Bom café da manhã, a área de spa é muito boa, apesar de cobrarem pelo uso da hidromassagem. O ar condicionado não funcionou nas duas primeiras noites. No dia que pedimos troca de toalha, levaram as usadas mas esqueceram de repor. Havia uma garrafa de água vazando dentro do frigobar. Achei exagerado cobrar 17 mil pesos para usar a hidromassagem por 45 minutos.

Easy walking distance everywhere (museums, teleferico, main tourists attractions, restaurants, squares). I enjoyed the stay here very much. The only aspect I did not like was the process how the breakfast was served in this hotel. There was a buffet but I needed to ask the person serving at the buffet for every piece of ham or cheese or cake, I could not serve myself which was very uncomfortable and strange. Therefore I had a breakfast there only once and then decided to eat somewhere else.

Chuveiro com água bem quente O banheiro poderia receber manutenção e renovação, pois não é tão confortável e limpo como o resto da estrutura do quarto. O chuveiro precisa ser revisto, pois a água não está mais totalmente direcionado, por isso respinga pelo local. Cafe da manhã fraco.

Everything is high level, the only little thing we wanna to highlight is the variety of the salty breakfast; it’s a bit monotonous with only ham and cheese. Only the last day we realised we could ask for scrambled eggs, but no one explained us how it worked. For all the rest, fantastic experience! Super position and staff really friendly.

Lara (8/5): Práctico y funcional - La ubicación es excelente. Junto a la plaza principal. Es un hotel de diseño moderno. Muy buen gusto. Funcional y práctico. La atención es correcta. Se presentan como un hotel 4 estrellas pero tendrían que incorporar ej, mejores amenities. Son de dispensador. Sería bueno que pongan crema no cuesta nada. El desayuno es muy básico. Faltan opciones calientes. Y para ser moderno no tienen enchufes universales sino solo el formato argentino. Lo bueno que en la recepción te dan adaptador.

Leticia (7/5): Hotel Güemes. - La habitación es confortable, la ubicación es céntrica a media cuadra de la plaza 9 de Julio. La habitación cómoda. El desayuno nos resultó decepcionante. Hay pocas opciones, se repiten diariamente y son servidas por el personal no es bufette libre. Los toallas han visto tiempos mejores. Nos pareció que no tiene buena relación el precio y la calidad.
Liana (8/5): Nel complesso molto buono! - La struttura è molto buona: pulita, silenziosa, centralissima a Salta e con buoni servizi. La Spa: ottimi i massaggi, ma il resto un po’ datato. La colazione e i pasti in generale: dalle foto ti fai delle aspettative sulla colazione che non vengono del tutto soddisfatte. Così come il servizio in camera che è elencato tra i servizi, ma noi lo abbiamo richiesto per due sere e ci è stato risposto che in cucina non c’era nessuno.

Cecilia (9/5): Es genial. A pasos de la plaza. Moderno. Lo mejor, el sos. - Me encantó! Me sorprendió realmente Las luces de la pared no se apagaban, tuve que sacar la tarjeta . Por suerte me quedaba prendida la tele. Esto me pasó en mi segunda estadía. Quizá era algo de esa habitación.

Sergio (5/5): Hotel sobrevalorado. - Buena ubicación a metros de la plaza principal, tenes todo cerca. Habitación muy chica, las prestaciones del hotel no parecen ser de un 4 estrellas. Habitación y baño chicos, lo positivo es que todo esta en buenas condiciones.
