- Jürgen (5/5): Lage sehr gut, sonst weniger gut - Gute Lage zum Bar- und Kneipenviertel Frühstücksbuffet wurde immer erst nach einer Aufforderung erneut aufgefüllt, leere Schalen und Behälter, teilweise unfreundliches Personal, wenig hilfsbereit bei einem Wunsch nach einem Late Check out, obwohl bei weitem nicht ausgebucht, Zimmerboy verstand keinerlei Englisch, tat Sachen, die man ihm versucht hat ihm verständlich zu machen (Elektrikkarte immer herausgezogen), räumte Sachen weg die ihm nicht gehörten, wenn die Lage nicht gut wäre, könnten wir es nicht empfehlen

- YU-LUN (8/5): 整體地點不錯，離Nana BTS很近，走路只要5-10分鐘。環境上屬比較老舊室內（和照片相比，一開始開門是有點訝異）。冷氣聲比較大聲些，但還算可接受，不用擔心夜晚不夠涼。 - 早餐的部分，類型雖然不算多，但還算是可以飽餐一下，我自己喜歡提供的水果，如果有更多當地水果選擇會更棒。

- Neoh (8/5): Overall average. - 1) I liked that the room was large and impeccably clean. 2) The reception staff were courteous and professional, and the welcome drink was delightful. 1) The swimming pool had a noticeable amount of bird droppings near the drain, which was quite off-putting. 2) The mattress was rather firm and didn’t match the level of comfort I typically expect from hotel bedding. 3) The front pouch of the sofa chairs appeared dirty. 4) Water from the shower tended to leak toward the door, causing the toilet area to become wet.

- Abdullah (10/5): Great location, great room size - Location was phenomenal, close to the halal food zone of the "Arab street" and walking distance to a lot of entertainment options, restaurants, and malls. Gym was great, with all the critical pieces. The health spa was great too (and extremely clean!). The room size was massive and there was a washer/dryer along with utensils in the kitchen. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. But given the proximity to street food options, breakfast might be unnecessary.

- Peter (10/5): cheap and great - cheap hotel in the middle of Nana, but my room was quiet and everything was just working fine, nice (but very cold swimming pool), nice sauna and the gym is also very good (great new equpments) this location is full with ladyboys and prostitutes, which was known and i like the vibe but it was a bit too much, nothing to do with the hotel, hotel is fantastic for this price...

- Anisa (10/5): Convenient location and great service! - This was our second stay at Parkroyal. The room we got on the first day had some issues and we requested the front-desk to change the room. We were pretty impressed with their prompt support. They also helped us provide patient-suitable diet upon request. Overall great stay this time. Some guests were smoking cannabis at the entrance just outside the lobby creating an uncomfortable environment for us as non-smokers. Suggesting the property to look into it if possible.

During our visit, our toddler experienced a severe allergic reaction and needed urgent medical attention. The team responded immediately and went above and beyond to assist us. They helped arrange transport to the nearest hospital and supported us throughout the situation. We are incredibly thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Their quick actions made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommended!

- julian (9/5): Best of everything - nice reception area, hotel felt spacious, it was clean. Staff where very nice i really liked this hotel. It is close to the MRT (Nana station) close to two busy areas with lots of bar and restaurants. Breakfast as good as i have had in Bangkok and all for a very reasonable price. The only thing that comes to mind is there could have been more seating around the pool area. Also more options for food at the pool there was a menu but it was only pizza. This should not detract from the many positive of this hotel.

The ac is working very well and the temperature can be adjusted fast. The bathroom is clean and you get a hot water very fast which is very nice. The pool is nice located (didn't use). Will be better if they care for room smell and f - Location, Service and Responsible, towels and robes are very clean. And very useful that the washing machine got dryer also and they provided clean rack for cloth drying. Even though the rack look old but it’s turn out very clean when I rubbed with wet tissue. Since the building is old, furnitures are old and damaged. But that one still can accept it since the price they taken is also not very expensive. But I wish they change new mattress because the mattress is too hard and for first 2 nights I feel itch and feel like there is some buds. But after I requested to change bed sheet, no more itch that much. And I wish they change the aircon also which is kinda noisy. And very bad thing is sofa. I can’t even sit on it. Got so strong smell like urine smell. But don’t know really urine smell or just strong smell from being moist because the sofa is being a bit moist, like room got moist atmosphere smell also. So that I brought air fresher and I spray the whole room. Because their spray doesn’t work and their spray look like they mix with water. The smell or their spray really not good. And the carpet also same like sofa, got moist feeling and smell. But carpet is not so bad like sofa.

Location: Easily accessible to convenient stores (7 Eleven), restaurant, street food, cafes, BTS (Train Station), In house Spa & Massage: Woodhouse Spa - very good massage service in a clean, quiet environment. Breakfast buffet: could have better variety and fresh breads. Pastries was a little stale and hard (like it was reheated in a microwave). No ironing board/iron in the room.
