Anand (8/5): Comfortable stay near the park and also the centre - Well located , clean and comfortable rooms. The decor is quite dated but I think it adds to the charm. The staff were also friendly. Grand park of Tirana is just down the road I wouldn’t recommend eating at the restaurant as it was overpriced and the portions were very small. They also said they could make any vegetarian dish but when we then suggested some things they didn’t have the ingredients to do it (and these were common dishes in albania).

This is a family run hotel with wonderful owners , very caring and generous. We had a wonderful time in Tirana and staying in Dinasty Hotel added a lot to our impression of Albania. Nothing .

Good restaurant with a very big selection of good local and international wines. The owner of the hotel Jimmy presented us a bottle outstanding local red wine! Staff is very responsive! Joanne (10/5): - The hotel was in a nice area just a short walk from the lake. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and only about 30 minutes walk from Skanderbeg Square. The hotel itself was a lovely design, the rooms were clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly. I didn't really get to sample the breakfasts as I was up early for trips but overall the stay in the hotel was enjoyable.

Mathias (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COST. WORST SERVICE. WORST VALUE FOR MONEY. AVOID AVOID AVOID! - Location. this is by far one of the worst hotel I have stayed at. NEVER EVER a 9.0 we stayed 6 days, hotel was mostly empty, hard to believe all the other reviews. Please take time to read this: - the suite room was super cold and not insulated. We had to sleep with 3 bedsheets. (cf picture) - the terrasse hadnt been cleaned at all. guess what you see on the balcony (cf picture). - wifi was DENIED to my friend when he arrived. they added I wasnt in the room without even calling, whereas I was there waiting for him. We were not able to call each other since our phone are overcharged in roaming. - water was not hot enough (36-37*), the owner said accepted and when he sent the technician he litterally told me "this is hot enough for shower" and nothing was done at the end. I was speechless. - they did not replace the items in the room everyday. I had to ask for the slippers to be replaced when they teared off. - Also the number of items they give per day is litterally one soap, one shampoo and one shower gel per person. dont expect anything else. I had to put perfume on the bedsheets to make sure they changed them everyday. - They dont even give a single bottle of water in the room for 120eu a night. You are welcome to buy them from the minibar !! (cf picture) - Breakfast is a bunch of cheap items and process food. the only thing fresh is the orange juice that you have to beg otherwise they bring you the artifical one. Same for anything you ask, waiter would bring me the plate from the buffet (no joke) if I asked for a crepe or bring me tapwater when you know tapwater is not drinkable, had to beg for a bottle. - And guess what, we were only 2 satying guests in the entire hotel for the breakfast, but expect to wait 10 min to be served until the waiter finishes serving all people sitting outside or he just stops looking at his phone (no joke). At some point we gave up on asking anything since we were on holidays. my friend got sick because of the cold. Never again.

Kelly (9/5): Well located, lovely hotel with great food and wine - Hotel very well situated for multiple attractions and in particular the grande park. Room was clean, well furnished with a lovely balcony space. Breakfast was excellent with huge choice and quality food. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who was exceptionally helpful and kind. Only thing would be tea and coffee facilities in the room but I assume that's probably something which you might not normally be provided in Albania.

Max (8/5): - Great location near the park, very helpful staff and good restaurant/bar. The rooms aren't huge and the air conditioning struggled with the heat. Very nice porches on the west side. Grocery store with food and alcohol immediately behind the hotel.

Andrea (10/5): Architectonic pearl - Hotel is an architectonic pearl. Everything is done with great taste. My thanks goes especially to the kitchen. The dinner I ordered was simply amazing. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. In the bathroom are provided toiletries with argan oil and good hairdrier is on the wall. Hotel stuff is very nice. They could just smile little on guests. I recommend this hotel and when I travel to Tirana, I will stay here again.

Paul (9/5): Lovely hotel and Tirana looks great at Christmas time. Food/drink are inexpensive. - Great free breakfast and we stayed in a suite with a big sitting area. There was some noise from road traffic ie horns. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The mattress was a little bit hard/ firm. The walk into the centre was about 25 mins.

Mary (9/5): Great staff and food, nice rooms with balconies, location within walking distance of many sights. - The place was perfect for a 9-day stay. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast spread and restaurant options, and it felt very safe. The only thing I didn't like was the position of the toilet in the bathroom. There was no room to sit normally on the toilet because it was way too close to the shower door. The configuration was workable but odd. Everything else in the bathroom was awesome, so this was an odd issue.

Christopher (9/5): Lovely place to start a trip to Tirana. - The location was really good, near the large park in Tirana. It was a little hard to find initially, but it was well served with a couple of supermarkets nearby and a few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and cafes. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was good (lovely bread!) Better signage from the street would have made it easier to find, but otherwise all good.
