Stains on walls, carpets, drainage issues, lack of maintenance Area isn’t the cleanest, locals nearby are very rude, dirty streets, garbage, Bed and pillows was comfortable Not worth the 400$/ night I paid ( due to local exhibition that I didn’t even attend Breakfast If included is pretty good

Det var som att komma till ett hotell i 3e världen. Bo här om du vill känna doften av cigaretter och hemska lukter i ditt rum från tidigare gäster. Vidare är det smutsigt överallt och rummen är väldigt slitna och trasiga möbler. Personalen är inte service minded och behöver träning i hur man hanterar stressiga situationer. Vidare behöver de lära sig hur de ska prioritera sina arbetsuppgifter. Vi fick vänta 1h innan receptionisten checkade in oss eftersom hans kollegor störde honom i arbetet hela tiden.
- Abul khaliq (2/5): Dubai big name worst service - the receptionist girls were very rude. there were only one towel for two guest. the room service cleaned the room,one the second day, but did noteven change the one towel from previous day. called the front dest 3 times beside being ruden never send a towel for us to take a shower. worst experience in Dubai.

PLEASE RECRUIT MORE STAFF

- john3solomon (2/5): Time to assess these individual hotels and the truth of the state of affairs - Very basic and unhygienic setup. Old building. Poor maintenance. Poor reception standards. Bathroom -no hot water, Never can be classed more than a 2 star. Falsely rated as 4 star, and overpriced for a basic setup. Best to opt for other recognised brands of hotels than these falsely portrayed hotels.
- Tiffany (2/5): - The moment my young son walked in the first thing he said was ewww this place is dirty and disgusting and I couldn’t agree more. It definitely was not worth the money. Our room was cleaned only once during our entire stay and I welcomed the service every day. It took an entire day just to get 2 towels. The TV did not work and the remote did not have working batteries. I asked front desk to fix it and that never happened. It was just awful.

The guy said, you are just one person, meaning, the room that was given to me, was good enough to them. - Mousa (6/5): - Das Zimmer war richtig groß, aber Möbel war Etwas alt, die Schubladen konnte nicht gut zugemacht werden, das Schloss vom Fenster war abgebrochen und war etwas vom draußen lautet. Das Bett war gut groß. Arabische Kaffee und Datteln war in Loby kosten frei. Es gab aber keine Schalte zum fahrt zum Markt wie in der Hotel Beschreibung steht. Mann kann zu viele Möglichkeiten zu Fuß laufen. Leckeres Frühstück gab und große Büfett, personal war nett.
- onumap2022 (2/5): Worst hotel ever!!! - First we arrived and came to receptionist she told to wait without caring anything after 15 mins she always checked out other guests ignored us that waited for check in every time we ask she always said 1 minute. And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!!

- Andy (2/5): Awful Hotel!!!! - Possibly the worse hotel i have stayed in 1. Awful internet coverage - used hotspot on phone instead - Reported - Zero action Taken 2. Housekeeping useless - i hade to keep phoning to get towels and toilet rolls sent up to the room as room not cleaned also no coffee left 3. Lights in the room dangling down 4. Can only have the fridge or kettle plugged in at one time - Fridge actually heated the items 5. Not enough sockets in the room 6. Hairdryer situated in a drawer with no mirror near by 7. The lift was constantly out of action 8. the pool was freezing, i was told it was due to the owner not wanting to pay for heating 9. No towels by the pool, i was told to bring from the room, however there were none left in the room.. so a trip to reception was needed 10. There was a leak in our bathroom ceiling which was quite bad, i reported this twice but no action taken, the Maintenance man came to the bathroom to look, stared at it, laughed... then used my aftershave and said i will return later.... Never seen him again 11. the shower kept going really cold 12. the beds were changed once in our 8 night stay 13. where there was no stirrers left for the coffee i had to resort to using the complimentary tooth brush to stir Other than that the bed was really comfy, other than that can't really offer any positives!!!

