkých bytov, zvuková izolácia 0%. Možno je to v tých končinách bežné, ale musím povedať že socialistické paneláky z "východného bloku" mi prídu kvalitnejšie vyhotovené.. Ten kontrast s Gaudího stavbami bol priepastný a vlastne umocnil ten zážitok :D

De slaapbank had een doorgezakt, dun matras dus lag niet lekker. Het matras van het tweepersoonsbed was prima, maar ook niet top. In het trappenhuis hing geen frisse lucht.

A manager met with us, gave us the entry code and walked us to the apartment. It was perfect. Muy cercano a la playa y a líneas de transporte a las atracciones de Barcelona.. Estacionamiento muy cómodo en el mismo edificio. Hay que mejorar la explicación para abrir el sofacama, que es contraria a como abren la mayoria de sofacamas. Una vez lo sabes no hay problema.

- Cristiano (8/5): Ottimo alloggio e ottima posizione - L'appartamento è molto comodo e dotato di tutti i comfort. La camera da letto spaziosa e comoda ed anche la cucina/sala molto grande e attrezzata di tutto. Anche il Bagno molto spazioso e comodo. La zona è molto tranquilla ed a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Metro più vicina e dalla spiaggia (essendo andato in inverno non abbiamo usufruito della spiaggia ma in estate è molto comodo come alloggio per il mare...). Il quartiere è poco turistico ma con molti negozi e ristoranti. Se dovessimo tornare a Barcellona sceglieremo comunque Poblenou come zona dove alloggiare. L'unico appunto è la porta/finestra del bagno che è dentro la doccia, se la apri per arieggiare è praticamente davanti ad altri appartamenti della struttura, quindi con poca privacy, cosi come la camera da letto. Ma la parte opposta è su strada, quindi bisognerebbe forse scegliere fra privacy e rumore.

- Lucianne (7/5): Location was excellent, close to beaches, restaurants and metro. - Location was excellent and kitchen facilities were great. Restaurants, beaches and supermarkets all in walking distance. Apartment had everything we needed. Towels and linen were excellent, soft and large. Bathroom/ kitchen consumables were plentiful. Keyless Access was excellent. Beds and sofa were a little uncomfortable, tv remote on/off did not work.
