• Ágnes (9/5): - A hotel közel van az óvárosi látnivalókhoz, az épület tetején az étterem panorámája lenyűgöző. Nagyon finom volt a reggelire kapott török rántotta. Ahmet, a tulajdonos kedves, barátságos ember, remekül heszél angolul, és mindenben igyekezett segíteni nekünk. Több pakolóhely, még egy éjjeliszekrény és konnektor az összes ágynál jó lett volna.

• Elnara (3/5): - Только расположение. Отель, к сожалению, оставил неприятное впечатление. Из плюсов — только расположение. Номер был грязным: чувствовалась пыль, стоял запах сырости, а шторы были пропитаны запахом сигарет и, судя по виду, давно не стирались. Постельное бельё было не совсем чистым — на нём были заметны чужие волосы. Полотенца выглядели застиранными, сероватого цвета, а не белыми. За три дня проживания уборка проводилась всего один раз, и то формально — просто заправили постель, без полноценной уборки. В номере было холодно, что также доставляло дискомфорт. Интернет работал очень плохо — связь была нестабильной и пользоваться им было практически невозможно. Завтрак тоже разочаровал: качество еды оставляло желать лучшего, например, оливки были с плесенью. В целом, впечатление от проживания осталось негативным.

• Dominik (7/5): Top Preis Leistung. - Super Lage um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Hotelmanager hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Frühstück ausreichend und das meiste auch sehr lecker. Bei den Bäckereien bekommt man natürlich bissle mehr Auswahl und auch noch süße Stückchen, aber alles in allem lässt sich damit gut in den Tag starten. Da die Fenster nicht ganz dicht sind, ist es abends manchmal laut durch die Straßenbahn. Aber Preis Leistung ist hier vollkommen i.O. Aufzug eher schwierig für Menschen die keine Enge mögen.
• Bianca (8/5): Hotel frumos aproape de obiectivele importante din Istanbul - Hotelul are o pozitie excelenta, situat la doar cateva minute de mers pe jos de Sultanahmet Square. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil si prompt in a ne ajuta pe tot parcursul sederii. Dupa ce compania aeriana Wizz Air ne-a modificat zborurile cu o zi, managerul hotelului, domnul Karadayi Abdul, a dat dovada de multa intelegere si profesionalism, acomodand schimbarea fara costuri suplimentare si fara sa fie nevoie sa schimbam camerele. Am avut camerele de la ultimul etaj, cu vedere superba la mare. De asemenea, domnul Karadayi Abdul ne-a ajutat sa organizam transferul aeroport–hotel–aeroport (contra cost), ceea ce ne-a facut calatoria mult mai usoara si confortabila. Hotelul ofera si numeroase optiuni pentru croaziere pe Bosfor si alte excursii, cu preluare direct de la hotel, lucru foarte util pentru organizarea activitatilor turistice. Camerele 402 si 403, cele cu balcon si vedere la mare, sunt foarte frumoase si merita recomandate. Exista ceva zgomot care vine de la strada, insa dupa o zi plina de explorat orasul, aproape ca nici nu il mai observi cand te pui la somn. Totusi, pentru persoanele mai sensibile la zgomot in timpul noptii, ar putea fi utila o pereche de dopuri de urechi. De asemenea, terasa pentru micul dejun ofera o priveliste superba asupra Bosforului. Mi-a placut totul si recomand cu drag acest hotel. Ca sugestie de imbunatatire, micul dejun ar putea avea mai multe optiuni, in special poate niste preparate specifice bucatariei turcesti :)
• PANAGIOTIS (7/5): - Το πρωινό ηταν ωραιο , η τοποθεσία καλη αν και θα προτιμούσα να έμενα πιο κοντά στο τραμ , ο ιδιοκτητης πολυ εξυπηρετικός και φιλόξενος και γενικά το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. Στο δωματιο μυριζε ανα διαστήματα η αποχεύτεση , δεν είχε ηχομόνωση και άκουγες οποιον περνούσε απ έξω καθώς το ασανσερ που ανεβοκατεβαινε.
• Lucia (1/5): Disappointing Stay – Pictures Are Misleading! Overpriced for what you get! - The staff were nice and helpfull, they spoke good english and they were always helpfull, This is the only positiv thing of the hole stay. The hotel is totally overpriced and does not accord with the information and pictures in booking.com The images displayed on Booking.com bore absolutely no resemblance to the reality we encountered. Both the rooftop terrace and the hotel entrance differed significantly from what was advertised in the pictures. The breakfast was consistently disappointing. Every day, we were offered the same limited selection of only 4-5 items, this was a far away from the rich variety depicted,in Booking photos. Furthermore, getting coffee at breakfast was a nightmare and patient test due to a small, extremely slow machine, which constantly led to long queues as all the time ran off water and coffee and had to be refylled constantly. Our tiny double room had a persistent, strong and unpleasant sewer smell every single day, you could smell it already when you opened the door, it was disgusting,. The small window opened onto an internal courtyard that strangely had no other windows, offering no ventilation or pleasant view. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor; it did not worked at all in the bedrooms and was only marginally better in the reception and breakfast area. The entire hotel felt very old and dated, you could see things broken everywhere. The elevator lacked of internal doors and was tiny, barely fitting two people, or just one with a suitcase. And it did not stop in all the floors, so if you have mobility difficulties be aware to go up and down stairs. The only positive aspect was the kind and helpful staff. However, the hotel itself was a disaster, primarily because the photos on Booking.com bore absolutely no resemblance to the actual reality, making it really overpriced for what we found. Not even the building facade of the hotel is the same. Its location was acceptable, offering proximity to various attractions. While the rooftop did offer a view of the sea, as advertised, it certainly did not offer a view of Istanbul itself – just the water. It was a really dissapointed stay, far too expensive for what we found that didnt replay the information from booking.com.

