• Verified traveler (8/5): Recommended for those who want to cook at home - Our stay was ok. We had some problems with the check in because they didn't answer to the phone and to our emails, but they were at the apartment to give us the keys, thus this was fine. Our apartment (Do) was clean and enjoyable, the position is excellent. There was also a washing machine that washed clothes very fast.
• moogoon (10/5): 친절하고 정감가는 숙소 - 주변에 도착해서 호스트에게 전화했더니 친절하게 나와서 맡아주었습니다. 친절하게 이용수칙을 설명해주었고 빈방문이 처음이라고 하니 간략히 여행코스도 설명해 주었습니다. 반갑게 인사해 주었고 숙소 또한 아담하고 안락했습니다. 주변에 마트도 많이있고 교통도 나름편리하였습니다.

• Angela (8/5): - Property is older and everything in it is old, but Roland Kaiser greeted us and kept great communication before and during our stay. Location isn't great but we don't mind walking 5+ miles per day. Safe location near eateries and somewhat close to metro. We would stay here again.
• Thomas (6/5): geräumiges Apartment in Nähe der Altstadt - Wir haben das sehr Zentral liegende Apartment genommen, weil wir die meisten Wege zu Fuß erledigen wollten. Dafür ist die Unterkunft echt super. Der Ansprechpartner war bei der Begrüßung sehr freundlich und auch sehr Hilfsbereit bei Tipps bezüglich Wien. Ansonsten waren das schon fast die positiven Dinge der Unterkunft. Leider sind wir von dem Komfort und der Sauberkeit sehr enttäuscht worden. Trotz zu erbringender Reinigungskosten, waren Dusche und Geschirr sehr dreckig und das Bett knarzte bei jeder Bewegung. Die Heizung war permanent auf der höchsten Stufe, da die Thermostate fehlten. Dadurch wurde um die Raumtemperatur erträglich zu machen, die meiste Zeit die Umwelt beheizt. Wien selbst ist eine sehr zu empfehlene Stadt. Wunderschön und das U-Bahn Netz ist sehr gut ausgebaut.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Appartments in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum - Die Appartaments befinden sich in der Nähe zu U-Bahn Haltestelle(U-4), es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Appartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, an einer Strasse ohne Verkehr. Schlichte Einrichtung, wobei uns an nichts fehlte. Appartment selbst ist renovierungsbedürftig, auch muss mehr Wert auf Reinigung gelegt werden(dickes Staub unter den Betten) und das obwohl für Endreinigung extra kassiert wird. Herr Kaiser ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat für uns extra ein Kocher gekauft. Dafür vielen Dank. Es ist zu warm in der Wohnung, Heizung wird nicht reguliert, einzige Möglichkeit-Fenster aufmachen, was nicht so umweltfreundlich ist, dazu im EG möchte man nicht sein privates Leben offenlegen:)
• AMELIE (8/5): Séjour agréable dans chambre spacieuse. - Bon séjour dans une chambre spacieuse avec coin cuisine et nécessaire de toilette. A qqls pas du métro U4 et de restaurants. Très calme et reposant, hôte accueillant et disponible si besoins.

• Toni (8/5): Hyvä sijainti. - Lähellä metroasemaa, joten hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Lähistöllä myös juna-asema sekä raitiovaunupysäkki. Kauppoja ja ravintoloita löytyy myös lähistöltä. Vanha kerrostalo, joten yläkerrasta kuului välillä ääniä, muttei häiritsevästi. Parketti kupruili hieman jossain kohti. Kylppärissä suihku-kylpyamme yhdistelmä. Keittiössä Paisto ja keittovälineet, mikro, jääkaappi, kahvin ja -vedenkeitin sekä astianpesukone. Käytävällä oli yhteinen pyykinpesukone. Makuuhuoneessa perusmukava sänky, huonot tyynyt. Erittäin hyvä hinta/laatusuhde.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Schöne Tage in Wien! - Sechs Tage haben wir in Wien verbracht und sehr viel Pracht gesehen! Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln haben wir uns wunderbar durch die Stadt bewegen können. Das Hotel war sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen.Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es genügend rund um die Unterkunft! Alles in allem waren es schöne Tage!
• Pam Anna Erin (8/5): Great central position and helpful host - We were a group of 3 travelers meeting in Vienna: one arriving at 8 am and Roland the host was good enough to let her in early to the apartment. We booked 2 apartments next to each other which was perfect: the apartments were bright and well furnished. Roland also provided tourist information and fixed a few minor problems with no hassles. So close to tram and train into the city centre, but also easy walking distance makes these apartments perfect for a short stay.

