Afternoon Tea und Frühstück waren gut und vor allem der rooftop Pool war ein Highlight und insbesondere zum Sonnenuntergang eine guter Ort zum entspannen! Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat leicht muffig gerochen und war etwas hellhörig.

From the minute we arrived…welcomed & Greeted by friendly staff and served a lovely tea while waiting to check in. The interior is gorgeous, the rooms are perfect, lovely bed & linen. The rooftop pool area with bar is a super social little space, we chatted with quite a few guests each evening. Barman was great! The breakfast was lovely too. I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend.

Daily tea time in the afternoon with snacks was great! Location is perfect, close to main attractions, or a short Grab ride away. Lighting in bathroom was not sufficient and could be improved, especially for females putting on make up/ do hair.

• Ronald (10/5): Super Hotel in zentraler Lage - Sehr schickes, modernes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Saigons Innenstadt - Hauptstraße, Markt, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zimmer mit Bad sehr schön und nebenbei: bestes Hotelbett ever (groß und genau richtig, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart ...). Es gibt einen "Nachmittagstee" mit leckeren kleinen Snacks, den wir sogar am Abreisetag nach dem Auschecken noch einmal bekommen haben. Und die Rooftop-Bar mit Pool ist natürlich ein Traum, schon wegen der Aussicht. Wenn man am frühen Nachmittag dort ist, hat man den Pool evtl. sogar ganz für sich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit - telefoniert sogar mit der vietnamesischen Bank wegen eines Problems am Geldautomaten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel - für uns ein toller Abschluss unserer Vietnamreise. Nichts.

Location was perfect - overlooked the Independence Palace and walking distance to most tourist sights and markets. Lots of registrants and bars/cafes to go to in the local area. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from and menu options too - would recommend the Eggs Benedict. The roof top pool was great to have access to and the bar an additional bonus. They did really nice cocktails. Went to the afternoon tea one day which was lovely with live music being played by different bands each day but chose to have lunch out on other days as seeing the sights. The room was very comfortable, clean and comfy bed. Fridge and safe in room. Toiletries and pool towels provided. Nothing - it was just lovely

La piscine petite mais j’ai pu m’y rafraîchir car il faisait chaud lors de mon séjour. Je souhaiterai que la direction félicite Lily et le jeune homme présent lors de mon arrivée, un excellent accueil et une grande patience, ma carte ne passait pas , on a finalement réglé le problème. L’ensemble du personnel est gentil , le meilleur service que j’ai pu constaté et j’en ai vu des hôtels !!! Ils saluent à chaque passage avec le petit sourire , l’hôtel est en plus très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied et la rue n’est pas bruyante . Je recommande donc le silverland yen Je suis satisfait de l’ensemble de la prestation

• Michael (1/5): Never go back - The location The rooms were small, the shower was small and had a very odd “shade” to pull down in order to shower. It was a weird move on the hotel part by installing it. The selection of food at breakfast was minimal, I didn’t even attempt to look at lunch. The door man were not on point. For being a high rated hotel it was extremely disappointing. With that being said we were just at the Oriental Jade in Hanoi, which is 5 stars all around. I think I got spoiled there and expected the same out of Silverland

Le staff est super. Merci. L’établissement était en travaux. Il y avait donc beaucoup de bruit en après midi ainsi que des difficultés à circuler pour rejoindre sa chambre. Je trouve dommage que nous n’ayons pas été prévenu à l’arrivé. Une communication et un désolé pour le dérangement ne coûte rien.

Dans une rue calme, à deux pas du beau parc Tao Dan, du marché Ben Thanh et de la rue Nguyen Du aux nombreux restaurants, le Silverland Yen pourrait s’appeler Silverland zen: l’ambiance est reposante, teintes claires verdure et bois clair, la décoration intérieure est élégante, le personnel est aimable, souriant et efficace … une vraie pause relaxante dans l’agitation de la ville. Une mention particulière pour le tea-time musical de l’après-midi et pour le jacuzzi géant du dernier étage, avec une vue panoramique sur la ville et les couchers de soleil (excellente musique et bons cocktails). Nous en conserverons un très bon souvenir.

• Jennifer (8/5): Good hotel. - I’m only giving this a good review because the staff was very helpful and kind. The construction of the bathroom was awful. No matter how you take a shower, you will most certainly flood the bathroom floor in some way. And it gets into tiny cracks between the bathtub and the shield of glass. Hence why, so many spots are molding! The pillows are smelly. I’d recommend to buy new ones every 2 months. In a hot and humid country like Vietnam, you can not re-use those pillows for several months at a time. The sweat of each guest builds up!

• Timbo (6/5): Great location and polite staff, but a tired Hotel which under-achieved on expectations. - The Location was excellent, right on the corner of the Independence Palace and a 7 min walk to the War Remnants Museum. The staff were very friendly. I did receive complementary airport taxi travel which was helpful. I had room 101, a large suite. It was on level 1 and so close to the ground floor and very noisy from street noise. The suite had seen better days and looked tired and ready for a refurb. The entrance foyer was clean and well presented but beyond that was a breakfast and afternoon breakout area which was small and shared the same noise as the street as it is all open plan, and very small. The breakfast menu was very limited and cooked food took a long time to arrive. The single small coffee machine was under sized to cater for a breakfast room. The roof top feature hot pool area (which attracted me to the hotel) was very small and when I went up to look at it it was very crowded and therefore unattractive.. but with it being so small it only too a handful of people to make it crowded... so this seems misrepresented.