• Viktoriia (10/5): Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением, комфортом и дружелюбным персоналом — с удовольствием вернулся бы снова. - Я останавливался в отеле Novaroma в Старом городе Стамбула и остался очень доволен своим выбором. Прежде всего хочется отметить отличное расположение — все главные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности, что делает прогулки по городу особенно приятными. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и внимательный, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Заселение прошло быстро и без лишних формальностей. Номер оказался чистым, уютным и хорошо оборудованным. Уборка проводилась регулярно, всё было аккуратно и комфортно для проживания. Отдельно хочу отметить удобную кровать — после долгих прогулок по городу это было особенно важно. Завтраки были вкусные и разнообразные, с хорошим выбором блюд, включая местную кухню. Приятно начинать день с видом на город и чашкой свежего кофе. В целом, отель Novaroma — отличное место для проживания в Стамбуле. С удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова и рекомендую этот отель всем, кто хочет комфортно провести время в исторической части города.

Obwohl wir auf dem Hin- und auf dem Rückweg beim Buchen des Flughafentransfers mehrfach um Kindersitze gebeten haben, fehlten diese einmal komplett und einmal teilweise. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber etwas renovierungsbedürftig und nicht komplett sauber. Das Frühstück war eher einfach und nur teilweise lecker.

Obiekt wymaga pewnych napraw, ( lampy kontakty ...) jest czajnik w pokoju ale brakuje kubków czy szklanek- okolo 100 metrow od Hotelu jezdzi pociag co w nocy jest sporym utrudnieniem....

• Besart (10/5): sea veiw was perfect - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with many of Istanbul’s main attractions within walking distance. The Grand Bazaar is only about a 20-minute walk away, and the Egyptian Bazaar is also nearby, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options to choose from. The breakfast area offers a beautiful view, making the morning experience even more relaxing and memorable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything you need—restaurants, shops, and historical sites—is very close to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul because of its great location, lovely breakfast with a view, and welcoming atmosphere.