• Nigo (8/5): Apartement mit kleiner Küche in super Lage - Mein Lebensgefährte und ich waren in dem kleinen Apartement zur Hofseite und wir waren super zufrieden! Die Lage ist super, denn man ist mit den öffentlichen Vekehrsmitteln (U-Bahn) sehr schnell im Zentrum bzw. wir sind es auch ein paar mal gelaufen (ca. 25 min). Das Apartment hat eine kleine Kochnische, so dass man sich teures Essen gehen sparen kann und auch zum Frühstücken dort bleiben kann; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unzählige in Fußweite! Das Bad ist relativ neu und sauber; das Bett war auch total in Ordnung.
• Rashid (10/5): Good apartments - It was simple but cozy apartments with all we need for staying. Clean room, with good wifi. Reasonable price. It is not situated in the center, but we walked with pleasure - it took 20 minutes. Also metro is close to apartments. It was nice trip to Vienna.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic Value - Great apartment, we stayed here for 6 nights and loved it. Best value in town. That said, I spent most of my time at the university, which was only 10 minutes away by tram D. If you wanted to be closer to the centre of town it might be a bit difficult. But we will definitely stay here again!
• Verified traveler (4/5): Geen appartement maar een mini studio - Goed netjes verzorgd echter niet een echt appartement te noemen meer een hotelkamer met een keukentje erin. Iets wat te klein bed voor 2 personen. Had er meer van verwacht maar het voldeed.

Жили в аппартаментах Bona - отдельная спальня и гостинная с кухней и раскладным диваном. При въезде хозяин все объяснил по окресностям. Недалеко от аппартаментов расположен магазин Spar.
• pareja joven (10/5): Apartamento muy cómodo y bonito - El estudio estaba muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para estar 4 días en vienna! Comida cama, un baño de buen tamaño, closet amplio, cable de tv e internet, a muy bien precio.. Además el personal muy amable!! Súper recomendado!!
• Leonardo (8/5): Nice apartment to stay in Vienna - The apartment was really nice in terms of furniture and cleanliness. The location was ok, a 5 minute walk to the subway station. The heating, like elsewhere in Austria, is centralized. If you are coming from tropical countries, like my wife and myself, be aware of this as it gets cold at night.
• fam. Bus (8/5): Middelmatig comfort. - Het appartement heeft alles in huis wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf in Wenen. Het comfort is niet helemaal top, het bed is goed, de meubels goedkoop, keukengerei voldoende, tv voldoende en prima verbinding met internet. Tijdens ons verblijf was het overdag en ook 's nachts erg warm (30-36graden C). Er was wel een ventilator aanwezig maar die kon niet gebruikt worden omdat er een foute stekker aan bevestigd was. Verder hebben we geen contact gehad met personeel. Konden wel tot 's avonds in ons appartement blijven omdat we een late vlucht hadden. De ligging is prima, het openbaar vervoer en de winkels zijn goed bereikbaar. Bij de boeking wordt niet vermeld dat er schoonmaakkosten betaald moeten worden. In ons geval was dat €33. Zo krijg je een vertekend beeld van de kosten. Maar al met al hebben wij een leuke tijd in Wenen gehad en zijn niet ontevreden.

But hotel is too damp, bed and pillow felt like soaked, probably because the room did not get enough sunlight. Cooking facilities and fridge is in good condition.

• Paar aus Österreich (8/5): - Für einen Aufenthalt in einer Stadt genau das Richtige. Zentral gelegen, U-Bahn in der Nähe, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kommen gerne wieder.
• Minus (8/5): Good location with cheap price - The location is good，It is just 5 mins walk from the metro station， and it takes less than 5 stations to reach the center of the city。 there are supermarket nearby so you could get reasonable price water and food if you plan for economic trip， pay attention for the final cleaning charge cos i didn't notice it when i booked the room，The only problem i have here was that they don't have the socket adaptor，please make sure you bring the right adaptor。the street is very dark at night so you better prepare a torch with you if you are aware of the security issue。overall good location and good price！recommand！
• Leila (6/5): Lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja metroasemaa - Huoneisto oli siisti ja ainakin meille riittävästi varusteltu. Aamiaisen pysyi laittamaan ja yön nukkumaan rauhallisesti. Ruokakauppa oli nurkan takana. Alueella oli oikein rauhallista. Nähtävyyksiä pääsee loistavasti kävellen katselemaan, mutta jos ei jaksa kävellä, niin kulman takana on myös metroasema.

