Good coffee Worst breakfast, 20 euro for a egg drenched in olive oil, feel like I was having olive oil for breakfast. Half an croissant, 2-3 tiny pieces cut out from a bread. Staff was never there, service was bad. Not a single smile from the staff. SUPER DUSTY. PLEASE DONT GET THE BREAKFAST, MUCH BETTER PLACES EXACTLY OUTSIDE THE HOTEL.

Now it even can’t be called breakfast, do they have some cost cutting or something, but breakfast is very bad. Only one option Omelette and some avocado, bad coffee and only one cup. - Jessica (7/5): - Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung Das Personal. Man hat sich als Gast eher als Störfaktor gefühlt. Zum Teil hat sich das Personal untereinander lautstark unterhalten, Steuertipps ausgetauscht während schmutziges Geschirr stundenlang herumstand. Als ich gefragt habe ob es eine Kaffeemaschine gibt um mir einen Kaffee zu machen wurde die Frage laut wiederholt und ich wurde ungläubig angestarrt als wäre dies eine völlig abwegige Frage. Wir haben uns nicht mehr getraut irgendwas zu fragen weil der Umgang so ruppig war. Das Gegenteil von Gastfreundlich. Nur die Person beim Check In war sehr freundlich- war aber nur dieses eine Mal da. Schade, das hat unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst und wir würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen, gibt genug Hotels in Berlin wo man gerne Gäste hat.

- Markus (8/5): Gut gelegen - Das Zimmer war originell eingerichtet und komfortabel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral fast direkt beim S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz. Das Personal war sowohl bei der Begrüssung wie auch beim Check-out sehr unterkühlt. Wir fühlten uns eher nicht so willkommen.
- Scheiber (1/5): Furchtbar, kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. - Gute Lage und recht schöne Lobby Leider sehr, sehr dunkles Zimmer mit furchtbarem Interieur, das den Fotos sicher nicht gerecht wird. Schien auch schon etwas in die Tage gekommen, vor allem das Bad. Ich hatte für 4 Nächte gebucht, habe das Hotel aber nach einer Nacht bereits verlassen - es war für mich nicht erträglich - und mir ein anderes Zimmer gesucht. Immerhin habe ich vom Gesamtpreis 20,85€ rückerstattet bekommen 😂.

- F5682LMjoannak (2/5): Not recommended - Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The rooms were claustrophobically small and completely unsuitable for guest comfort – no space for suitcases, no wardrobes, and no basic walking area. Our stay lasted three nights, which turned out to be far too long. We had booked two double rooms, but neither of them met even minimal comfort standards. In one of the rooms, the sink was literally next to the bed. As this was a business trip, our plans changed – we wanted to check out of one room and extend the stay in the other by one more night. Unfortunately, the hotel showed a complete lack of flexibility and refused to accept this change. We were asked to pay for the entire reservation, including the unused room, as well as an additional charge for the extra night. On top of that, the price was far too high for the standard offered. As a result, we left and moved to another hotel. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. It is clear that this hotel prioritizes quick profit over good relations with its guests. I strongly advise against staying here. Hotel nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań – pokoje były klaustrofobicznie małe, brakowało miejsca na walizki i szaf. Obsługa okazała się nieprzyjazna i nieelastyczna, a próba zmiany rezerwacji zakończyła się odmową i dodatkowymi kosztami. Dodatkowo cena była zdecydowanie zbyt wysoka w stosunku do oferowanego standardu. Zrezygnowaliśmy i przenieśliśmy się do innego hotelu. Stanowczo odradzam pobyt.

- Matthias (8/5): Meine erste Wahl rund um den Savignyplatz - Sehr gute Lage nahe des Savigny-Platzes. Die Kantstraße ist zwar laut, aber die Fenster nach vorne dämmen sehr gut und man hört nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, die Betten ein (weicher) Traum. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer sowohl mit gängigen Geräten und Accessoires (TV, Marshall-Box, Pflegeprodukte, große Minibar) als auch mit besonderer Deko ist umfassend. Auch die Dusche ist sehr gut, die jeweils abgetrennten Dusche und Toilette sind clever gemacht. Die Mitarbeitenden an der vollmobilen Rezeption sind jedes Mal sehr professionell und schnell. Man sollte allerdings Englisch sprechen können.

Entering hotel from busy street was like coming into an oasis of pleasant calmness, with greenery and eclectic decor. We liked the separate W/C, shower and washbasin, but lighting over washbasin for shaving and applying makeup was barely acceptable.

- Manuel (9/5): Ein stilvoller Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service in besonderer Atmosphäre. - Die Einrichtung war außergewöhnlich stilvoll und individuell – ein echtes Designhotel. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Martin an der Rezeption: Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner authentischen Art perfekt abgerundet.