• Ekaterina (6/5): - Очень понравилось месторасположение, основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, также хороший ненавязчивый персонал, вежливый. Красивый вид с террасы. Доступная цена Ну во-первых разрекламированная терраса она доступна к использованию только во время завтрака после она становится рестораном и Ты уже можешь попасть туда только как посетитель. Уборка в номере поверхностная, полотенца не менялись . Ещё слышимость, конечно, слышно каждого соседа что говорит Как дышит. Завтрак очень скудный был, кофе невкусный и я заметила что масло вообще не меняется Всё жарится на одном масле, ну это по-моему здесь во всех заведениях так. У меня в номере в принципе нормальный запах был а вот у друзей очень пахло из туалета, Дверь открываешь и запах оттуда идёт в номер.

• Magda (8/5): Acceptabil - -Hotelul este aproape de atracțiile turistice/statie de tramvai. -Mic dejun nu prea diversificat dar suficient cat sa nu pleci la plimbare flămând. -Restaurantul Rooftop foarte fain cu priveliște la mare. -Pisică din dotare superbă dar daca nu ești atent o găsești in farfuria ta. 😂 -Paturile confortabile. -Per total pentru prețul platit, a fost mai mult decât suficient. -Curățenia nu este punctul forte,lenjeria pătată si prosoapele la fel. -Cu geamurile închise ,ai impresia ca ești afară. -Gălăgie,trafic , trece trenul prin zonă. -Cafeaua nu a fost buna deloc. -Lipsește din camera un fierbător/cafea. -Frigiderul din camera era murdar si mirosea urât.

• Monica (2/5): - Posizione semi centrale Arrivate all'1 di notte, sotto al diluvio universale, ci ritroviamo in reception con la seguente bellissima notizia : la vostra camera vista mare non è disponibile perché entra acqua. Ci danno una camera famiglia, dicendo che il giorno dopo avremo dovuto cambiarla. Ci laviamo, parte il soffione della doccia immediatamente e ci troviamo a lavaraci con la "canna dell'acqua". Dulcis in fundo, il phon ha tirato gli ultimi proprio mentre lo stavo usando. Ah, il riscaldamento non funzionava quindi ci hanno portato una stufetta elettrica che ci ha messo ORE a scaldare. Colazione completamente scam rispetto alle foto. Praticamente niente da mangiare. Il giorno dopo non sapevamo se dovevamo stare nella stessa camera o meno, poi ci hanno risposto: se non vi piace, cambiate hotel ( mentre era saltata la corrente e tutto l'hotel era al buio ) NON CI SIAMO

• Diana (9/5): În principiu un sejur reușit, cu personal amabil și vedere frumoasă la mare! Se merită aici dacă dorești un raport calit - Mi-a plăcut persoana de la recepție, mereu amabil și ne-a ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie. Locația excelentă , aproape de atracții turistice și transport public. Terasa hotelului superba, cu vedere la Marea Marmara! Curățenia potrivită. Am avut vedere la mare , inițial în 403( mai mult vedere parțială laterală), ulterior am fost mutați în 402( unde vederea este mult mai reușită, și camera mai bună). A fost frumos în noaptea de revelion, cină gustoasă și atmosferă deosebită pe terasa hotelului! Se aude extrem de mult gălăgia de afara( in special cand trece trenul, și deasupra camerei pe la 23-00 mutarea continua a scaunelor, meselor de pe terasa). Se înfundă scurgerea de la cabina de duș. Prosoape și lenjerie veche (noi am preferat să le luăm pe ale noastre). Același mic dejun zilnic, timp de 5 zile, nu e rău, dar este același (ouă fierte, legume, pâine, un fel de salată, mezeluri, cartofi prăjiți). Cafeaua slabă. Toate astea compensează vederea de pe terasă , și în rest îți poți tu cumpăra suplimentar de mâncat/baut. A mers liftul cred o zi sau două, după care s-a defectat, și nu a mai fost reparat.
