- Andrew (8/5): Affordable and well located hotel for a family of 4 with teenagers - Close to transportation and especially the JR station of Hamamatsucho which links to Haneda Airport as well as the well used Yamamoto Line for all the key spots in downtown Tokyo. Also very close to Family Mart and 7-11 for convenience foods and drinks Rooms and bathrooms are a little dated but still clean and the price was good so can’t complain really.

- Ashley (10/5): - Stayed for 7 nights. Location is fantastic being right by Tokyo Tower and I was able to see the landmark from my room. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were exceptional. Unfortunately no laundry service but there are a few laundromats with varying opening hours very close by. Very good value for money, will be returning should I visit Minato city again!

You can tell the staff and management look after their Hotel, so whilst it’s a little dated, rooms are clean and nice. I walked the Tokyo Tower in 15 minutes. Plenty of public transport options,nearest MTR is 3 minutes walk. Of course easy grab a taxi or uber too.

- Weian (5/5): Great location but non smoking room still has smoking smell. - Very good location and it looks great from outside. I booked two non smoking rooms. Both rooms had strong smoking smell and one of the rooms aircon does not have air flow. The staff was friendly and helped the change the room. Finally, the air con has some air flows but the room still had smoking smell.

- Melody (10/5): - Staff at the hotel is very friendly en profesional they are able to communicate very well in English, there are receptionists 24/7 they provide with a scale to weight your luggage. Daily housekeeping and great staff. Multiple metro stations near the hotel
- Jose D (8/5): - I loved the location. Near subway stations, convinience stores, tourist spots and restaurants. Please be sure to mark non-smoking, I made that mistake and the smell of cigarette was awful all our stay.
