- Ronald (10/5): Always dependable - I stay here quite often. Great service staff and the room is always clean. Beginning to show its age though, but the location is very close to the subway station. It would be nice if they had a water kettle to make some coffee. I'd recommend you ask for a room on high floor and on the back side for quieter time from the very busy road in the front.

- Ronald (8/5): Good value - It was fine as I have stayed here many times. Only complaint this time is that my room was on the busy traffic side of Ratchadapisek. I usually request to be on the back side. Service is excellent and friendly. Room was very clean, and as with all older hotels, it is showing its wear. I did not use wifi, and TV reception was quite poor. This hotel is great for using the subway system as Sutthisan station is only about 3 minutes walk.

- Anonymous (8/5): Good value and super staff in Bangkoki - This was my first trip to Bangkok and I needed a hotel close to my family in Bangkok. Although located on a very busy, 6 lane boulevard, the hotel is quiet inside. Get a room on the back for additional serenity. The staff is excellent and makes every effort to please. I had 2 different rooms because of 3 separate stays, and the rooms were pristine. Little cafe on main floor is helpful as there are not alot of eateries within walking distance. There are some, but I was content with the hotel's breakfast.
