• MICHELE (5/5): - Tranquillità Pulizia della camera. Non è ammesso trovare lenzuola macchiate e generalmente polvere. Attenzione questo albergo non deve essere prenotato da persone che hanno difficoltà a salire le scale. Queste ultime sono a chiocciola e strettissime e con pendenza estrema.

• Daisy (1/5): - We had issues with the shower not draining for the entirety of our stay, we flagged this multiples times by going directly to the desk and booking.com when nothing was done, we wasn’t able to shower the whole time we were there, it was never sorted not even another room was offered, We then received an email after our stay offering us a refund and we have never received this, we then received a message saying we couldn’t get a refund, I tried to call back after missing a call to get this sorted which resulted in me being charged more for the phone call then the room actually cost.

• Sebastian (4/5): - The location is good. The room is so small, there wasn't even a place to open my suitcase properly. The bathrooms are shared. The cubicles are so small I couldn't sit on the toilet straight. There is mould in the shower.

Указано курить нельзя при этом весь «отель» полностью насквозь воняет коноплей и табаком. Ночью кто-то зашел к нам в комнату пока мы спали и оставил чашку с женской помадой на подоконнике, нас было трое мужчин, у нас помады то нет, когда мы ложились спать мы открыли окно на проветривание на подоконнике ничего не было, на утро там появилась чашка с кофе и пластиковая чашечка с сметаной или чемто таким.

• Nataliia (1/5): Bed bugs all over the place. - Nothing to like There where bed bugs, I had many nasty stains on my body and we found dead ones and alive ones. The room smells like bleach. The hotel administration knows that they have bad bugs, but still renting rooms and for very high rates. We complained and asked for full refund, but they only gave us a half of it, that covered our stay in other hotel that we where forced to move in to after we found bugs in our room. In order to give us a refund they made us cancel our stay as “non show” Awful experience…

Personnels très sympathiques. Chambre un peu vétuste et un bon rafraîchissement serait nécessaire. Lits très étroits (70cm). Odeur pas agréable dans l’hôtel. Propreté pas optimale.

• Craig (8/5): Decent enough for the price. Nothing fancy - I've stayed before it's a decent cheap location out of the main tourist area. It's very basic and could do with renovating but for what it's worth needed it was perfect It has a shared bathroom and the shower takes up 90% of the room Leaving 10% of the room for undressing and leaving your clothes.

On top of that, there were bed bugs, which can transmit diseases if they bite you. I went downstairs to complain and ask for another room, and I didn’t even receive an apology. How can you give a room to guests in that condition? It’s absolutely disgraceful. The second room they gave us had two separate beds, even though I had requested a double bed. To make matters worse, one of the beds was broken. Honestly, it was a complete embarrassment. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

• U1041FUellad (2/5): 💩HOLE - We walked in a booked another hotel straight away we booked a HOTEL with love holidays and let me tell you is isn’t a hotel it’s a dirty bed with a door im not snob but i wasn’t staying here shared toilets in the fine font so you don’t see it miles away from the city i recommend staying at the old quarter it’s the same price for lovely room so central wouldn’t put my worst enemy in this “hotel”

• teresa (4/5): - Praticamente niente poteva sicuramente essere molto peggio date le aspettative che mi ero creata leggendo le precedenti recensioni che parlavano di cimici da letto. Però é completamente deludente, le stanze erano sporche, niente cimici ma qualche macchia sugli asciugamani si. Nessun tipo di servizio,solo il Wi-Fi. Alla reception 2/3 persone erano scontrose. Poi io capisco che i prezzi ad Amsterdam sono alti ma come struttura non è in centro anzi in un quartiere vuoto a 20 minuti dal centro ma le stanze costano come un hotel in centro.
• Montasir salah mohamed (8/5): Good experience - I booked the single room for 2 nights. The room was super clean, it had the necessary supplies, cups for tea and water, and a kettle. It had a shared bathroom and a shower room, WIFI is perfect, the staff members were great and super helpful, the location of the hotel is not far from the main station, you can walk or take the bus. The surrounding areas are packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and many things you can simply walk and discover. Overall, great stay.

It offers you such possibilities as seeing a rat, sleeping with bed bugs and innovative spa- water pond in the bathroom after every even the shortest shower. It can take you back in time… We would recommend staying here if you want to appreciate what you take for granted what you have at your own house. If you decide not to take a shower for a few days while staying there, fortunately you won’t have a mirror in the room to look at yourself.

I asked for two single beds and was told that i could have that and was then given a room with a double bed. The room was tiny and felt like a prison cell. The bedding was dirty. The pillows were like a bag of potatoes.
