Jiri (10/5): - Conveniently located attached to the airport terminal (however you have to leave the terminal and walk alongside to access the hotel) very handy for overnight stays when catching a connecting flight. Comfotable bed and room. The restaurant while food is good, the staff lied about food and brought something else and kept defending that the significantly altered food has to be fine for us. There were three things replaced as not available but noone told us or asked us when they found out in the kitchen. Only negative scar on otherwise wonderful stay. Also, we recommend to put some intructions how to use the shower taps in the rooms and how to change from tap to shower head. It is not obvious at all.

My room wasn’t even ready even though I was checking in after 4 pm. The basic amenities were missing. It felt like they didn’t even bother preparing the room. But the most disappointing experience was the rude staff. They don’t even bother listening to what you have to say. Anyone planning on booking this hotel for their stay, pls be prepared to be treated like crap.

Anne (10/5): A great hotel - It is a great hotel.i stay here twice a year as it is very near the airport. They even supplied courtesy car for me as i have mobility issues. The only thing i can say is that i ordered room service for dinner. It was lovely, but my main meal was not covered and was cold by the time i had my lovely soup. Otherwise i had a loveky stay as always

Strongly suggest to reach out to the hotel via phone if you have special requests as it seems they are not watched. Other than that, everything was very good.
Fataneh (2/5): - I left a document at the room. I contacted the hotel next day and talked to a receptionist, she told me it’s there and they will hold it for me. The Same day I arranged FedEx pickup and paid for pickup and delivery. However they couldn’t find my document when the FedEx service went there. I had to arrange and pay more to gey my document pickup agin. Still I haven’t received it. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.

Breakfast was not very inspiring and had standard international buffet food. Western European prices. Room was adequate and clean though had two single beds when I had booked a double.

They made false statements, such as when I was smelling cigarette smoke outside my room, or telling me that there was nothing they could do to help. Almost any other hotel I have been to would offer to switch my room, even if the only rooms available are slightly better than mine. Also, the airplane noise is exceedingly loud on the fourth floor

KARAMEHMET (10/5): - I have used this hotel several times before. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it does not have direct access to the airport terminal building. There used to be a shuttle, but they cancelled that too. The terminal building can only be accessed via a walkway. This is an extremely uncomfortable way of access, and a major problem in bad weather conditions. The hotel needs to have direct access to the airport terminal restored immediately.