Room was compact but well decorated. Away from the main sights but good links to public transport and lots of local resultants to explore.
- Audrey (6/5): Overall, very pretty, quiet and comfortable, but for the price doesn't meet standards - I liked that the staff were attentive - when I arrived, they were speedy at checking me in, and offered me a cold drink. Very grateful for that, as it was an incredibly hot day. They provided me with all of the information I needed regarding my stay, checkout, mealtimes etc. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean; aesthetically, it is a very pretty room. A nice little haven away from the busy streets. I also received a voucher for a free drink at the bar, which was a nice bonus and I got to check in early. The room itself was comfy but the maintenance person came into my room mid-call with a new safe and didn't take the old one. I was unaware that this was to happen. Additionally, I wanted to make some tea in the evening, and the spoon on the coffee stand was dirty/used. One of the glasses was also dirty, as if they'd not been checked after the previous guest. This was not the only issue re: cleanliness/quality I had here. I also stayed for one night in the Suite as a treat to myself, and a few of the snacks in the mini bar were well past their use by date. Not something I'd expect in a hotel of this status. Additionally, it was very hot and the air conditioning only went to 19C, which is reasonable during regular temperatures, but not suitable for hotter summers that we now experience.

Overall very very good but there are some really minor gripes that would push this to a 5 star review Pros - Great location, great facilities nearby, good transport links and the hotel is unique and very pretty! The entryway is really lovely as is the decor. The room is quirky and the bed is INSANELY comfortable. We didn't once hear any other guests and loved the mini fridge and amenities we were provided. The QR code link to all the hotel information is also really helpful and it was also a lovely suprise to be given free drinks vouchers on arrival Cons - The service is mixed. We met three different staff members during our stay, two male and one female. I didn't catch their names but she was lovely, very smiley and welcoming. When she greeted us she offered us water and any help and just generally was a ball of sunshine. The second member of staff was also nice, he got us some plug converters as we had forgotten ours and was just generally really helpful. The male staff member who I assume is the manager was not. He came across quite cold which is absolutely fine however when we went down to enquire about our tv he was quite rude. Let me start by saying the TV service here is ridiculously bad. The tvs are aged and dated, the only bad thing about our room and something sleek and modern would fit into the aesthetic perfectly. The TV had 200 channels and around 180 of them did not work. The remaining 20 had a tv lock so we couldn't even change the language or add subtitles. Whilst I understand we are in Berlin, this is a European capital bustling with tourists so I thought some leeway would apply here. Anyway I asked if he could come look at our tv, retune it maybe or even add a subtitle. He was very dismissive saying this is a 'business hotel' so the TV shouldn't be important. If that is the case just don't offer the TV. I can handle nothing being able to be done but it was the dismissive nature that was frustrating above all else. Again a small gripe - but this would have make a huge difference

- Remco (8/5): Wonderful quirky stay, even if a tiny bit of maintenance would go a long way - We loved the attention for detail in the room, the quirky little things like a bluetooth marshall speaker or an old fashioned phone on a stand to call reception. The location is just perfect for a visit to chique West Berlin. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless. The room needed some maintenance. A panel fell from the minibar area, the soap rack detached from the shower wall, the bath tub in the suite was of course very fancy with a glass of prosecco but took sooooo long to fill that we kinda lost the buzz.

Good bath tub No place to unpack the suitcases: no closet, no drawers, no shelf and no luggage rack. We had a larger room because we needed space but the big heavy black furniture was not practical and only took up space without any benefit. When I complained I was told that is what a "boutique hotel" is like. No place to put a computer and chair for working. It was just uncomfortable and ugly. We were very disappointed.

- glen (8/5): Awkward - Awkward room, small footprint tall ceilings, crowded with fake antiques and a chandelier worthy of Grand central station. There is playful and then there is just upsurd. Cleaning staff walked into the room at 8:00 AM after knocking once. Always a pleasure to be lying in bed asleep and find some complete stranger looking at you with a clipboard. I will not return
- Philippa (7/5): Great team, nice hotel and neighbourhood - The staff were absolutely the best feature of this hotel: a really fantastic team of friendly, smart and helpful people! The hotel design is stylish and clean; the place is well-located, close to public transport and is in a nice neighbourhood, surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. Also very nice cleaning staff, who were very sweet and clearly doing a fantastic job. As other reviews have mentioned, the room layout is a little strange: there is zero bathroom privacy or space due to the strange bathroom/ toilet design of the room; the sink is actually in the bedroom, so it’s very cluttered if you have toiletries or makeup. There was no desk space/ vanity space, and little storage space (no full-length hanging space such as a wardrobe, no chest of drawers, no place for your suitcase) and no full-length mirror. However, for the price overall the hotel was fine, I understand that these are just ‘modern’ design features that some cool people (with no luggage or clothing) might like! As I mentioned above, the fantastic staff, cleaning team and general ambience really made my stay pleasant.