• kmiya (8/5): 中長期の滞在にお薦め - 今回は２週間の滞在であった。事前にオーナーとメールでやり取りし、到着予定時間などを連絡した。 空港からはまずミッテ駅に出て、地下鉄U4に乗換え、一番近くの駅から歩いてアパートに向かったが、看板が小さく、入り口を見つけるのに少し難儀した。Kaiserとあるドアベルを押すと、中から長身のオーナーが現れて、案内してくれる。オーナーは英語が堪能。建物の一角がアパートゾーンになっているが、１階なので荷物も運びやすかった。鍵は、建物のドア、アパートゾーンのドア、アパートの部屋のドアの３つが渡されるが、最初間違えて別の部屋の鍵を渡されてしまったので、鍵の使い方を教えてもらう際に実際に使って確認した方が良い。一通り説明があった後、部屋代と使用後のクリーニング代をまとめて前払いで支払った。カードはマスターとVisaのみ。 今回は一人だったので、一番小さい部屋を使った。部屋の定員は2名だが、ベッドもダブルだし、二人だと少し手狭に感じるかもしれない。建物は古めかしいが、部屋はリフォームしてそれほど経っていない様子で、まずまず新しい感じ。１月の一番寒い時期であったが、セントラルヒーティングは十分に効いていた。エアコンは無いので、夏は暑いかもしれない。部屋の装備は、必要最小限のものは揃っており、壊れたりしているものは無かった。浴室はシャワーのみのユニットバス。洗濯機は廊下にあり共用。１台しか無いが、アパートが３部屋なので、長時間占領されて困るような事は無かった。乾燥機は無い。シーツとタオルは廊下の棚に置いてあり、自由に交換できる。 フランツヨーゼフ駅の近くで、街の中心からやや離れている感があるが、実は最高のロケーションにあり、トラムDでリンクの南側を通過してベルヴェデーレまで、トラム5番で西駅まで、地下鉄U4でリンクの北～東側を通過してシェーンブルンまで、各々乗換え無しで移動できる。更に駅近くのスーパー(Billa)は、ウィーンでは珍しく、土日も含めた毎日夜9時まで営業しており、非常に重宝した。周りはそれほどうるさくなく、治安が悪い様子も無かったが、アパートの入り口がある通りは、夜は人通りがほとんど無く、街灯も暗かったので、警戒はした方がよい。 引き払う際は、特に手続きなどは必要なく、オーナーから指示された場所に鍵を置いて、そのまま出て行く事が出来る。 １～２週間の滞在で、自炊しながらのんびりウィーンを楽しむといったシチュエーションであれば、ロケーションも含めて、断然お薦めできる。

• Verified traveler (6/5): ganz OK, aber... - Freundlicher Empfang. Eigentlich ein ganz schönes kleines Appratement., aber was mir weniger gefallen hat: das Zimmer war überheizt , im Bad aber war es nicht warm genug (in beiden: Heizkörper nicht regulierbar). Nur dünne Gardinen vor den Fenstern, durch die man abends bei Beleuchtung von der Straße her ins Zimmer sehen kann; keine Vorhänge. Ein Sessel zum Relaxen wäre gut - leider nicht vorhanden. Armaturen im Bad (Duschkopf, Toilettenbrille) leider locker und auf Dauer sicher nicht stabil genug.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Gute Lage, Zustand naja - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, Nähe U4-Station Friedensbrücke. Im Zimmer ist soweit alles, was man zum Überleben braucht, aber von bescheidener Qualität. Hinzu kam, dass mein Zimmer von meinem Vormieter noch ordentlich nach Küche (Soja?) roch, was sich dann auch auf die Kleidung übertrug ... Zum Glück bot Wien so unendlich viel, dass ich gar nicht so lang im Zimmer blieb.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Spartan base in Vienna - Excellent location for getting into the central city easily, close to tram and subway lines in Alsergrund area of Vienna. Not really a hotel - more of a studio apartment. Room is spartan but adequate for a stay - comfortable bed and nice closet space, lovely windows, but nothing frivolous or luxurious. Shower stall can be a tight squeeze and there is no toilet paper holder. Sink, bar-size fridge and coffee pot are the main features of kitchenette, bare minimum of dishes to work with. Don't plan on cooking as it would be a challenge in the space, but breakfast is manageable. Neighborhood is mainly residential, with decent shops, groceries and cafes nearby. Plan on taking out your own trash and cleaning up after yourself - no daily maid service is offered and there is an extra charge for cleaning the room on your departure.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The appartments were in walking distance of the cetral city area and very quiet. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and there was tea and coffee available in the appartment as well as it having kitchen facilities- a real plus. The only problem was that we were without power for a while one evening when the lights fused but it was attended to as soons as possilbe.
• luu (10/5): Very good apartment - Very clean, safe and nice for this price range. Easy access to public transport to the centre of the city.
• Mike (8/5): Kaiser apartments differ - Felt pressured by owner to arrive at a set time. Apartment smaller than photos seemed to indicate. There was no sofa with cushions and no room for one. Casual sitting confined to dining chair or bed. Bathroom small with loose toilet seat but shower clean and efficient. Cooking facilities sufficient and refrigerator clean. Bed comfortable, TV modern with 40 channels and overall cleanliness good.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Kaiser Apartments, Vienna - Lovely modern and spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet (but safe) neighbourhood. It was easy to get to the central tourist area of Vienna - just a short ride on the tram and the tram stop was located very near to the apartment. I would highly recommend these apartments given their good value!
• John (10/5): Recommended, self-catering apartments - Very nice clean room with all the essentials for a self-catering holiday. The location is excellent, in the quiet 9th District of Vienna. The line 4 metro is only a 3 to 5 minute walk giving easy access to the city center. There is a supermarket open late (by Austrian standards) just across the street. Recommended!
• Max (8/5): Would stay here again! - Good location in a nice neighborhood. Very easy access to metro and the tram. Just 10 minutes from downtown. Grocery story close by which is great as it is an apartment. The manager was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!