But the service cleaning is not so good I stay there for 10 days they never change the bed sheets and the pillowcases and I had to ask for the towels every day the water in the bath sink got clogged nobody came to clean it The food is not so good in the Hotel. We are outside it was very good The Wi-Fi service very weak you cannot use it The refrigerator didn’t work and one more thing no one from the front desk told us that there’s a bus pick you up every morning to the beach and bring you back We’re found out from people later only last 3 days. We could of went to the beach all those days

We asked for quite and upporfloor room:got an extremely loud building site faced room instead.Exactly opposite were a constraction and had to wake up for banging and noise early as the started to work.Could not even open the curtain as builders looked in,awful view to face.The fridge did not work, internet got regularly cut off, impossible to use it.Safe run out of battery,reported twice but noonecame to fix it.Room style beutiful,nice.
- NASSER (6/5): - Unfortunately first night at 2:30am a false fire alarm went on. Second night at about 11pm one of the hotel staff knocked my room door and they told me it was by mistake. Room curtains is broken and can’t be closed properly.
- Sasimr123 (8/5): Nice hotel - Initially allotted for standard room but later shifted to Deluxe room, after complaining room quality. The deluxe room is perfect and spacious, stayed for 6 nights. The front office delay little but polite staff. Very less type of Indian dishes for Breakfast but luckily there are plenty of nearby Indian hotels. I will stay again...
- 876tiaj (2/5): Terrible Hotel - I'm not going to go into it as it's just too much but I will be making a full complaint about this hotel. It's advertised as a 4 star when clearly it isn't. It's a 2 star at best. Terrible rooms. I have taken loads of pics for proof and the toilets are stained there is mold and damp. (Again picture to prove this). This hotel should not advertise as a 4 star it's not fair to guests who end up booking to stay here. The pool is also limited time. So don't expect to come chill by the pool it's closed between 2 and 5pm and even when it's suppose to be open it's not because the person who should be manning it is on a break. Lol. There is only 6 sun beds all the pool so be prepared to sit on the floor. Again photos for proof. Don't stay here if you are looking for a 4 star experience. If you want a 1 to 2 star experience then this is the hotel for you.
- 73vishalh (6/5): Not good - Generally hotel is neat and clean for Middle eastern standard. However hotel tries to rip you off at every possible opportunity. TV has only 3 to 4 english channels very low number for 4 star hotel. Internet was flaky on first day later is it got stabilized. Staff generally is courteous expect two suit wearing gentelmen sitting at reception. who are happy to throw different policies and not help in any way possible. I wanted to talk to their sales manager from reception. They asked me to call at my own expense. Outside food can not be received in room but you've to go reception Morning breakfast is below average specially for Indians. Hotel is full of chinese tourists and breakfast gets very noisy and messy. I requested a spoon and bowl in room which was chargable 20DHS. Laundry is expensive. Food in restaurant is geared towards mostly chinese and russians.

- waldrofs (2/5): Worst Hotel , Horrible management , Phantom Manager - I have traveled More than 100 Countries and stayed in so many hotels, But this Hotel is the Worst Hotel I've been ever, The Ac was terribly hot when the climate outside is 45 degree Celsius, The Arab guy in the Reception has zero Knowledge about the Hotel. The Swimming Pool is a Hoax, The water Hardness can't be tolerate by a normal man. It makes my skin Itchy and the pool attendant attitude as he is doing some charity allowing me to use the facilities which i paid for, The breakfast is rationed and horrible. Oh, My God. For an Omelet is 10 DHS, i think this hotel is making Omelet from golden Eggs. The Rooms smell like Rotten rat and dusty, Carpet have stains as well as the mattress, after all this suffering i want to see the Manager, But he is always busy With meetings He doesn't want to see the guest or resolve complaint, His name is Refat or something, I think he is a Phantom, because Everyone talks about him but No one has really seen Him, He is always invisible. I'll never ever in my dream also visit this Hotel. And i advise all my Fellow travelers in circle to avoid this hotel. It seems the owners are the least bother about the business, and they are just given this hotel to a Phantom manager, Not even Worth 1 Star How it got a 4 star i Still wonder ???
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location and lovely decor. Although was disappointed the ladies jacuzzi and sauna wasn’t working. And I think the gym was right about W my remove because I would hear banging all the time. But over all, was a good stay.

