• Emilio (8/5): Hotel confortable con buena ubicación desde el que explorar la ciudad vía tranvía y metro. - Muy bien comunicado con metro y tranvía que permite un desplazamiento fácil a los momnumentos principales (Sultanahmet, Basílica, Topkapi...). El metro permite en un sólo cambio de línea, acceder al aeropuerto de Estambul (IST). Buen desyuno. Camas confortables. Habitación triple amplia. A10 minutos andando de la Mezquita de Suleiman, con unas excelentes vistas al atarceder. Restuarantes alrededor. Excelete trato personal por parte de todos sus empleados.

• mohamed (7/5): je suis mitigé car l'hotel faisait le maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable - la chambre était spacieuse , il y avait la climatisation ou le chauffage selon la température, les équipements correspondaient à ce qui étaient décrit dans le site. j'ai aussi apprécié la politique de la relation client car tous les matins nous étions interrogé pour voir si tout aller bien , nous n'étions pas laissé à nous meme . Nous avions réservé un taxi à l'aller mais le chauffeur n'était pas présent malgré le fait que nous ayons échanger sur ce sujet avec l'hotel dans la journée . Soit dit en passant , je n'ai pas pu avoir le taxi gratuit prévu par le site BOOKING !!!. De plus , dans l'hotel il y avait l'odeur de la cigarette omniprésente du aux clients qui ne respectaient la consigne.Enfin,nous étions situé coté rue ou il y avait énormement de bruit d'un hotel voisin qui faisait de la musique .Là aussi l'hotel n'était pas responsable mais il fallait quand meme le souligner. Nous sommes resté une dizaine de jours et ces bruits incessant ont un impact sur le sommeil.

• Kassem (8/5): Great hotel, exquisite staff, and perfect location. - I loved the stay there. The rooms are very spacious unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed in in Istanbul. They have a sauna and pool as well, the pool is not currently active until June which is somewhat understandable but the sauna is. I only expected to have more variety and options for the breakfast where the pictures showed more appetizing options but still they had some good variety. The staff is extremely nice, respectful, and responsive, especially front desk staff, and girl named Shaima! Overall, I loved the stay there and it is very convenient and close to the tramway and metro. The only thing was that I expected more variety in the breakfast as advertised in the pictures on the booking website but it wasn’t bad overall.

The staff is amazingly kind There are some good restaurants and shops right in the area around the hotel and most tourist locations can be reached in foot The breakfast could be better and the dishes should get some labels for the non Turkish tourists so they know what they are eating. The rooms on the A level are a little bit claustrophobic with the low ceiling and spare windows but all other levels have very nice rooms with good value for your money.

First, I had booked two rooms with large beds, but we were given rooms with separate beds instead. The receptionist’s attitude was completely unacceptable. They offered me a room that was only 6 square meters, even though I had booked an 18-square-meter room. In the end, they pushed the two beds together, leaving the lamp and electrical outlets right in the middle between the beds, which made the whole experience extremely unpleasant. At breakfast, a member of the staff responsible for guest relations approached us and, after asking for our room number, assumed that we were Slovenian. It should have been perfectly clear to the hotel staff what nationality their guests are, since this information is provided during check-in. This showed an exceptional level of incompetence on their part.

Objednali jsme si transfer od hotelu z a na letiště,vyzvednutí proběhlo v pořádku,poslali video kde nás řidič vyzvedne a auto hezké a pohodlné,ale transfer na cestu zpět v pořádku nebyl. Ikdyz jsme ho zaplatili,večer před odjezdem jsme se ujistili,že je objednán,tak v dej odjezdu auto nepřijelo,rezervace nebyla,hotel tedy začal rychle řešit náhradu,my ve stresu,že nestihneme odlet,vrátili nam peníze a objednali klasický taxi a letadlo jsme nakonec stihli.Dále byla škoda,že hotel má střešní bazén,ale byl zavřený ikdyz venku bylo horko🫩

Mohamed took great care of our group throughout our stay. He was always kind, welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. Whenever we needed help or information, he was there with a smile and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. His kindness and dedication really stood out, and we are very grateful for all his help. We would also like to thank the entire hotel team for their hospitality and support. Everyone was helpful and respectful, which made us feel very welcomed. The hotel itself is very well located, close to everything, which made it easy and convenient for us to move around and enjoy Istanbul. During our stay, one of our group members unfortunately misplaced their phone. Thankfully, we eventually found it, but Mohamed and the hotel staff still went above and beyond to help us during the situation. They supported us, reassured us, and did everything they could to assist. We were truly touched by their professionalism, kindness, and humanity. We are extremely thankful for the way we were treated at Klas Hotel for being such an important part of our stay. Because of this wonderful experience, we have already booked again for the 23rd of June, and we are very happy to come back. Thank you again to Mohamed and to the entire Klas Hotel team. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, not only for its excellent location, but especially for the amazing people who work there.