- jackr417 (2/5): Best to avoid this place - The hotel public spaces look nice but the room was too small fort 2 adults and cluttered with stuff one did not need and not properly furnished for comfort. The wash basin is in the bedroom rather than the bathroom meaning the likelihood of water splashing everywhere. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which had no English menu and was advertised as Japanese fusion. The fixed menu was 70 euros per person so we ate across the somewhat shabby street in a Vietnamese restaurant where we had an excellent meal that come to 51 euros for 2 people including wine. The hotel breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Although breakfast was included in our room rate, all that was provided were a few cereals, a bowl containing one orange and a few apples, On the table were a tiny slice of cheese and a few small bowls contaning 2 dried prunes, one tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. One could order a cooked dish (all eg based) from a list of. 6, 3 of which were not available.
- Ute (6/5): Good enough but - Room decor was interesting. This hotel is in a very noisy location, main road in front and train tracks right behind the hotel. Staff is hit and miss. Didn’t try the breakfast as it didn’t look appealing and there are many good places in the area. Room cleaning could be approved.

- 729malenen (8/5): Happy overall, but room for improvement. - I stayed in the sir deluxe room ( 107). The room was big enough for me traveling alone, but would be on the smaller size if two people were to stay there, in my opinion. The room was beautiful, no complaints there. The Chek in process could be better. I don't think they informed me enough ex. no one told me that the treats on the desk was complementary or that I could order from the menu at the breakfast table [ breakfast was included in my stay]. If I came again I would skip the hotels breakfast and eat at one of the many greate breakfast and brunch spots i berlin.

- Karina (9/5): Luxury lifestyle hotel experience - Great location which was a key factor for our trip. Rooms are very stylish, visually pleasing, and well-equipped. Special thanks for the tea kit which is essential during the cold season at least. You can find many restaurants and a supermarket just across the road. Welcome drink is nice touch! I think the breakfast menu could be a little more diverse. Overall, it is clear that the menu is curated as well as the hotel interior but when it comes to breakfast, I would recommend to add more traditional options to the menu; like plain scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs. Options on the menu were very salty to my taste and too complicated with ingridient combinations.

- Trek615058 (10/5): Boutique, quirky & comfortable - This is a very good boutique hotel. We stayed in the largest of the available rooms which was extremely comfortable with large bed. The vibe/ambience is unique, for example check in is relaxed sitting at a table. Information is readily forthcoming if asked, it is very much a place that lets you be and will help as needed. We liked the decor. The food offerings are selective and the team have a lot of pride and care with presentation. There are plenty of places to eat around this hotel. My birthday was noticed by the team & a bottle of Prosecco was placed in my room, a very lovely gesture.

- Sadie (5/5): Fantastic location, and it could have been a really nice hotel - but very disappointing. - I liked the furnishings. The lobby and room were mostly comfortable. The location was excellent. The kitchen was being refurbished, so wasn't open, and nobody had warned me. There was no bar - maybe because of the kitchen, and nobody had told me. They offered one kind of red wine, or one kind of white wine, but no bar menu. The breakfast room was cold, and they didn't often light the stove that's in all the photos. The staff were bored and mostly absent. Before I got there, I upgraded my room to a deluxe, but it was still very small. The shower door was extremely hard to open, you had to throw your weight against it. The basin was in the room, the loo and shower doors about a foot from the end of the bed - so it was pretty cramped. The phone to reception ("just dial for anything you want!") was never answered, and when I mentioned it they just shrugged. The website mentioned room service, but there wasn't any. The bed was made every day, but barely. The mini-bar wasn't restocked. There was no free bottled water in the room. All this would have been a lot more acceptable if they had warned me, and given a reasonable reduction in rates for having no bar to speak of and no restaurant at all, but they didn't, it was a surprise.

- 365gaiaa (6/5): Nice rooms, poor breakfast experience - The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast was really under my expectation for a 4 star hotel. There was a egg dish à la carte and I ordered Japanese Pancakes. In the picture you can see what I got. Overall the personnel seemed to be in a bad mood, bored and distracted.

- A30A38 (10/5): An excellent base for visiting Berlin - My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It is a comfortable hotel with excellent, friendly staff. The room and bathroom were quite compact but well appointed. It is very close to an S Bahn station from which to travel into the city centre and out of the city. There are good Italian, Greek and Vietnamese restaurants within 200 metres. We found it an excellent base from which to visit the many sights of interest in Berlin

- juanmarcc2023 (6/5): Very central. Needs some focus to be up there! - Very central location in a very nice part of time. Really friendly staff. The hotel has modern contemporary style hotel, which is quite cool to other ‘classic’ style hotel setups. However, the hotel was very noisy in the mornings (maybe it’s because I was on the 1st floor) based on noise from the setting up the tables and chairs for breakfast or the cleaning staff being loud with their trolleys from 6:30am each morning. Breakfast was over priced and the buffet was not worth it. WiFi was not great. My hotel room needed a proper dust and vacuum. No restaurant.