I also was impressed with how friendly the staff was .A big hug 🤗 to Mr.Kiran the front Manager he is such a good man offer me late checkout my family was very happy and thanked him for that and he given his number for any assistance during the stay and for future bookings .we will visit this hotel again and again Thank you for taking care of me and my family

- adomd2018 (8/5): Rattan hotel review - There were so problems with the air condition at the beginning when we first entered the room but then we called the reception and ask for someone to come and fix it so the sent someone and then it was fixed, but other than that the hotel was good reception was good breakfast is ok the customer service was great there was a worker there by the name rose that was very kind, the elevator was air conditioned, the room was very good it's a room with two beds so it was fairly big, great internet may I add I am the type of person to be on my phone watching YouTube videos other then watching TV so I liked it when I found that the internet was great.

- Yousef (8/5): Nice hotel - The only thing I would have liked to know in the description is where was the hotel's parking (entrance in the back) I had to circle around the hotel three times maybe before I could find it and you need to open its gate with a key card.

- Jay (8/5): Great for the value and clean hotel Good Location - I stayed 5 nights at Rayan's. First they checked me to older side of the building, These rooms were old, dark and dungy. Nothing was working in this room. I complained to the manager and staff gave me lip service, i pushed them to move me in other room and then finally manager moved me to new side of the building on 11th floor. This room was very very good. Nice comfy bed and plenty of space. Issue with Hotel is they don't have any entertainment in the room, channels are Arabic only (Internet TV) which suck. For 5 days i have no TV. Thank God i have my laptop. There Business center is a Joke, they have XP Windows on computers and nothing seem to be working. Anyway, if you are looking for few days of stay for business, it is ideal location. I will not stay with family. Swimming pool was under maintenance and it is not very good pool area. There is no place to sit if you want to enjoy a cigar or drink.
- Sufyan (8/5): Good value for money - Had booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. Its 10-12 minutes ride from Sharjah airport. The difference between a standard and a deluxe room was hardly 2 USD per night, so opted for a deluxe one. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a very smooth check in and checkout. The staff was very cooperative and courteous. Had a little problem with central cooling system's control panel. This hotel provides complimentary buffet breakfast. There was not much variety but the food was ok. Overall a nice place to stay.
- Mohidin (10/5): Great hotel - We had a good experience staying at Rayan hotel and though we spent only one night the hotel went beyond our expectation. Our check-in was very easy and quick. While we waited to check-in, we were given a cold beverage. Jasmin and Raj (?) were very hospitable. The breakfast had many choices and all were great. If we come back to Sharjah, we will definitely stay here again. Will recommend to family and friends.
- Stephen (6/5): A few disappointments - Overall, not a bad hotel, but there's a few things we learned after checking in that would have kept us from staying here. 1) There is a mosque right across the street in the back that is about 7 stories tall and only a few feet away. Prepare for long, loud, Early and late prayers! 2) The worst traffic all the time! 3) The pool was being repaired and the whole roof was inaccessible!!! Without the pool, there were several better located, priced, and reviewed hotels. Personally, I will stay somewhere else next time.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Single Night Stop Over - Stayed for one night stop over. Journey to and from the hotel is fine unless it's rush hour. Check in was interesting as the staff were attempting to deal with guests that had arrived a day earlier than their booking date and there were no free rooms. Rooms are clean and the double glazing works well, unfortunately the guests in the neighbouring room were loud (earplugs resolved that issue). I found the bed to be very comfortable, either that or I was just tired. Breakfast started a little late as there was no power to the toaster etc. and no staff around to resolve the issue, the guests simply took matters into their own hands traced the power leads and switched on the power. My brief stay seemed to indicate they were a little under staffed, but the staff were very polite and helpful.

- denise (10/5): Ryan Hotel - Our stay was quite good. The area is not as easy to get to their public transportation - you must take a taxi for about a 10mins ride to get to the closest bus terminal. It would be very helpful if the Ryan Hotel would have a shuttle bus at various times of the day to take its guest to connect to the public transportation.

- Yaqoub (6/5): acceptable - It is a good hotel but I did not like the service. I called several of times and no one coming. I needed to change the sofa bed but they refused. I made reservation for four but once I reach, There was a shortage of towels and other thinks in the room. The location is amazing while it is in the center of every thing in AlSharqah. The room is very clean and very nice. In my Opinion they need to evaluate there service with customers.

The in room internet was very slow making it hard to work when travelling. The free internet in the lobby was much faster. Other than that it was VERY good in every way. Value for money 100%.

Good transport link to Dubai and various shopping centres nearby including the Sharjah Gold Centre. Sharjah Museum is worth a visit one afternoon.
